Alicja lay sprawled on the mat, mouth agape. Alice sat atop her defeated opponent. The entire arena was silent for a moment, before erupting into cheers. Alice stood and screamed in joy and exhilaration, hands in the air. The camera crew moved closer to get a better shot. Flashes of photography in the audience began to show. Alice bent over, and with a grunt, slipped her arms under the limp girl’s armpits and hoisted her to her feet, where she raised one of Alicja’s arms into the air as if she was the referee, calling the match in Alicja’s favor. The crowd cheered even louder at this display of sportsmanship. Alice began to show off as the cameramrn entered the ring. She rested her opponent’s head on her bicep and flexed, framing her opponent’s sleeping face in her arm. She lowered Alicja’s body to her knees and let go. The defeated bodybuilder slumped forwards, drooling face on the mat and rear end arched in the air. Alice sat cross legged on her opponent’s arched backside and posed for the camera, smiling. As she stood, the medics began to scrape Alicja from the mat. Suddenly, Alice was struck with an idea. She called out to the crowd. “Anyone got a pen?” Someone in the stands immediately tossed her a sharpie, and she blew a kiss their way. She stepped over to Alicja, took her hand, and wrote a message:
A phone number, followed by “call me-<3 Alice.”
And that is how Alice Charlston won her debut match.
