Wyvern briefly considered trying to strike Isaiah out of his spear entirely, but quickly rejected the idea. If he pulled another read and avoided the the attack, she would be left defenseless. Instead, she took the Spear head-on, making no attempt to dodge it. “Hck!” Wyvern let out an involuntary noise of pain as the impact drove the air from her lungs. At the same time, however, she drives her knee up and her elbow down, looking to smash Isaiah’s should between the two as the wrestlers collide with the mat.

Isaiah put his entire soul into that spear, and it paid off as he felt the impact, however, one thing he didn't count on was the power of Wyvern's instinct, as she raised her leg and elbowed his head, basically spiking him as he hit the ground, Isaiah's teeth were rattled, and he held his head and jaw in instinct. He shook his head to regain his bearings before cinching his hand into Wyvern's stomach in a ab claw, hoping to wear down this feisty fighter....

Wyvern hissed in discomfort as Isaiah's hand clamped down on her abdomen, but it otherwise seemed to do little to slow the ferocious wrestler down. While unpleasant, the ab claw didn't restrain Wyvern's limbs, and pain had never had much ability to inhibit her actions. Rather than attempt to free herself or otherwise conventionally counter the hold, Wyvern attempted to wrap her legs around Isaiah to trap him in a body scissors. If this succeeds, she immediately begins to hammer down elbow shots at his head.

There was a myriad of problems with the stomach claw, one, no one had the strength to make any one submit, two, it was probably the easiest hold to counter, as none of your hands were free. Sure enough, Wyvern managed to counter his claw hold with a submission of her own, as she managed to wrap her legs around his body in a scissor hold, and proceeded to elbow him right in the head. On autopilot, Isaiah began reaching for the ropes, but, realized that wouldn't help him here. He covered his head and began to worm his way out of the hold, eventually succeeding. Isaiah stood up, holding his head, "You are by far the best hitter I've shared the ring with..."

Wyvern made no real attempt to stop Isaiah from escaping her body scissors, although she did continue with her strikes until he was fully out of it. As Isaiah broke free, Wyvern rolled back and into a crouch before rising to her feet, placing one hand on the ring ropes beside her. She cast a dispassionate gaze at the "Holy One," her previous lust for violence either gone or fully under control. "Mmh." Wyvern didn't exactly return Isaiah's compliment, but there was a caution in her body language towards him now where there was only confident disdain before. He had clearly left an impression, whether she stated so openly or not. After a few moments, Wyvern broke eye contact with Isaiah and looked up at the entrance ramp. Or, more accurately, at the group of security guards who had been sent to break the unsanctioned fight apart. "Time's up." With no additional words, Wyvern rolls over the top rope and hops directly to the floor, landing a bit heavily before making her way back towards the gorilla position.

Isaiah looked into Wyvern's eyes, and he could tell that she wasn't "into it" anymore, but, it was also clear that Isaiah had made some kind of impression on her. Isaiah was about to strike when he saw the security guards show up, "Consider this a draw, Wyvern, but, behold, my day will come like a thief in the night." he said, abridging a Bible verse. Before the security could break up the fight proper, Wyvern had already left. Isaiah put his coat, hat and mask back on before leaving through the crowd. If he was being honest, he couldn't care less if he met Wyvern again or not...
