Since becoming LAW Heavyweight Champion, there were a few things that made Astrid Ostberg proud to hold the position she did. Chief among those was knowing that she was continuing to inspire people around the world, in the wrestling business and watching at home, with everything she did. Growing up glued to the TV watching her father and uncle wrestle, Astrid knew from the beginning that she wanted to follow in their footsteps, and that desire shaped every decision she made in her life going forward. Now, after many years of hard work and determination, she had finally made it there - a divisional champion in one of the biggest wrestling promotions in the world. And just as her family had inspired her, so too was she encouraging others to live up to her example. That was the case with her opponent tonight, who had seen Astrid reach for the top and taken that as a challenge to elevate herself to her level by any means necessary. She had thrown herself into her training and steadily risen through the ranks, with the ultimate goal of taking Astrid on head to head - and, if all went in her favor, coming home with her title.

When she started out in her career, Astrid could never have anticipated that she would have some day ended up inspiring people to the heights that icons like Lars Ostberg and Alaina Sanders had inspired her. But today was the day. It was an honor to know that she had been such a powerful influence on another contender - but she also knew that she couldn't hold back. If Tina truly had trained herself to take down Astrid, then the Norsewoman was in for a battle that would truly test her strength and skill. But she was ready for that.

This was it - the main event. There had been much talk, and much hype, leading up to this moment, when Astrid would face her first student, even if she hadn't taught her directly. And now, all that was left to do was to wait for the match to begin!

"Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is the main event!" called LAW's ring announcer, Misa Otomura, as she took to the ring. "The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and shall be for the LAW Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, the challenger! At 6'0 tall, weighing 185 pounds, T.K. - TINAAAA KELLEEEEEEY!!"

Tina never in her lifetime thought she would get this opportunity, but here it is, tonight was her night in which regardless of the outcome of the match she would be going against the very woman that made her decide to stop modeling and to train hard to become a wrestler. She was watching wrestling since she was 6 years old and always enjoyed everything about it. The flashy moves, the energy, the people that put their bodies on the line to be inspiration for others. She was pacing back and forth behind the curtain, not nervous about the battle itself, but was more nervous about looking like a fan girl in front of the woman she idolized.

She then stopped pacing and stared at the closed curtain in front of her before lowering her head and closing her eyes, remembering her rough debut against Selket, and then remembering the fans that encouraged her when she was walking away in defeat to keep at it, and for them, she did. Almost as if life was flashing before her eyes she remembered a few losses thanks to some foreign objects, and then a slew of wins, she then thought of signing up to be a trainer for the Young Lions and Lioness, getting younger sister into wrestling, forming a tag team with her, meeting a great friend in Oscar Orelash, wrestling the woman she was now dating Grace Kenning, and now she had the match of her life. She was soon snapped out of her flashback as she heard the announcer call her name and then heard her music begin and her fans popping for her in the loudest manner she had ever heard that brought a smile to her face as she waited for the beat to drop in her theme as she then burst through the curtain.

From the opposite side of the curtains, the lights went dim as Tina's music hit and her fans immediately gave a huge pop as blue spotlights moved throughout the stadium. The music went on long enough for the crowd to clap in rhythm to the music as then the main spotlight hit the center of the entrance as Tina exploded out from the curtain, a huge grin on her face as she moved over to look at one half of the crowd before shuffling over sideways to look at the other half of the crowd. She was wearing her white and blue stringed two piece bikini with matching calf high boots with her initials on them and her grey sweater tied around her waist. She shouted out and waved her hands up and down to pump up the crowd as she also did the belt gesture to remind her fans that this is what they have been waiting for.

She walked back over to the center of the ramp and swung her arms out, looking up into ceiling and closing her eyes as LAW made her entrance a little more grandiose then usual. Large fans were on each side of the ramp as they now turned on as little blue confetti dropped down to let the high powered fans scatter her initials and blue hearts throughout the crowds as her face lowered back down breathing heavily due to nervous energy, nay, more like electrifying energy as her large wacky inflatable tube men inflated and bobbed to the rhythm of the music.

