A Workout Interview

Alaina grinned and sipped her wine again laying back and enjoying the sun. "Well if ya like we can do whatever ya like in the gym later. A figure competition or pose-down, lifting to see who lifts a better percentage of their body weight, arm wrestling, a flying contest from the top, strike for strike, slam for slam... you name it and I am down to have some crowd noise play for ya if you want." Alaina said with a wink. "You want to do it all and cap it with a spar I am down, bikini or wrestling attire I will give it my all.' Alaina said with a smile.

"However I do think you did slam a big heavyweight named Lauren Fredericks around and then ya took on both her and her tag partner Peggy McIntyre in a one vs. tag team handicap match. Ya sent them to the mat with some ring shakers and seemed to beat them at their own game! How did that feel, do you think you are totally outclassing women like that and do you think they stand a chance against you in solo or a handicap rematch?" Alaina asked, sipping on her wine once more eager to hear what Gemma had to say.

“Bikini match?” Gemma said, raising an eyebrow thoughtfully. “I don’t think I’ve had the pleasure of doing one of those, could be fun …”

“But yeah! I did take Lauren and Peggy two on one! I did not have an easy go of it, though. On paper, either girl could’ve squashed me in the ring. That’s a wee trip down memory lane, innit? But yeah, I overcome a pretty considerable size advantage, taking the fight to them, and by the end of it I’d slammed both those gals around, and got a win a lot of folks told me I wasn’t going to be getting.

“As for outpacing them? Or, outclassing them or all that, I don’t know. I mean, I did kick their big round arses all over the ring, but I took my bumps, too. My being able to pull off a few power moves on them, that’s an edge. Gets in their pretty wee heads, I think it scares them. To be fair, though, I know first hand what it’s like to struggle through a bad tag team, so I’m not going to judge them. The real trick, is seeing if I can keep taking them up and down, like that.

“As for a spar, that could be fun,” Gemma said, playfully putting her finger on her chin. “I don’t know that I’ve ever had a bikini match. That could be something. Contests could be fun. I’m sure you’d take a posedown in a walk, but I’m no coward! Maybe you could even give me a few pointers, and the like. I’d love to see you do some flying, too! We could take each other on any way you want, Alaina. Heck, I’ll go one on one, submission thumb wrestling … if you’re not afraid, of course!”

Alaina smiled and nodded. "Yeah being a big slammer and having it turned against you by a smaller wrestler does suck and our big bodies crashing down hurts. You used my Lisa Rampart tactic against me and slammed me around plenty. If we faced off again do you think you have what it takes to beat me, and do you think you could just straight up out-slam me by taking my slams and kicking out quick, then slamming me down and pinning me longer than I pin you?" Alaina asked. "I think you and Lauren did this in the gym or so some of the gym employees have told me." Alaina added with a sly grin, sipping on her wine again very curious as to what Gemma would say.

Gemma couldn’t help but feel a satisfied smile tug at her lips, listening to Alaina. Beating someone of her stature had taken a lot of bumps to the mat, shed tears and bruises she could still feel, but the fact was she did it. The scenario that Alaina was proposing, however, got Gemma to raise an eyebrow.

“Well, as far as training goes, I might have to talk with this Lauren, sometime,” Gemma said. “However, you might want to have a talk with your ‘sources’ at the gym, they might be coming up with a few little fibbles on you, there. No, if you really want to see how I work in the gym, maybe we could arrange a little something …”

"I see, well I have a gym here so if you want to show me here and now I am game." Alaina said as she stood up and stretched her arms a bit after finishing her wine.

"So I will let you lead this and come up with any exercises, or fun challenges we can do." Alaina said with a wink. "This is shaping up to be a lot of fun."

“Oh, the ball is in my court then, is it?” Gemma said with a smirk, tapping her chin thoughtfully. Thinking back, Gemma tried to recall some of the things she’d done in training, the games that some of her trainers would put her and the other through, to hone their skills, and which ones might make for good, friendly competition between the two of them. Or mostly friendly, at least. She had some ideas, but maybe it was best to start simple.

“Well, here’s one,” Gemma said, her smirk slowly spreading into a fairly wicked grin. “How about a slam contest? You know, in light of our recent match and how that worked out. Try to see how many slams one of us could take, before saying uncle? How long we can keep one another down? That sound like a fun place to start this off?”

