Re: The enemy of my enemy... (For Perfectcalm)
Alice laughed at Oscar’s comment, stretching her back and putting her hands on her hips. “None taken. And I’ll look into working on that endurance training.”

"Good. In the meantime we can move onto the next thing. Mandy has a powerful bearhug, so I'm going to show you an escape trick I figured out with April"
Oscar would stretch his arms out
"I can help you work on enduring a bearhug too if you'd like- but one step at a time. Let me know when you're ready and I'll scoop you up. Without any pressure of course"

Alice gave Oscar a quick grin. “Ready when you are.” She said.

Oscar would nod and walk forwards, wrapping his massive arms under Alice's arms and lifting her right off the ground as if going for a bearhug. Thankfully there wasn't any pressure as he just held the lightweight up towards his upper body, getting on eye to eye level with the woman.
"Alright! So, this is a tricky one since you'll have to endure the bearhug while doing this- but it's effective. Just take your forearms and press them into the side of my neck. The idea is that if strikes aren't working, focus on cutting off your opponents air flow. Either you pass slash tap out, or they run out of air or be forced to drop you. Go ahead and give it a try"

Alice gave a light grunt as she was lifted from her feet, nodding and making eye contact as Oscar instructed her. “Alright, let me know when to stop.” She said, pressing her arms around Oscar’s throat.

Oscar looked to be in some discomfort, but still held onto Alice.
"Rrg... wait- sorry, think I got that backwards. Try crossing your arms and then dig those forearms into the side of my neck. That'll put some pressure on the front too"
