Poisonous Beauty: Sakura Hagiwara vs Emaline (Apex Qualifier Match)

She didn't want to admit it but Sakura had been floored by the two pronged assault by Emaline. Something that was made all the more effective due to the woman's legs being the cornerstone behind the offense, leaving the idol laid out completely. As a result she was all but helpless as the pink haired girl began circling her.

'Not good.' Sakura thought to herself, feeling like a diver being circled by a shark. Free but totally helpless at the same time. So once Emaline dived forward onto her hands Sakura immediately reacted tensing her muscles and raising her legs to counter a drop... that never came.

"Huh?" Sakura asked in confusion, lowering her limbs and untensing her muscles as she looked up to see Emaline doing a hand stand over her... before the boot, or rather the knee finally fell, driving into Sakura's now untensed and unprotected stomach!

"AUGH!!!" Sakura would scream out in pain from the move, the impact driving most of the air out of her body. As such Sakura would immediately turn on her side and curled her body, dry heaving and groaning in pain from the blow. Unable to do anything as a result!

Seeing Sakura curl up after she ate Emaline's handstand knee drop, she hummed in self-satisfaction. "~Mmm.~" She mounted the idol wrestler's back, grabbed her forearm, and wrenched her arm behind her back for an excruciating chickenwing. "Your agonised shriek earlier, I must express that it was quite melodious." The Viper added insult to injury, speaking right into Sakura's ear. "I would very much appreciate it if you performed an encore." With eyes simmering with sadistic glee, Emaline maintained her patronisingly urbane demeanour as she further twisted the chickenwing to a more excruciating angle. "You have my gratitude in advance."

Sakura groaned softly still in pain from her place on the mat with her cheek pressing against the smooth yet firm surface below her. Emaline's vicious handstand knee drop truly winding the idol and not leaving her with many options other than dry heaving and panting in agony, unable to do anything as the pink haired vipress mounted her back and twisted her arm in a brutal chicken wing hold! "AGHHHHHHhH!" Screaming in agony as her arm was twisted intot he hold Sakura would begin kicking the mat repeatedly with pained whines escaping her lips. 'Dammit! I need to do something!' She thought to herself desperately, balling up her other hand before swinging her free arm behind her as best she could in a desperate effort to fight out of the hold by sending elbow strikes to Emaline's leg and side!

"~Mmm, delectable.~" Emaline intonated into Sakura's ear. "Gmph!.." Only for the latter to sabotage the former's fun via some well-placed elbows. "Grk!.. Gak!.." The malicious smile which once adorned Emaline's face quickly transformed into a teeth-gnashing frown as she took more elbows to the side. "The novelty of your obstinance is slowly becoming more nuisance than amusement." While still holding onto Sakura's hand, the Viper tried to snatch the other arm by the wrist. If successful, she would drop the chickenwing and try to transition into a straightjacket choke.

Very quickly Sakura found the control of the match for her taken away from her leaving her without much she cold do in response. After all with one of her arms locked down in such a painful way she was all but forced to do the only thing she could to get free. That was delivering elbow after elbow behind her, trying to drive her opponent into releasing her as opposed to keeping it in place. This only worked partially however. As rather than maintain the submission as was Emaline merely transitioned to another one!

"Gak!" Gagging slightly as both her arms were grabbed and pulled back Sakura knew she had to act fast. Even with her arms pulling against her throat now the hold wasn't fully locked in, not yet at least. Using the brief moments of chaos she had Sakura would turn over on her side, trying to both untwist her arms and free herself of the choke in the process. If she managed to do so Sakura would use the positioning to stand up before throwing her leg forward, trying to knee Emaline in the chest!

Emaline sneered as she cinched in the chokehold. Or so she thought. In the crucial few seconds before she locked Sakura's own arms around her her throat, she spun into action, slipping free of the Viper's grasp and bashing a knee into her chest in the process. "Gak!" With a pained grunt, she collapsed backwards. Of course, she didn't remain downed for long. She planted her hands on the canvas and thrust her lower body upwards, launching herself at the idol wrestler to execute an impressive kip-up dropkick.

With a quick bit of ingenuity Sakura had managed to just barely escape Emaline's attempting at getting a straight jacket hold on her. But that was only part of what she had to do. After all the only way to win a match was to attack, so the moment she got free Sakura sent a knee to the girl, managing to knock the pinkette down onto her back!

However it wasn't for long, before Sakura's eyes the girl managed to kip back up right into a drop kick! 'Shit!' Sakura thought as she raised her arms up, barely managing to block the brunt of the kick as she was forced back, nearly falling back down again but managing to stay upright as she stared down her opponent. "That all you got?" Sakura asked in between pants with a glare towards the haughty woman.

Using Sakura's body as a springboard, Emaline perfectly performed a backflip to land onto her feet after her dropkick connected. However, she didn't find her opponent laying dazed and helpless on the ground. Instead, she saw Sakura standing strong. She even possessed the gall to taunt. The Viper furrowed her brows in irritation.

"The audacity..." She hissed scornfully before she sprung back into action, running towards her foe at full speed. Then she jumped into the air, spun her body, and twisted her hips to expertly execute a hard-hitting albeit showy 540 kick. Just like before, Emaline would continue spinning should her flamboyant miss and try to leg sweep Sakura off her feet.

Sakura had barely managed to escape the clutches of Emaline's submission attempt when the girl had already began another attack on the former idol. "Ngh..." Wincing a bit still from the dropkick landing against her arms Sakura would manage to at least fire off some challenging words to Emaline, prompting the pink haired girl to come running in once more.

Watching carefully as her opponent leaped into the air Sakura braced herself, getting ready to enact a quick plan. Seeing Emaline's showy aerial kick Sakura already concluded that like before there was likely a hidden second attack somewhere in it. So rather than move back or even attempt to block it, Sakura instead would dive forward, using the distance between the mat and Emaline herself to avoid her and any follow ups she had in mind all together!

'Time to show her that she's not the only one with some acrobatic skills.' Sakura thought to herself if she were successful with her dodge. Leaping backwards into backflip Sakura would land on her feet and with a quick glance behind her, she would push off again, launching herself right into Emaline while popping her hips out, aiming to slam Emaline with a flying hip attack!

Emaline's eyes widened when she saw her opponent dive towards her, out of the arc of her kick. However, she had already committed to the move; her forward momentum forced her to execute the kick. She landed onto her feet and swiftly shot her gaze backwards but by then it was too late. "Gah!" Sakura's rear crashed into the Viper's back, knocking her off balance. She stumbled forwards and crumpled onto all fours. Her disorientated state left her open to more offence.