Alaina raised her eyebrows and smiled. "Well that sounds like something you are setting me up to beat you in." Alaina said with a wink, flexing a bicep and kissing it as she stood up giving her backside a playful slap. "Lets do it!" Alaina said as she waited for Gemma to stand. "I know you slam hard for any woman let alone one your size but no way the two of us fresh has ya out slamming the amazon in her own house." Alaina said with a wink as the two walked.

Next to the garage looked like a poolhouse, a big one at that. However it was actually Alaina's home gym. It had one of whatever you wanted to see in a gym, plus a full sized ring for wrestling. The bikini clad amazon opened the door and let Gemma look around. "So what do ya think?" Alaina asked giving Gemma a second to look around.

After the two started making their way to the ring Alaina looked over at Gemma. "So I do recall you saying you were a Lisa Rampart fan. What did you think when the cocky "muscle skank" from the USA showed up in Europe in 2002? Be honest." Alaina said looking over at Gemma as she climbed up into the ring and started to stretch a bit still wearing only her sunbathing bikini. "I also don't know when Charlie will get home with Anna and Carl so we may have a small audience." Alaina added as she readied herself.

Gemma stood up to follow Alaina, starting to cross her arms across her chest to stretch out and ready herself. She smirked as Alaina gave her a cocky wink and showed off her bicep. Gemma couldn’t help but notice Alaina’s ass when she smacked it, showing off what shape she was in, overall. Getting up and following her interviewer to the gym, Gemma continued to stretch, pulling her body long and lean to limber up for the contest.

“Don’t get too cocky, now,” Gemma teased, “I recall you being pretty sure you were going to win our last match, too …” Gemma looked over the gym as they entered and couldn’t help but feel a little jealous. She thought of all the times she had to pay, beg and bribe for gym time and a ring to train in, but then when one got to Alaina’s level of success, it only made sense that a personal ring was something you just had to have. Goals, Gemma thought to herself.

“Aah,” Gemma nodded, when Alaina brought up her classic match. “Back then, I had some stereotypes in my head about American wrestlers. Big, loud, brash, more flash than anything else. And you … you were living up to all of them!” Gemma flashed a smile, hoping that Alaina wouldn’t take offense, but she had been asked to be honest. “I don’t mind a little bit of an audience, empty arena competitions were always a little bit weird. Whether they were booked that way, it’s a ‘private’ match, or, you know, we couldn’t sell any tickets. But yeah, let’s do this!” Gemma rolled into the ring from beneath the bottom rope, and got to her feet. The Brit pumped her legs, bouncing slightly in the ring, getting a feel for it as she prepared for a slam fest with the American powerhouse!

Alaina laughed as Gemma perfectly described a young Alaina. "I have to admit, slamming a legend silly for a quick debut win was a lot of fun. We actually ended up with a long tag team run with the EUWW tag championship. That was fun. Hell if ya wanted at the end of this we can give her a call and you can chat with her if ya like?" Alaina said as she readied herself.

"All right, show me what ya got and then you can tell me about some matches you would love to have in LAW coming up, and tell me about some of your favorite opponents you have wrestled already!" Alaina said making note to remind herself to ask Gemma about that. Alaina held her arms out, smiling and waiting for Gemma to come kick things off. "Show me what ya got Gemma, lets see if you can slam the amazon down for three!" Alaina said trying to fire up her interview/training partner of the day. Things were turning out to be very very fun!

Gemma’s eyes went wide at Alaina’s offer to call up Lisa after their interview, despite her best efforts to play it cool and not revert to being a grumpy little wrestling fan as Alaina talked about kicking her younger self’s favorite wrestler’s ass. Nodding, trying to keep her composure, Gemma managed to just say, “That could be fun,” and continued to stretch and limber up for the contest that was directly ahead of her.

Nodding eagerly once she got the go-ahead from Alaina, Gemma took a low stance, then lunged in to hook Alaina. One arm between the Amazon’s strong legs and the other around her shoulder, Gemma lifted from her knees to get Alaina up in the air. Bodies pressed together, Gemma whipped Alaina up off her feet, then hurled her back toward the mat as hard as she could! “Hhhhrrrrgh!” Gemma let out a loud grunt of effort as she brought the slam home, smashing Alaina’s body down at her feet. Without a second thought, Gemma bounced back off the impact, then dropped right onto Alaina’s waiting body, going for a cover. Reaching out, Gemma slapped the mat, counting “One!”
