Within Shadows Part I - Enduring Pain (for RedShinigami)

As Dana gave Harmonia some time to rest and recover, she raised an eyebrow when Harmonia asked her questions. Folding her arms under her ample breasts, she gave those questions some thoughts first before she answered them.

"Well, to answer your question... yes, I enjoy my time in the ring so much." Dana said, nodding. "That's not to say it was a pleasant journey for me. I had to sacrifice so much just so that I could stay in the ring for much longer..."

Dana showed Harmonia a small smile which was unlike her usual one. It was the smile of a tired old woman who underwent numerous trials and tribulations, putting her own body through the grinders just so that she could do the things that she loved the most.

Then, she shrugged, and her smile reverted back to her normal one. "Not that I'm planning to retire anytime soon, of course. I think I can go on for a few more years, at least."

Harmonia listened to her teacher and nodded. Then she realised something and blushed. "Oh, I uh- I did'nt meant that...I am sorry Dana-sensei.", she said and bowed her head before her teacher. "I really meant it in a respectful way, still this is no way how a student should talk to her teacher.", the Blonde said and thought back on her training with Sia, one of the two heads of the Austrian Eagles. If she had dared to ask her such as question containing her age she would have found herself in a garbage can outside the Eagles Nest. She looked back up at Dana. "I-I just think that your life, your career is so fascinating and you always gave it your everything. I admire that. That's why I am so proud to be here with you. This is the reason I asked.", she said and hoped that Dana would'nt be mad at her. She did'nt seem like it, answering her questions but Harmonia still felt that it was a little ill advised.
"I am ready sensei.", she said and got in position trying to shut up and concentrate more on her training with Dana.

Dana giggled. "It's okay, dear. It's hardly a big deal anyway." She just shrugged it off before it was time for them to continue the training. It seemed that Harmonia was ready to continue the training. "Okay, next we'll be focusing on your endurance against submission holds. Be ready to get yourself stretched, okay?"

So, Dana would approach Harmonia before she instructed her to sit down. "Sit down. We'll start with rear chinlock first." Once Harmonia sat down, Dana would reach down to her chin from behind with both hands as she would press her knee against her back, subjecting her to a rear chinlock. She would begin wrenching her head and steadily add pressure into the hold to see how long the blonde could endure it.

Harmonia smiled and her shoulders slumped down a little. Despite what people said or how Danas inring persona was, she seemed to be a good person at heart. But Harmonia decided to stop the stupid question that dropped out of her when she was nervous and concentrate on the training with Dana.
"Thank you, Sensei.", she said and bowed a little before nodding. "Yes. I am ready!"

The blonde Austrian sat into position and soon felt the hands of Dana wrap around her chin, clasping together under it, her knee digging itself into her spine and when her trainer began to apply her hold she tried to resist the pressure, searching for a way to work against the incoming force of Dana, using her own strength. Harmonia wanted to show Dana what this girl from the mountains could do and she would not give up until her new teacher would recognize her as one of her masterstudents. Harmonia gritted her teeth as the pressure set in an tried to withstand, not allowing herself to scream but rather squinting her eyes, clenching her teeth and trying to stop Dana from applying to much pain so she could last longer...

Dana continued applying the chin lock on Harmonia, wanting to see how long she could last the hold. Of course, she was here to test the younger woman's endurance, so instead of letting her go, Dana would continue applying the chin lock on Harmonia, keeping the pressure going to see when she was going to tap out.

Of course, if Harmonia could withstand the hold long enough, Dana would eventually let her go from the chin lock, though the endurance training wasn't over yet. There would be more holds to come, and Harmonia would better be prepared for them.

Harmonia fell to the canvas, gagging and coughing. She grabbed for her neck and shuddered. This was already much. And they just had started. Would this be repeated day for day for day? She was sure that Dana even had'nt done her worst. What would await the blonde?

The Austrian got on her hands and knees, struggled but get back on her feet. She easily could end this. Leaving Dana with her Moni and... And what? Back to being a lower midcarder? Back to being "The Model", making people grin and talk about how she never could go up against the big women, against the stars of the league. She would be what she always was, a stranger in a strange land...

Harmonia pounded her fist into the canvas. No, it would'nt end like this. She would pull through. The Blonde took a straighter position and looked at Dana. "Dana-sensei. Please, I want to be the best student you ever had. I want to set records. I want my name directly under yours and one day... It will be above yours.",she said and got in position.

Dana listened to Harmonia, tilting her head as she mulled over her words. She smiled and nodded approvingly. "That's good to hear. I expect more from you, then."

She would approach her student, holding out her arms. She would then wrap her arms around her body, putting her into a bearhug. Once she got the hold locked in, Dana would begin squeezing her in the bearhug. "Try to last as long as you can. Just tap if you think you can't handle it anymore."

Harmonia was just ready to get warmed up. Her body hurt and she was sure it was close to giving in. This was only the start of her training so she was far away from being the woman she would finally become.

But neitherless, she nodded and saw Dana approaching with an attack that she knew by heart herself as she got wrapped into a bearhug so tight that she thought her body would crumble under the pressure. Dana put the Bear into the Bearhug, that much was for sure.

"Kch..aaah...aaaaaaAAAAAAH!" Harmonia felt a pain she had never knew she could experience. This was on a whole another level then Sia had put her through and she was unsure how much she could take. Already her insides felt like jello, ready to be squished as her diaphragma was getting crushed, there was no other word for it. She lifted her hand, ready to tap but she would never forgive herself if she had'nt pulled through with all that she could muster and so she swung her legs around Dana to get some leverage and her arms around the neck of her sensei, trying to withstand the pain...

Dana continued squeezing Harmonia's body in the bearhug, noticing that the blonde was ready to tap out but hadn't done so yet. She would keep squeezing her body as she said, "Don't hesitate to submit if you can no longer take it, dear. You should know your own limit by now..." Dana would keep squeezing her while saying that. She also noticed that Harmonia had brought her legs around her, and Dana saw this as a sign of defiance from her student. She smiled as she tightened the hold some more. She wanted to see how much the blonde she could take from this.

Harmonia got up on wobbly knees. Already her body screamed to stop but would that be enough? Would that impress Dana? Harmonia not just wanted to become stronger. She wanted to show her sensei what she was capable off, she wanted nothing less to become the top student of the veteran, someone Dana would speak of with pride in her voice. So she shook every need to pause, every aching muscle and ligament was ignored as Harmonia stretched her arms wide out. "Do your worst!", she shouted and indeed, Dana came and wrapped her arms around the slim body of the Ex-Model, squeezing her in a bearhug so tight that Harmonia thought she had come into the hydraulic press of a factorymachine.

The Blonde had been in bearhugs before and she herself had used this attack often to wear her opponents down for further attacks, but what Dana did here was not wearing her down. She crushed her. Her lungs started to burn as she felt her ribs slowly bending inwards. Her whole upper body was constructed into the mighty grip of Dana Ashford, the Lady of the Shadow Fortress! Harmonia clenched her teeth, intent not to scream but with every inch that the arms closed tighter she could'nt hold it anymore and with a loud scream of pain she threw her head back into her neck as all of her insides screamd for relief.

Tears trickled down her cheeks as the pain got almost unbearable as the Ex-Model slowly went limp into Danas grasp. What was better? Falling unconcious or tapping. Both options were humiliating but this was no match, it was test of Harmonias endurance and so the blonde raised her arm and before her vision got blurried, tapped on Danas arm. "E-enough...", she whispered weakly.
