Bash at the Beach

Harmonia Edelstein had'nt been in the best of moods since she got the message. In fact, she was more dissapointed then pissed but still it was a bummer.
Molly and her had made big waves with their debut against Irish Oldschool with Harmonia getting back at Peggy for her loss to her a few months ago and the Superstars being in everyones mouth. The Tag Division saw some new and exciting teams this year, The Streetdogs, Moonrock, The Superstars and... Oddly enough, The Heart Connection, a passion project by Viktor that saw Veronika Noir and her rival Sachiko Koizumi of all people working together as face team. She still smirked when she thought about the costumes Viktor gave them.

Speaking of costumes, the whole ordeal started with LAW holding a Beach Show on a small Island Resort in the South Seas, so far so good, Harmonia and Molly were picked to appear in the Main Event against another very esteemed Tag Team. It would have been great and for this occasion Harmonia spared no expenses and had ordered tailormade Superstar beachwear with her having a white bathingsuit with her logo on the chest and Molly having a cute Bikini with her own logo.

They arrived in Harmonias privatjet, of course they could have travelled with the others, but Harmonia knew that Molly had gotten a certain taste for the glamour life and who was she to deny her the request? The Superstars arrived and did a lot of promowork, holding interviews, presenting their new beachgear in a photoshoot and spent some time with fans on a special event.

It always made Harmonia smile to see that their fans reached from young males, to children, to older women. Everyone could be intrested in wrestling it seemed, when the company took it serious enough. So Moni and Molly spent the day posing with fans and writing autographs without complaining.
But their perfect day had been overshadowed by a message after the fanevents that their opponents contracted food poisioning and were... Unable to attend so to speak.
At first Harmonia and Molly were dissapointed. Fanevents and Promos were good but it was what happened in the ring that counted! But Molly cheered Harmonia up soon by stating the obvious. They were together, in a tropical paradise, with much time to spare and good food and endless cocktails. And having her girlfriend running around in a cute bikini the whole day was'nt to bad either.

So Harmonia relaxed, taking her time with Molly on the beach. They would watch the other matches together and watch the fireworks that were about to happen afterwards. It was'nt such a bad day after all...
After lazying around in the sun the girls decided to move a little and have a volleyball game.
"Take care Molly, this one comes faaaaast!", Harmonia grinned as she slapped the white ball over the net. Of course Molly was in the lead as she was faster and much more agile then Harmonia and the girl could jump like the animal she had named herself after. Of course seeing Mollys assets swing around, jiggling in the sun was a bonus too that made Harmonia not exactly sad for a loss.

They wore their own bikinis as their inring gear was now back at their hotel, doomed to spend its time in their suitcases for the rest of the trip.
Or so they thought....

It had been a tumultuous time for Molly Forster, too. In the span of a few months, she had fallen in love, jumped from one tag team to another, watched her sister practically kill herself in a pitched feud with her rival, and enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top with her and Harmonia proving themselves to be tag team sensations thanks to their stunning performance against Irish Oldschool. While she was disappointed to know that their next match wasn't going to pan out, she could still make the most of her time on the beach, and treat this as a well-deserved vacation. It had been a busy morning, meeting with the press, posing for photos, and signing autographs, and while Molly was as thrilled as ever to witness the success she and Harmonia were enjoying, she was looking forward to a chance to kick back and take it easy, too.

And when she got tired of sitting around and soaking up the sun, the two girls were happy to take to the courts for a rousing game of volleyball. Molly saw Harmonia spike the ball her way, but she chuckled to herself as she heard her warnings. If Harmonia thought that would worry her, she clearly didn't know who she was dealing with!

"Hah, oh yeah? Try this!~" Putting her high-flying expertise to good use, Molly hopped up into the air as the ball came toward her, swinging out with an elbow to shoot it back in Harmonia's direction! She had never been much of a volleyball player before - the closest she'd come was watching a few anime series about it - but it didn't take her long to realize she had skills that worked in her favor!

"It's been ages since the two of us got to go to the beach together!" Laura said as she took her sister Jean by the hand, leading her down the steps towards the seaside, "I think last time I was still in high school?"

"Summer before high school actually," Jean replied as she followed closely behind, "I was just going into senior year. Dad wanted us to have one last celebration before he sold the beach house."