She then gave a energetic shout as she skipped her way down the ramp as some blue pyrotechnics went off behind her. She then gave fives to the crowd on the way to the ring and hugs to some of the fans that she could see was wearing her sweater merchandise as she then eventually made it to the ring, hopping up onto the edge of it before entering between the top and middle ropes. She then made it towards the center of the ring as she once again stretched her arms out to her sides as she closed her eyes and looked up to give another deep breath before raising her arms up to give a heart symbol with her hands as she then relaxed her arms and hopped in place warming up. Her music faded but her loyal fans were still chanting her name loudly keeping the electricity in the air flowing as Tina kept her eyes on the curtain the entrance of the champ, not just the champ, but her champ, and her idol.

"Aaaaand her opponent!! Coming to the ring from Stavanger, Norway, at 6'1, weighing 188 pounds, she is the current and reigning LAW Heavyweight Champion...AAAASTRID OSTBERG!!"

Even before Misa had finished introducing the Heavyweight Champion, even before her music had started blaring over the speakers, the fans were already cheering, knowing the promise of seeing the Norsewoman arrive on the scene was right there in front of them. And when the curtains finally parted enough for Astrid to take her step onto the ramp, the roar was practically deafening. The lights shone down on the ramp, lighting Astrid's path to the ring, and smoke billowed out from the machines that sat to either side of the stage. But a darkened form began to emerge from the haze - and soon, it became clear as the form of Astrid Ostberg herself, her arms spread wide with a furry robe draped across her shoulders, and the Heavyweight Championship around her waist. Astrid knew that this was going to be a match few would forget, and she wanted to make sure she did it justice when it came to her entrance - although Tina's entrance was no less elaborate or exciting in its own right!

Many cheers and flashes of cameras accompanied Astrid's stride to the ring, and the champion even exchanged high-fives with a few lucky fans, but she wouldn't let anything distract her. She kept her back straight and her attention focused on her opponent, a defiant look in her eyes, but a smile on her face. Astrid knew how much this match meant to both of them, and she wasn't going to let Tina down. Whatever happened, she knew that she was up against a woman who owed Astrid everything for helping to shape her path to where she was today - and who would put everything into making her proud. It was sure to be one to remember.

When she stepped into the ring, Astrid slipped off her belt, holding it high over her head to display it to the crowd and winning her fair share of cheers in the process. Then, as she brought it back down, she looked Tina in the eye, and her smile grew a little wider.

"So, tell me. How does it feel to finally share a ring with me?"

As she heard the roar of the crowd for Astrid and watched her idol make her entrance she clenched and unclenched her fists a few times to remind herself not to jump up and down and squeal like a fangirl at being this close to her idol. When she entered the ring and held her championship belt high into the air she looked up and stared at it. She still couldn't believe she was in this moment, about to fight to try to earn that belt. To be at that moment where she was a step away from being the top heavyweight.

When the music faded Tina slowly approached Astrid as the crowd was on fire still, they traded off a chant of "Astrid Ostberg! Tina K! Astrid Ostberg! Tina K!" as Tina looked to the crowd and nodded at them and then looked to Astrid when she asked her question. "Indescribable. It's truly a honor and I hope to make you and my friends and fans proud tonight." She mentioned as she then smirked a little. "I uh, also hope that after the match you can sign my workout tapes of yours that I brought with me in the back. I owe you thanks for my wrestling bod." She knew the audience couldn't hear what she was saying, so while she was saying this she was pointing at the belt and to Astrid to make it look like she was saying something more serious then she actually was.

William had met his girlfriend, Astrid Ostberg, all the way back in America while Astrid was apart of the training class that was taken under the wing of Jonathan Steele. That grew to include him too as he helped train Astrid along with the likes of Marzia, The British Bunnies, and Ceceila-all who would become wrestlers in their own right in the country of Japan signing with LAW. In the tail end of 2019, Astrid had temporarily been staying in a two-bedroom apartment with her friend, Marzia, in New Jersey and that’s where the blonde Norwegian and scatterbrained American began to bond with each other. William started dating her and it was the happiest time of his life. When Astrid became LAW Heavyweight Champion, he threw a congratulations party for her and even accompanied her on some of the talk shows in Japan she was invited to to help promote the league.

