Chigusa was in the locker room, still waiting for her time to wrestle tonight in an Apex qualifier match. She still had some time left to relax, so here she was, hanging out and chilling while glancing up at the television displaying the match currently happening in the ring. She was already in her wrestling outfit, which was a green leotard that exposed quite a healthy amount of skin. Chigusa was quite proud of her body, and she thought that she might as well show it off for everyone to see during matches.
Speaking of something to be proud of, Chigusa was especially proud of her in-ring ability which had been improving quite drastically ever since she joined LAW. While she wasn't certainly a small fry back then in Wrestle Angels, many considered her to be one of the lesser ones among the girls in the roster. She had no obvious talent in wrestling, and she had to make do with grit and hardworking. Unlike her friend, Megumi, who was outright prodigy in squared circle, many people would think that Chigusa was pretty lacking as a wrestler.
But Chigusa had proven them wrong many times already. She was an impressive wrestler with impressive strength and skill, and while she had to work very hard for that, her efforts had been very fruitful these days. Still, there were some people who still thought that she was the lesser half between the pair of both Chigusa and Megumi. It frustrated her a bit that she had to work very hard to disabuse those people of that notion, though she honestly thought that her efforts would be worth it in the end.