"Yeah, I miss that old place..." Laura said, "But hey, now that we're here, we've got great beaches we can go to!"

The two sisters stepped out onto the beach, shielding their eyes for a moment as they got used to the brilliant sunlight. To be invited to such a wonderful resort just to have some fun was quite the treat, and both sisters planned to enjoy themselves the whole time they were here. LAW had booked the entire resort for a special event, and Laura, thanks to having some pull with management due to her idol status, was able to get both her and her sister an in. They were here just for a vacation, to relax and have some fun, Laura eager to spend time with Jean after several years apart.

After going for a quick swim in the ocean and splashing about in the shallows, the two sisters spent some time drying off and relaxing in the sunlight. There was a bit of a commotion a bit further down the beach, though both sisters didn't pay it any mind for the moment. There was supposed to be a beach match later in the day, so it was most likely related to that. It was likely to be an entertaining match to watch, so both girls were eager to see what their competition was capable of.

"Say, did you hear? The match has been cancelled!"

"Really?"

"Yeah, apparently one of the teams got food poisoning."

"Aww... bummer!"

The rumors quickly spread down the beach, with some of the chatter from the people around the two sisters turning to the topic of the cancelled match. Jean and Laura weren't too bothered by it though, as just enjoying their time on the beach was fun enough.

"Wanna go grab a drink?" Jean asked, "We gotta stay hydrated in this sunlight!"

Laura laughed. "Always so responsible eh sis?" she said, "Sure, let's go grab something!"

Leaving their little corner of the beach, the two blonde sisters made their way down the beach to where most of the people had gathered. There were a few stalls providing drinks and food along the beachside, the two sisters lining up at the first one to grab some beverages. Jean opted for water, Laura picking out a bright blue slushie mixture that looked delicious but very unhealthy. As they turned to go find another spot, Laura caught sight of the beach volleyball courts, specifically someone very familiar playing on the court closest to them.

"Oh my gosh," Laura said, lowering her sunglasses to get a clear view, "So she's here too!"

"Who are you looking at?" Jean asked. Laura pointed directly at a tall blonde who was busy hitting a volleyball across towards a smaller blonde.

"See that girl there?" Laura said, "That's Harmonia Edelstein. She's the one who stomped me into the mats for my debut match!" A bitter edge crept into Laura's voice. Jean could detect that her sister was going to start trouble.

"Laura wait-" Jean began to say, but Laura cut her off, shoving her drink into Jean's hands as she made her way down the beach towards the volleyball courts.

"Well well well! Look who we have here!" Barbara said, walking right up to Harmonia with her hands on her hips, "Fancy bumping into you here Harmonia! I heard one of the teams had gotten food poisoning and wouldn't be able to fight tonight. Seems like you're fine though, did you make up the rumor just because you're too scared to fight?" She stuck her tongue out at Harmonia, channeling all her brattiness to try and rile the opposing blonde up.

"Woah! I got it, I got iiiiiit!", Harmonia said and as she jumped forward to get the ball, only to land facefirst in the sand , the ball smashing onto her butt sticking up in the air. "Ouch...pfrrrr...", she said as she put her head up,spat out sand of her mouth and looked at Molly. They had a hearty laugh. "Hey, better drink some water, it's really hot today.", Harmonia smiled and walked to the cooling box where they had some water and sodas. Moni reached in and opened a bottle of water. It sure was hot today but she was on a tropical paradise, with her beloved girlfriend, manager and partner and nothing, not the heat, not failing at volleyball or anything could destroy this day. "Seems like another victory you, you are cheating, admit it!", Harmonia grinned and gave Mollys nice butt a soft slap, making the barely clad cheeks jiggle. "Is there something you cannot do?", Harmonia and lifted Mollys chin, their barely covered chest pressed into each other as Moni wanted to kiss Molly when she heard the voice.

