Peaceful Date Under Moonlight

Cheyenne took another sip of her drink as Alizeh ordered her own, smirking at her slightly. She had managed to make her date bashful, it seemed, with her mild compliment. It was a sudden realization she had, and one she wanted to make to accent her comments about it being easy. Evidently it was not quite as easy as Black Rock may have thought it would be. Still, it amused her a bit how it seemed to surprise Alizeh.

But when she asked the question about wrestling, Cheyenne canted her head before she nodded, smiling. "Of course, Alizeh. What's on your mind?" asked the Native American simply.

Cheyenne had made Alizeh somewhat bashful with that last compliment towards her, something that surprised Alizeh, but also impressed her. So as much as Alizeh was curious about how much more so Cheyenne could do so, there was some things Alizeh had wanted to know. Seeing she had Cheyenne's interest Alizeh would smile a bit and lean in further.

"Well..." Alizeh said, staring into Cheyenne's eyes for a moment before continuing. "I've been keeping a close eye on the card of Apex entrances, but if memory serves I haven't seen you're name pop up, something that surprised me a bit." Alizeh said, making it clear what this question was regarding before she straightened back up. "So I'm just curious if you had any plans to join late or anything." Alizeh asked simply before waiting for a response.

Cheyenne Black Rock looked curiously at Alizeh as she spoke, settling back and looking thoughtful on how to answer that. "Hm. No, I'm not on there and I don't intend to be," said the Native American with a simple smile. Canting her head, she continued. "I assume you want to know why not."

Taking a deep breath, the dark-skinned girl folded her arms on the table, leaning forward. "I'm not ready yet. I would prefer to be confident I could win before putting myself in such a tournament," explained Cheyenne, shrugging. "I know I'm good. But I'm focusing on my work with Deanna right now. There are plenty of others who can have their time now. I am in no rush," concluded Black Rock, smiling a bit more to Alizeh, hoping she had given a satisfactory answer to her.

Alizeh had sat back with a look of vested interest on her face as she listened to Cheyenne's answer to her question. Nodding softly and only taking the occasional sip of her drink as Cheyenne went on to explain why she wasn't in apex, mostly boiling down to her partnership with Deanna and believing herself to not be ready yet. "I see." Alizeh said with a nod as she mulled over her own response before continuing.

"I can respect that." She said with a nod and a smile. "Admittedly from a first impression I wouldn't peg you as a tag team wrestler but thats fine." She said with a nod before grinning. "Does that mean you're gonna try to make a run for the Swat Kats and their tag gold?" Alizeh asked, already envisioning such around Cheyenne's waist... a sight that admittedly made Alizeh blush in a good way as she waited for Cheyenne's answer to her follow up question.

Cheyenne smiled at Alizeh as she spoke, taking another sip of her drink. She didn't need to give her answer much thought this time though. "Eventually. Once we're deemed good enough. You understand how that goes. We need more wins under our belt," explained Black Rock, brushing some hair behind her ear.

"I can do both tag team and singles. Deanna and I make a great team and without her I wouldn't be where I'm at," said the Native American as she glanced up with a fond expression on her face. "She makes me better. Without her I lack a certain... personality that this business requires to make it somewhere. I'm sure you understand," stated Cheyenne as she looked back to Alizeh. "You have no shortage of charisma yourself. I'm sure it's gotten you more opportunities than what I would get. And that's fine. I suppose it's something to work on, but..." Black Rock rubbed at one of her biceps briefly, trailing off before shrugging. "But nothing, I suppose. I'm a bit of an anomaly for this sport." She gave her date a warm smile before sipping her drink once more.

Alizeh nodded softly with a smile as she listened to Cheyenne speak, not keen to interrupt or disturb the woman's thought process. Instead just content to listen and see what the woman thought. It was interesting to say the least, but Alizeh couldn't help but pick up on something. "You're not wrong." Alizeh said, first conceding the point about a magnetic personality being beneficiary in wrestling.

"But..." Alizeh said with a small grin. "I can't help but think you're selling yourself a bit short." She said simply at first before leaning forward. "You may not be super outgoing like me or Deanna, but you definitely have your own kind of charisma." Alizeh said, reaching over and tracing a finger along Cheyenne's arm up as high as she could. "You scream power and confidence, like looking at a thunderstorm. When you have that serious look on your face at least." Alizeh said with a chuckle before retreating back to her seat. "You should lean on that more." She said with a nod to the woman and a bright smile on her face as she waited for a response.

Furrowing her brow, Cheyenne leaned back as she listened to Alizeh, crossing her arms in front of her as she studied her date's expression. She hummed in understanding as the green-haired girl spoke, nodding slightly before glancing to the finger that had started running up her arm. Black Rock's expression softened a bit as she spoke to her confidence, and her power, smiling at her.

"You keep saying very flattering words, Alizeh..." responded Cheyenne, rolling her eyes up as she thought more. "I can concede I have a certain amount of charisma. I don't know that it is any more special than anyone else, but... I will keep it in mind." The Native American would then take another sip of her drink and remarked, "Power... Confidence... Like a thunderstorm." Narrowing her gaze and smirking at Alizeh, she added, "I think I can lean on more than just that, Alizeh," she said with a more sensual tinge to it. To accent her words, she would run her leg against her date's. The kindness in Alizeh's words mixed with the alcohol had gotten Black Rock far more comfortable than normal.

And before it could go much further, the waitress had brought the couple's meals to the table, allowing them to finally begin eating.

'Well now that's a interesting change.' Alizeh thought to herself with a small grin as a shiver ran through her body. The cause? Cheyenne's leg rubbing up against her own while the woman responded to what Alizeh said with... way more sensual undertones than anything she had said before. Something that Alizeh had no issues with whatsoever as she grinned happily at the woman.

"Well I do my best.. in everything I do." She said with a sensual tone and wink of her own right back to Cheyenna in return to what she said, clearly alluding to things she was.. 'best' at. Needless to say Alizeh was starting to enjoy this more playful version of Cheyenna. However before they could really do any full on proper flirting the waitress arrived with their food. As soon as she saw the sushi Alizeh's stomach growled, reminding her that she was equally hungry as she was horny.

"Hehe, good timing huh?" Alizeh asked as she picked up her chopsticks and started to grab and dip her sushi in soy sauce before taking a bit. "mhmmm so good." Alizeh said after swallowing it with a smile. "How about yours?" Alizeh asked her date, wanting to make sure she was enjoying her own food as well.

Cheyenne took her chopsticks as well and then dipped and ate one piece as well, humming out in satisfaction as she smiled at Alizeh. "Delicious. I'm impressed," she replied, smiling even more before continuing to eat. The two women would continue to finish their meals, talking idly between it. Eventually, Cheyenne would get the check and pay for the meal, signing the check and setting it back on the table.

Standing up, Black Rock would take her purse and then brush some of her hair back, offering Alizeh a warm smile. "So what now, Alizeh?" asked the Native American casually. She was leaving it in her date's hands where they go from here, but seeming content to just spend more time with her.

Alizeh smiled contently as she took a last bit of her nigiri and sighed pleasantly once she finished it. The food may have arrived at an inconvenient point of their conversation but it more than made up for it with the quality which was top notch. Not that Alizeh expected anything less. Still when Cheyenne commented asked what she wanted to do next Alizeh couldn't help but flash a mischievous smile.

"Welllll." Alizeh said in a over exaggerated way before leaning forward, "I dunno about you butttt I'm pretty tipsy, so its a good thing I walked here." Alizeh said hinting already that she lived nearby. "Soooo we could walk back together and hang at my place, ya know till we both sober up a bit." Alizeh said playfully with a wink at her date.