And now this would be another proud moment as Astrid was about to wrestle a woman who looked up to her and for the LAW Heavyweight Championship nonetheless. He came down with Astrid donning a black tuxedo with a red bow tie as he clapped the champion on the back while shaking hands with excited fans that recognized him from USPW. Astrid would soon enter the ring and address her biggest fan raising the title high. William simply stood ringside and waited for the match to start knowing he was not needed for anything else. However, after the referee raised the title between both women, Astrid would take her title and pass it off to her boyfriend to hold as William had a new job bestowed upon him and knew he would be the one giving the title to his girlfriend or her opponent by match’s end.

Astrid stepped into the ring, with William staying by her side at the apron. She turned to face him with a parting smile as she prepared for her match, but then, she turned her attentions toward Tina - and, once the referee had finished presenting the belt and handed it back to William, the Norsewoman chuckled a little at the sound of Tina's request. This woman really was devoted to her, even beyond looking up to her as an example in her wrestling career. Astrid had to admit, she couldn't help but be a little partial to someone who looked so fondly on her - but she reminded herself that she couldn't go easy on Tina or let down her guard, and she couldn't let it get to her head, either. She was going to treat this match like she would treat any other, going into it, and no matter what happened she was always going to put her best foot forward and prove her prowess, no matter who her opponent was. And if Tina had learned so much from her, it was Astrid's time to learn just how well she could stand up to her own protege - it was a unique opportunity, and one she couldn't turn down!

"Do you, now?" Astrid said, smirking to Tina as she raised her hand for a thumbs-up. "Well, then, I'm pleased to know that it worked so well!" She chuckled at her own joke before continuing. "The two of us must be evenly matched - and this one should be exciting indeed. But don't worry. Win or lose, I'm always happy to give thanks back to all of the fans like you who keep me doing what I do best!"

As she took a step closer to Tina, Astrid slipped off her robe, folding it neatly before handing it back to William. Then, she cracked her knuckles and bent at the knees, beginning to settle into a stance.

*DING DING DING*

And, as soon as the bell rang, Astrid moved closer to Tina, extending her hands toward her to offer a test of strength! Astrid was eager to see how well her power would compare to her own, and how well she could hold up against someone who followed the same workout that had won her such success!

She gave William a polite bow as he took the belt and Astrid's robe from her, not wanting to be rude and not realize that he was there due to being so focused on Astrid. She smiled at the comment about winning or losing she's happy to give back to people like her and that's why Tina loved and respected this woman. When the bell rang she got into a readied stance herself and noticed Astrid bringing her hands up for a test of strength. There was no need to let the crowd wait any further, it was time to give them what they wanted. Tina gave a enthusiastic grin as she didn't just grasp Astrid's hands, she swung her hands forward as if giving a high five to both of her hands as they audibly slapped together as closed her fingers down between Astrid's fingers, locking her hands with the champion as she gritted her teeth and tested her strength against the champ as she rang out some grunts of effort.

Astrid smiled as she felt her hands make contact with Tina's, their palms slapping against one another with all the vigor of a friendly and spirited high-five. No matter what, she knew that her opponent would have nothing short of the utmost respect for her, and she in turn wouldn't let that down. But at the same time, she couldn't let anything make her lose sight of the fact that she was in a match, and she was still out to win it! Leaning in closer, the Norsewoman's fingers coiled around Tina's own, tightening her end of the lockup as the two began to strafe around one another in a circle.

