Submission Match: Cecilia Lombard [D] vs. Ducky Williams

Cecilia felt Ducky's hold on her loosening, and that was when she tried to pull herself away, only to find herself sharply jerked right back in an even harder pull on her torso. Even now, Ducky wasn't about to give this up. It left Cecilia groaning and dazed for a moment, her back sore and aching. That just left her open, however, for her opponent's next trick, as she was sent forward into the ropes, her stomach bouncing against the taut wire as she bent forward, then rebounded back towards Ducky's outstretched arm.

The clothesline hit her right in the back, between her shoulder blades, sending her falling face-down onto the mat with a thud that shook the canvas as she landed. True to her word, Ducky was proving herself more capable than she may have come off at first. And Cecilia didn't like that. Getting in a hold or two might not have set her back too much, but now Ducky was just pushing her around, and it was outright infuriating. She knew that she would have to turn this around as soon as she could.

"Nngh...bitch," Cecilia muttered through her clenched teeth, mostly to herself, as she started to try and push herself up off the ground.

Ducky's plan had worked, as Cecilia bounced off the ropes, stumbling back straight into her clothesline! As the smaller girl smacked against the mat hard, Ducky took a moment to rub her side where the elbow connected, nursing it while she had a bit of time. However, she was snapped out of it when she heard the girl on the floor call her a bitch!

"Excuse you!? I guess I still need to teach you a lesson!" Quickly moving and standing over the floored wrestler, Ducky would drop down hard, hoping to land all her weight on Cecilia's back! If that was successful, she would try to pull Cecilia's arms over her legs, lacing her fingers under her chin and yanking back, hoping to lock her in a camel clutch!

No sooner had Cecilia begun to push herself off the ground that Ducky dropped back on top of her, sending her crashing back to the mat face-first and rattling her with an impact that knocked the air out of her once again. Which gave Ducky just the right opportunity to lock in a camel clutch, pulling her head back hard. Needless to say, that wasn't anything Cecilia wanted. She clenched her teeth, her face going red as she twisted from side to side on the mat in an effort to break free, but the pressure on her spine was no laughing matter.

The ref girl ran in to the side of the proceedings, getting on one knee to get to Cecilia's level. "Do you give up?" But that was nothing that Cecilia wanted any part of. Replying only with a hiss as she looked at the ref out the corner of her eye with furrowed brows, she kicked out to try and get one foot on the rope, hoping to force a rope break.

Now firmly in the drivers seat, Ducky wrenched back hard on Cecilia's chin, bending her back far in the camel clutch. As the girls face was starting to turn red, Ducky grimaced a bit, knowing from experience how bad this hold felt on a persons spine. Despite her words to Ducky, she couldn't help but feel a bit bad for the girl as she bent her, although she wouldn't stop because of it.

Instead, Cecilia managed to swing her foot up onto the ropes, forcing a rope break. Ducky quickly released her, standing up and moving back to the center of the ring, before turning and facing Cecilia again, waiting for her to rise and meet her back in the center of the ring.

Cecilia's sides and back were still burning from the pain as she dragged herself slowly and shakily to her feet, but she wouldn't let it keep her down too much. What Ducky had failed to take into consideration in letting her go like this was that Cecilia wasn't about to give up the fight any time soon - knowing how she was, she would actively refuse to let Ducky taking the advantage be any more than a minor setback.

Dusting herself off, Cecilia watched as her opponent got into position, as if ready for a lockup. That only brought a chuckle to the brunette's lips, however, before she cracked her neck to one side, then the other, purely to see how it would unnerve Ducky. She stood like that for a while, in complete silence, before making her move. "You really think I play like that? You're dumber than you look." Running in closer, she suddenly kicked her leg out to try and nail Ducky right in the chin.

Ducky's opponent seemed like she was on a mission to prove something, clearly a large chip on her shoulder as she looked to make a good debut. It was clear as she rose up slowly, turning and giving Ducky a somewhat sinister and serious look, before cracking her neck slightly to either side. Ducky was torn between thinking that this was just an intimidation tactic and something more, maybe a warning.

But it was her wandering thoughts on this matter that seemed to play into this girl's hands. As Ducky was slightly distracted, Cecilia dashed forwards, swinging out her leg and slamming it into Ducky's chin!

"Aagh!" Ducky let out a sharp cry as she stumbled backwards, teetering back before falling onto her rear. Her hand went to her chin, and she repeatedly blinked, trying to clear her vision, stunned from the big kick she took.

Oh, Cecilia was on a mission to prove something all right. The fact this was her first match in LAW made this even more pressing. She knew that first impressions were important, and that whatever she did here would color the way she would be viewed from hereon out. And of course, she didn't want anything but the glowing admiration of the crowds. She had been booed far more than she would like in her past, from people who seemed less than impressed with her choice of tactics and the lengths she would go to ensure her victory. She didn't care for what those people thought, of course. She would do what she had to do. As long as she was winning, it didn't matter.

She made sure to stomp her boots especially forcefully on the mat as she stepped around behind Ducky's back, such that her presence might be felt, before she put one hand on her hip, leaning in over the blonde's shoulder to snicker ever so quietly in her ear, while a devilish grin spread even wider over her face. Then, with Ducky down like this, she snapped an arm into place around the girl's neck, squeezing in a sleeperhold. "Oh, there's more where that came from. Much, much more."

Ducky was still tending to her chin, feeling the pain of Cecilia's kick, when the girl snuck behind her, slipping an arm around her throat and beginning to squeeze, starting to choke her out. She gagged and gasped, grasping at the arm that now constricted around her throat, cutting off her air and squeezing down mercilessly.

Grrrhhhkkk... let go..." Ducky gasped, now short on breath. Trying to stop from ending this match by being choked out, she quickly threw an elbow back, trying to slam it into Cecilia's side. She had to hope that this blow would at least weaken the girl's grip, because if it didn't, she was in trouble.

Now this was more like it, Cecilia thought to herself as she worked backward on her blonde opponent's neck. Feeling the strength draining out of her, and the trembles going through her trachea each time Cecilia tightened her grip in even closer and forced a cough from her lungs - that feeling of complete and total dominance over her foes was what Cecilia lived for. Yes, this was good.

"Oh? You want me to let go? I don't think so."

Unfortunately, that feeling of dominance wouldn't last forever, as Ducky managed to throw her elbow behind her, making an impact right against the brunette's ribs. Cecilia fell backwards, her arm slipping from Ducky's throat as she wound up on her back. She managed to catch herself before going too far, but was still on her back, where she watched for her opponent's next move.

Ducky began to cough and choke, black spots appearing in her vision as Cecilia squeezed down harder and harder on the sleeper hold. Luckily enough, Ducky's blow to the girl's side got her to release her. Stepping forwards, Ducky's hand flew to her throat, massaging it as she tried to catch her breath, before turning to see Cecilia on the floor.

"Uuhh... well, thanks for letting go." Ducky said, her tone carrying a bit of sarcasm. She quickly walked back over to where her foe sat on the ground. "Sorry to do this after you've been soooooo nice."

With that, Ducky quickly reached down, grabbing Cecilia's legs, aiming to yank them up and tuck them under her arms. She would then attempt to quickly flip her over, sitting down on her back in a boston crab!
