Marzia Servelli [D] vs. Katsumi Oshiro

"One! Two!"

Marzia knew full well that this wasn't any position she wanted to be in. And once again, it was making her angry. Gritting her teeth as she felt the weight from Katsumi pressing down on top of her, she started to draw on the strength in her legs, getting her free leg against the ground with her foot pressed flat on the mat. Pushing up against the surface of the ring in this fashion, she was able to lift herself up just enough to shake Katsumi, and give her the leverage she needed to kick straight out of the pin.

But that isn't where Marzia was going to stop. She had more in store for her opponent. Refusing to give Katsumi any chance to recover while she got out of the pin, Marzia went to snap her arms in place around Katsumi's torso, giving her waist a quick but hard squeeze to choke some air from her lungs before twisting herself to the side and flipping Katsumi over and onto her face. While the Punk Princess was still recovering, Marzia would take this opportunity to lock her ankles in place on either side of Katsumi's legs, before falling down on top of her, her belly pressed against Katsumi's back, and yanked her head back in a camel clutch, hooking her fingers beneath her chin and pulling towards her.

Katsumi nods enthusiastically with each slap to the mat. The first hit. The second. The third-- wait, no third? In fact, it's more than that. The pin is broken and she's rolled over. Shocked by how fast Marzia is moving now, despite the beating she's taken, she has only enough time to gasp before she's upon her. Arms wrap around her waist and clamp, earning a yelp! Her hands move to the arms around her middle, but Marzia's already changing things up! She's pushed down onto her stomach, grunts when Marzia's weight is added atop her, then starts to panic when she feels fingers hooking her petite jaw.

It was exactly what Katsumi feared. Her back is arched suddenly at an unnatural angle, her breasts pushed tight against her sportstop, abs taut on display to the audience. "Aaahn!," she screams, her boots kicking against the mat. Her hands move to Marzia's wrists, pulling desperately to try to loosen the hold!

Katsumi wasn't going to make it easy for Marzia to keep her in a hold, and that was clear from the start as she started to thrash about in her efforts to throw the Italian off. Steeled by her determination and urge to keep going, Marzia tried to keep her hold in place for as long as she could, but her grip was steadily starting to slip, as her fingers slipped off Katsumi's chin one by one, while the struggle back and forth coming from the Pink Princess was keeping her from steadying her grip. Marzia knew that letting Katsumi have free control of the hold wasn't going to end well for her, so she wasn't going to pretend she could hold her in for good the way she was. She would have to change tactics.

With a huff, Marzia hopped up to her feet, shoving Katsumi's face back down towards the mat as she did so. Hoping to act quickly while her adrenaline lasted, and hopefully before Katsumi had a chance to react, she then swept her leg forward, hoping to drive her heel into her opponent's back there and then.

"Pfftbh!," sputters Katsumi as her face is shoved down into the mat again, effectively bullied! Her knees shift against the ring, her elbows setting beneath her chest. Her back arches inwards as she tries to recollect herself - only to be arched suddenly, sharply moreso. Almost with the upper-half of her upper-body at an upright angle, eyes squeezed shut at the impact of Marzia's heel against her spine, shocks of pain shooting through her body.

Katsumi's body drops back down to the mat in a sprawl, now panting. Her fingers curl against the mat, not out of the fight, but hurting. "Nnh..," is all she manages to offer yet. But soon, she's starting to crawl her way to hands and knees again.

Marzia felt encouraged watching Katsumi take damage like this, and the feeling of being back in control proved as a rush to her as she thought that she once again was controlling the flow of this match. Even as Katsumi was starting to crawl away from her, Marzia wasn't worried. The Japanese girl had been taking a beating already, and it looked like it was impeding her ability to fight. What happened from here on out shouldn't be too much trouble for her, Marzia thought.

With that in mind, she figured that she could afford to let her get away this time. But Marzia still had an attack lined up for her in her own way, as she ran back into the ropes before using them to spring forward, raising her arm for a clothesline.

Katsumi crawls her way to the ropes, grabbing onto the tight cords to stabilize herself. Marzia hasn't come at her again yet. That's putting her on high alert, albeit she's a little grateful for the reprieve. She draws herself up to her feet and turns around in time to see the other girl pressing into the ropes.

Eyes widen, and her training takes over both mind and body. Rather than run from her, Katsumi presses back into the ropes and slingshots herself forward at full tilt! When she sees the other girl's arm extend, her own arm reaches out. The two girl's collide, arms hooking at collars across chests, but Katsumi's body has considerably more give than one might expect. In fact, it has too much give. At the moment of impact, the punkette flips backwards while holding onto Marzia, attempting to use her opponent's momentum against her in a snappy, guided flip that'll end her flat on her back and Katsumi squarely atop her in a Spanish fly maneuver!

By the time Marzia had realized what she was headed for, it was already too late, with her careening off the ropes in Katsumi's direction. She barely had any time to react to the sudden reversal in their fortunes, her eyes widening in shock just as Katsumi came back at her and grabbed her arm. She had barely expected Katsumi to have that much energy left in her, let alone enough to go for the same high-speed maneuver she had. Marzia tried to brace herself for the impact, closing her eyes and biting her lip just as the two wrestlers made contact, but it wouldn't be enough to make her ready for what came next, as Katsumi flipped her back through the air. The Italian plummeted onto her back, her scream cut short by the shock of the blow to her back, and was left without any means of resisting as Katsumi got on top of her.

Following the shake of the ring and Marzia lying still beneath her, Katsumi raises her head briefly. It soon drops back down to rest beside Marzia's, settling to simply lie overtop her. She needs a moment to catch her breath, for the raging, aching muscles and joints to calm down. She knows she's technically in a pinning position, and she's fine with that. The two ladies lie heaped together, the Punk Princess atop, and simply breathing.

The referee-girl drops beside them. She raises a hand!

Slap! "One!"

"Two! Thr-"

Marzia knew she'd have to think fast if she wanted to get out of this one. She only had so much energy in her, and Katsumi was doing a good job of getting her to burn through it. Her chest rose and fell under her opponent's, and time almost seemed to slow down as she plotted out her next move. Try as she might, Marzia still didn't want to let Katsumi take the pin. She wouldn't let her.

Katsumi wasn't hooking her leg this time - and perhaps more importantly, she was getting just as tired as Marzia was, she could feel that. This seemed like a ripe opportunity to abuse that fact. She threw her weight up against Katsumi, going to roll her over - and then, she went to hold her shoulders down in turn, reversing the pin and triggering another count from the ref!

One!

There's the second count. There's the thir- "Ahn!," yelps Katsumi as she's suddenly torqued to the side. She finds herself lying flat beneath Marzia, her back arching inwards. Her narrow shoulders are pressed down into the mat, eyes opened to halves to stare up at Marzia.

"Two!"

Her boots scoot against the mat for traction, and her hips suddenly spike upwards with a twist, pushing her stomach and hips hard into Marzia's. With a twist, she upsets the pin to roll onto her side.

"Th- no! Two-count!"

Katsumi lies on her side still, her head resting on the mat as she attempts to build up her energy again. She could stand. She knows she could. But she needs to gather as much as she can to, in gaming terms, burst Marzia down. Thinking in those terms puts a faint, even innocent smile on her face. "Heh.."