At first Moni was unsure whom this voice belonged too but when she turned around she saw Barbara, the idol girl she had faced in her debut as Superstar. When Barbara mentioned that both were afraid and stuck her tongue out to them, the Austrians eye twitched. //Why you little...// But since she had become the Superstar and had Molly at her side, Harmonia had become much calmer, especially after what went down with Alexa in the Eagles Nest. Molly deserved a stressless vacation without any brawls and so the Austrian just smiled. "Barbara, how nice to see you. Has been some time, huh?", she said and scratched the back of her head. "Listen, I can imagine that you are still a little bit mad but..." Suddenly another girl approached them who looked like a bigger and more grown up version of Barbara. Harmonia still had an protective arm around Molly, she got accustomed to it and she enjoyed being close to Molly. "Oh, I don't think we met yet. Harmonia Edelstein and this is my girlfriend and wrestlepartner Molly Forster.", she said and raised her hand to greet Barbaras relative.

"Hey, I have an idea, since we are four now, how about a little match. Hehe, don't worry, I meant a volleyball match, what do you say, huh?"; she asked all three. "But be careful, Molly won't admit it, but she is an ace with the ball.", Harmonia chuckled and kissed Mollys foreheard while having one arm around her while the other one carried the ball.

Molly's feet settled back on the sand just in time to see Harmonia wipe out, and when she did, she couldn't help herself. As the ball bounced off her behind and rolled off to a halt, she doubled over forward, giggling uncontrollably. "Looks like you don't got it," she teased - but she would still follow Harmonia to the cooler to retrieve a bottle of her own.

"Whew, yeah..." The Englishwoman wiped some sweat off her brow as she took a swig, having worked herself up both from the heat and the energy she'd put into their game. "Let me know if you need a break, alright? But I'm still game to go whenever!" When Harmonia accused her of cheating, she laughed - even more so as she felt the Austrian's hand clap her against the cheek, causing her to let out a yelp. "What, me? Nothing like that here...just natural talent!" She pointed a finger back at herself, beaming with pride. Then, she turned to face Harmonia, stepping a little closer and letting her guide her head upward. Molly's cheeks flushed at the thought of Harmonia pulling her into a kiss here and now, but she trusted her with anything, and she closed her eyes, preparing to meet her...

But just as their lips were inches apart, she heard a voice call out at the most inopportune moment. Molly's eyes went wide in shock, and she quickly spun back around to face the new arrival, her face a brilliant red. She cleared her throat and shot back an awkward smile at the two girls, chuckling nervously. "Ah, haha, it's not what it looks like..." Even if she and Harmonia were open about their relationship, it had still caught her by surprise.

When she opened her eyes to look at the newcomers, however, it gave Molly some pause - one of them was instantly recognizable as Sparkling Idol Barbara, a woman she had been aware of through her music even before she'd come to LAW, but who had quickly supplanted that with her reputation as a deceitful rulebreaker who was becoming notorious in the wrestling world. She had faced Harmonia in her first match, one that Molly had seen herself as well as heard Barbara discussing after the fact - and that had told her all she needed to know about Barbara. The thought of being struck in the eye with a baton made her wince just considering it - and it made her bite at her lip, all too uncertain what she might have had in mind for Harmonia now.

However, she seemed pleasant enough, greeting them warmly - and Harmonia was just as genial when it came to returning the favor. Molly supposed that as long as they were outside the ring, they wouldn't need to worry about dragging any drama into things. After all, they were just here to have fun and enjoy themselves, no matter who they were or what sides they were on. If nothing else, maybe Barbara's companion would help keep her under control.

The Englishwoman giggled to herself, nodding as Harmonia introduced her. "Haha...that's me!~" she said with a smile. "And we're the Superstars!~" She offered Harmonia a high-five, striking a pose with a confident grin and her fist in the air, even if there weren't any cameras around to capture it.

She then listened to Harmonia's offer of a game between the two, and she was quick to nod her head in agreement. "Oh, sounds like fun!" she said - and what she thought but didn't say was that she was sure that if the four could forget about their differences for a friendly game of volleyball, it could go a long way toward smoothing things over between them. She could sit back easier, knowing all was well - though she did still have to blush at the sound of Harmonia's praise. "Hah...oh, well, I'm sure I just got lucky, anyway! So...what do you say?"

Jean caught up with her sister moments afterwards. "Laura please don't start any trouble!" she said, grabbing her sister from behind and trying to pull her away. It was far too late though, as not only had Laura gotten the attention of both Harmonia and Molly, rudely interrupting their moment, but she had also gone out and said something that was obviously trying to pick a fight. Jean had seen the match, and though she felt bad for her sister she didn't see why Laura would still be mad about it. In the years since Laura left the states she had changed quite a bit, it seemed, becoming much more of a brat than before.