The first thing to catch Astrid's mind, for the moment she began leveraging her force into Tina's, was that the two were on equal footing. Tina was every bit as strong as Astrid was, and each shove and push they made to try and steer each other toward the ropes was met with an equal opposing force in the other direction. Even if Tina saw any breaks in Astrid's rhythm and shoved at her, even if she was forced to take a step back, the blonde would quickly even it out with a push of her own, bringing the two of them back to where they started. Astrid's muscles flexed and tensed; her shoulders pushed into Tina's own, and their chests mashed against each other as they felt the heat of each others' breath on their faces, forehead pressed up against forehead. But still, Astrid wouldn't back down. She kept strafing around Tina, matching each motion she made - she wasn't about to be the first to break!

"You're strong, I see," Astrid added. "I don't doubt for a moment you've been following my workout tips!" At the same time, she clenched her teeth, feeling the sweat budding on her forehead as she met her opponent with as hard of a shove as she could manage, trying with all her might to steer her!

"Gnnh, thanks and you are..gnnh just as strong as I expected a champion such as yourself to be, if not, nggh stronger." She grunted out as she struggled to match Astrid's strength, her muscles tensed up as well as grimaced as she felt Astrid's last hard push force her to take a step back. She knew if this was going to was going to keep up she was soon going to find herself in the corner for forced down on her knees, so she decided to bring out a little bit of her technical game.

She suddenly pulled her head back from Astrid's forehead as she dropped her face down to the side of Astrid's breast. She then, with her hands, twisted their grip so their hands were pointing downwards as Tina curved one of their arms so it curved down Tina's neck almost as if she's letting Astrid put her in a front facing side headlock on purposes. She then tenses up all of her upper back muscles and her neck as she growled out with the straining as she pulled up with the back of her head and let her upper body assist in helping with the momentum, attempting to pull Astrid off of her feet to flip Astrid over until Tina would drop down to try to make Astrid be the victim of this unique suplex, that was almost northern light style except with just a hands locked as opposed to locking the waist up a she bridged and tried to get an early pin attempt if this worked.

Astrid's grin could only grow wider as she heard Tina commend her on her strength. She knew how much her opponent looked up to her, and how much faith she had in her - to know that she wasn't in the least bit disappointed now that they had met face to face only told Astrid that she had to be doing something right! Still, she couldn't stand by smugly - after all, the true battle was afoot. Tina had a grip on her, weighing her back with each push and shove with which she muscled herself forward, and Astrid needed to stand firm against it! Tina recognized Astrid's drive to compete and to do to her best, and Astrid was all the more motivated to keep on top of that to live up to her expectations. Tightening her grip, the Norsewoman pushed back as hard as she could, growling through her clenched teeth as her forehead pushed up against Tina's own.

However, what Tina did next would take her by surprise! Astrid hadn't anticipated that her foe would suddenly make a move, and when she felt the pressure she was fighting against abruptly go slack she stumbled a step forward, catching herself just before she could lose her footing. What surprised her even more was that Tina ducked her head underneath Astrid's powerful arm, seemingly putting herself at risk! The blonde's eyes widened in confusion at the thought of what Tina had in mind with this. It was like no move she'd ever seen before! Astrid was in a prime position to take back control, if she were to grab tighter to Tina's head to put her in the headlock she was set up for - but, caught up in her thoughts, she was lagging behind long enough for Tina to suddenly flip her backward!

Astrid's feet kicked off the ground as she went through the air, and her jaw dropped in a gasp - Tina had managed to hurl her over her shoulder with her body weight and leverage alone; no doubt that was a feat requiring considerable strength! Astrid looked back at her in awe, and a few words left her mouth. "So...expertly done...I'm impressed-!"

But a moment later, she landed with a thud that shook the ring. And, with her shoulders down, the referee fell at her side, raising a hand to prepare for the first count. Suddenly, Astrid knew the stakes. Her eyes narrowed and her body went tense. Tina might have caught her by surprise, but she knew she had to make a comeback now, before this match was over before it had truly begun! Tina was holding her down with one shoulder against her chest, but Astrid would attempt to buck off the ground to shake it loose! She wouldn't let anyone think she had gone slack in the slightest!
