Meet and Greet

Courage couldn't help but giggle this time. Ayame's response was cute and sweet. It was an affirmation, but it wasn't exactly a yes. It carried a shy charm that warmed the idol's heart.

"So, is that a yes? Is Ayame Akan saying that she would like to go out on a date with Yumi Takemi? And hold her hand more? And maybe even kiss her more?" She blushed as she felt that now familiar heat growing in her belly. But rather than being scary or unwieldy... It was welcome. A warmth that spread throughout her body handmade her feel happy and safe. "Because Yumi Takemi would very much like to do all of those things with Ayame Akan."

She looked at Ayame, meeting her eyes with her own. "If, that is a yes. I mean."

“I guess being coy wasn’t going to cut it today.” Ayame looked away for a second when she felt her face growing too pink. It made no sense to be this nervous and struggle with butterflies in her stomach when nothing told her that Courage would turn her down. She felt so jittery it felt like she could spring off the floor any second in joy. Courage confirming what Ayame already knew made the hesitation to her words even sillier. Ayame eventually found the courage to speak by closing her eyes really tight so she didn’t lose her train or thought looking into those affectionate eyes. “Yes Ayame Akan is saying she would not only go with Yumi Takemi on a date, she is prepared to take her on a date and show her something really nice just like that wonderful lady did for her. With even more hand holding and kissing to follow if Yumi wishes for it.”

Courage's face lit up like a lantern as she listened to Ayame confess. Her sweet words caused a shiver to travel down her spine and made her heart feel like it might float right out of her chest!

This is something she never thought she'd have. A normal night. A normal romance! A normal second date!

Courage would lean into Ayame while she still had her eyes closed. She'd purse her lips before planting a cute kiss on the tip of her nose!

Then, with a giggle, she'd spring back! "Yumi would like that! She would like that very much!"