Seeing her obvious taunt get brushed off, Laura was about to escalate, only to have Jean's hand cover up her mouth as her big sister held her back. "Mmmph!" Laura glared at her sister, thinking of this as a betrayal. Jean shot her a stern look. "Stop trying to cause trouble!" she thought. Laura struggled for a moment, then gave up, visibly deflating a little as she gave in. Her sister was right, of course, this was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation for the two of them, no need to be rude and start a fight.

"Sorry about that!" Jean said, "I'm sure my sister didn't mean to offend!" She gave Harmonia and Molly a reassuring smile. "I'm Jean, Laura's sister," she said.

Laura pulled her mouth out from underneath Jean's hand. "Don't use my real name!" she said, "In front of them, I'm Barbara!"

Jean rolled her eyes. "Right, sorry," she said, "I'm Barbara's sister." She gave her little sister a withering look. "Why does it matter if they know your real name?"

"You wouldn't get it," Barbara replied. Jean rolled her eyes again. Though she knew she was usually a nice person, her sister could be quite annoying at times.

"Anyways, sorry for bothering you!" Jean said as she tried to drag Laura away. The idol firmly stood her ground though, refusing to allow her sister to drag her away.

"Come on Jean, they challenged us to a beach volleyball match!" Barbara said, "Let's have a game with them, it'll be fun!" The devious glint in Barbara's eyes told Jean that her sister had something mean planned, and while she wanted no part in it Jean also knew she wasn't going to change Barbara's mind.

With a sigh, she let go of her sister. "Please don't cause any trouble," Jean said to Barbara, hoping her sister took her advice for once.

Barbara turned to Harmonia. "Alright Harmonia, you're on!" she said. She gave Harmonia and Molly her trademark idol smile, then turned and walked with Jean to the opposite side of the volleyball court. The two sisters conferred for a moment before getting into position, Jean in front at the net, and Barbara guarding the back.

The Edelstein Twins had a special relationship to the bratty idol, Harmonia almost had killed Fin after using her penthouse for their games, trashing it in the process. She did'nt blame Barbara for it, she knew how persistent Finella could be. And Harmonia did'nt had any issues with the american, she tried at least. There where enough americans on her back like Alexa Taylor and Jem Holland, not to mention the frenchwoman Charlotte Ravel, LAW veteran and Queen of the Sky Aella Midori and, looming like a dark tower over Harmonia, the lightweight champion, Rose Gold. But even if she had some rivals, the list of her friends was still bigger and Harmonia hoped to ease tensions with a little game.

But the Austrian was neither dumb nor blind. She saw the mischievous grin of Lauren and rolled her eyes behind her sunglasses. Harmonia knew that she herself could be a bit agressive and vengeful if someone really messed with her but this girl? Of course Barbara had become a LAW Darling in short time, being a famous idol already, beautiful to look at and quite eager to step into the ring with everyone available. Barbara had quite some matches under her belt since her debut and even managed to take some victories, mostly cheating of course. And she was famous for her "Punishment Games", where she would stream the humiliation of her losing opponent to her fans and the world.

Honestly, Harmonia did'nt want to be friends with her, she even cheated in their match. The little missy had forgotten why Harmonia had used her as a chair in the first place. That was what happened to heels who tried to get on her nerves, plain and simple. Suddenly the proud austrian felt dumb for attempting to apologize, but for peace sake, wanting to have a nice vacation with Molly, she tried her best to ignore anymore comments. Also Jean, appearantly her sister, seemed sociable and nice enough and had the little bigmouth under control.

All of this was half that bad when she heard her girlfriend cheering, pumping a fist into the air with Moni mirroring the motion before giving Molly a highfive. "Alright, shall we?"
Harmonia and Molly walked over to the other side and waited for their opponents to get ready. Harmonia smiled and gave Molly a thumbs up. "Alright, the Superstars will give you a hard time!", the Austrian grinned. "We all ready? OK!", she said and spanked the ball to Molly.

Molly hoped there wouldn't be trouble, anyway - but, as she saw the two sisters arguing with one another, she couldn't help but wonder if she had spoken too soon. She bit at her lip, occasionally glancing back at Harmonia to make sure that she still thought this was a good idea. But at least with Jean here, she just might be able to keep Barbara from doing anything too rash. She would definitely know a thing or two about what happened when two siblings with contrasting personalities were thrust into the same situation.

"It's nice to meet you, Jean," Molly said, extending a hand to her. "And, uh, you too, Barbara." She giggled a little to herself at the sound of the idol's outburst; it reminded her of some of her fellow cosplayers when they were really serious about getting into character, and while she wasn't the type to take things quite that far herself, she was happy to let them have fun with it.

Still, with all said and done, it appeared that the game was on! Molly straightened herself, doing a few stretches to get herself ready for the game before she fell into a stance with her legs apart and her hands on her hips. She returned the high-five and the thumbs-up to Harmonia, stepping forward to the net. "You bet! I'm ready!"

It was the Superstars' turn to serve first, and Molly watched over her shoulder as Harmonia shot the ball her way. As it flew by, she would hop up into the air, giving it a smack to send it at her opponents - and hopefully display some of her acrobatic prowess in the process. "Here goes!~"

Jean tried to put her troubles out of her mind. This was just a volleyball game, she told herself, Laura might try to cheat a little, but with a net between them there shouldn't be any trouble. She purposefully put herself nearby the net too to stand in between her sister and the other team, just in case Laura lost her temper or something. Looking back over her shoulder, it didn't look like she was out to do anything though. Instead, her sister had her knees bent and arms slightly outstretched, ready to receive the serve. Seeing her sister looking back at her, Laura gave Jean a little wink, then indicated that she should be keeping her attention on the other team.

Molly's serve came in low and fast. Jean trusted Laura to receive it, and her sister did, stepping in and going low to bump it high into the air. It was a good setup, giving Jean plenty of time to position herself and catch the ball as well, volleying it up for a quick set right at the net. Laura wasn't quite tall enough to spike the ball over, and with Harmonia blocking her that probably wouldn't have gone so well. So the smaller blonde ran in and gave the ball a little tip, just enough to send it over the net at an angle to try to avoid Harmonia's hands.

Harmonia grinned as Molly jumped in the air , showing off her skills as a trained highflyer. But this was'nt the only thing she was capable of. Harmonia had put Molly through the Shadow Fortress training, making her tough, making her stronger. Both women trained day and nights to become worthy of the title "Superstars" and everyone who compared Mollys body to the Molly a few years ago would notice the difference. They had cute back in ther schedule for a few months, concentrating on their training and when they came back, neither Molly nor Harmonia where the same again. They were the Superstars and they were ready to aim straight to the top.

The match against Irish Oldschool still was the talk of town. The Bodyslam Molly managed to put on Lauren was the prove of how much both women had put in their training. The naive, easily to fool Molly Forster was no more, in her place stood "Superstar Molly" and with the support and love of Harmonia Edelstein, her partner, it was only a matter of time before they really would show the world what they were capable of. The match this evening could have been a big push, their opponents were highclass and the Superstars were eager to step into the ring with them as the main even no less. But instead of Molly and Harmonia, a simple meal had put them down. The Superstars were dissapointed but at least they were together on a beautiful island and when the Austrian thought about all the things they would do and especially behind the doors of their appartment, she could'nt help but feel better again.

Now Barbara was here. Harmonia did'nt really have a problem with her. Meeting Alexa or Jem would have really ruined her day but with Barbara, things just went a little far. Hopefully the heelish little Idol would'nt try anything funny. Harmonia was on her toes, even if Jean seemed capable enough to put her sister in place. So the match started and Jean managed to counter Mollys attack, while Harmonia charged forward. Barbara was about to get the ball and Harmonia tried to jump, denying the idol her point but instead of a sharp, strong slap, the idol just tipped it over the net. "What the...", Harmonia said, already in the air as the ball sailed down before her eyes and landed in the sand before her. She came back down and sighed. "Damn...", she grunted and shot Barbara a glance. Of course the idol had'nt broken any rules still, such moves were'nt very sportsmanlike. Harmonia would have loved to say something about it but she knew that this would only be leading into chaos. She grinned at Molly as she throw her the ball. She waited close to the net, turning her back on Barbara, concentrating on Molly and the volleyball.
