The Golden Girl meets Helen Andronike

"Huh!?" Emma's ears perked when Helen told her she could help her get closer to Christina...it seems that she can't hide her obvious feelings from the Spartan woman as she went closer to Helen.

"Really? Y...y...you'll help me?" Emma couldn't think properly as she couldn't see the apparent trick the Spartan was trying to play. She was a dumb young girl In love with her training partner, and she wanted to get closer to her by any means possible.

"I'm not sure why you'll help me, though...what's in it for you?" She asked, putting her hands on her hips.

"Well when I beat you... and I will beat you, it will mess with Christina and build a lot of heat for this match. More interest in the match means a bigger push. The thing is even when I beat you, you can come out of the match looking really good to everyone else, especially Christina. Either way I'd like to wrestle you. Your challenge is worthy by itself. But are you interested to hear how you can come out of this better?"

" No!!" Emma responded as Helen was being quite upfront with her. What got Emma to change her mind was when Helen already counted her out, almost as if Emma was guaranteed to lose. Despite Emma being wholly outclassed by Christina, it was a no-brainer she could quickly fail to Helen, but the Canadian still carried pride and was not going to put her head down.

"No, thank you...you know I think I can find some way by myself to win Christina over, but I'm not going to let you beat me! I'll win our match up, and maybe that will impress her."

Helen beamed proudly at Emma. "There we go! That's how you do it! I happily accept your challenge and look forward to wrestling you. Now slap me in the face and challenge me again with that fire in your voice so everyone hears it," she whispered and winked.

Not sure if Emma would go for it, Helen decided to motivate her with a show. "YEAH I BEAT THAT BITCH CHRISTINA. WHAT YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT? I ENJOYED SLAMMING HER UGLY FACE IN-"

Out of nowhere Emma was triggered by Helen's trash talking as she did a Shoryuken (yes from street fighter) and shove her fist right at her chin.

'Oh god what did I do!?' Emma froze as she never assaulted someone like that before. She was left standing in complete shock looking at Helen with a very sorry look.

"Oh my...so so so so sorry...I...I...I..." Emma didn't know what to say as this was something new to her.

Helen did not expect an uppercut punch from the Canadian. For a few moments she reacted legitimately, clutching her jaw and then getting in Emma's face. She snapped out of it and, upon seeing Emma start to apologize, pulled her in close for a nose to nose staredown and whispered to her. "Don't apologize. They'll all see you differently now." She then loudly proclaimed, "Oh I accept. Bring that same fire to our match. You'll need it." Helen let the crowd and the cameras soak it in before turning away and "storming" off.

"Oh god...umm.." she quickly left the gym before she could get interviewed off by the media. The story is that now Emma wants revenge for her teammate who had taken a beating from Helen, and now a video of her giving a stiff uppercut to the Spartan was posted. With nowhere else to go, she went to find her coach Hiro Takahashi who was living in his own two-story house. She knocked on the door and clung onto the Japanese kickboxing explaining the situation to him.

"Oh, Hiro...what am I going to do?... Helen is tough as they come, and I need help...like really need help...I don't think I can beat her." She had a desperate look on her face as her coach touched her shoulders and gave her a reassuring look.

"Hey, don't worry," Hiro spoke. "We are a team after all, and I'll help you get through this...we got a week to prepare for the match so let's just focus...work hard and train hard like we are usually doing, Emma...come...let's go and watch some tape...maybe I can point out a few weaknesses and then we can go on from there...sound like a plan?" Hiro smiled and patted Emma on the head, making the Canadian smile as she looked confident.

"Alright, Hiro! And hey, maybe when Christina is all right, she could also help me with training!" She had a spark in her eyes as she believed that with the help of her team, she could beat Helen.

The first day was mostly film studying and exciting Emma. On the second day had, Hiro and E,mma, worked on some critical things like striking and evasion. There was a lot of emphasis on Footwork and cardio, and Hiro believed if Emma could land a couple of quick shots, she could wear down Helen...The third day was a rest day as Emma had taken a lot of kicks from Hiro and was starting to bruise up, so a much-needed day off was required. It wasn't until the fourth day that Christina was finally released at the hospital, and when she heard that Emma was going to challenge Helen in three days, she went to Hiro's house and started knocking furiously.

"Christina? You finally out...how are y-"

"Not now, Hiro...where is Emma!?"

"Well, she is...umm..."

Emma came from upstairs as she was dressed up to start another workout in as she saw Christina out from the door.

"Oh my God, Christina! You finally here!" She squealed and went to give her a big hug as Christina rolled her eyes and sidestepped out the way making the Canadian faceplant on the floor.

"Owwwwww." Emma got up to rub her face as her crush looked down on her with her hands on her hips.

"Emma...why did you have to butt in? Helen is my rival, and I don't need you to avenge me...I can do it myself..." Christina spoke coldly at Emma.

"Hey now! Christina doesn't act so cold to Emma like that...she had been training hard these past three days...besides, you'll get your revenge or whatever later, but Emma needs this match...will you help her or not?"

Christina looked at Hiro with an intimidating face while Emma gave her the good old puppy dog eyes making the Filipina woman stand there contemplating.

"Remember Christina, we a; also a team..." Hiro crosses his arms. "You agreed that as a team, we should help each other out...are you thinking of going against your word?"

"Ok ok fine...jeez..." Christina pouted and looked at Emma.

"I'll help train you...only because I despise that bitch...I guess it's my turn to train you, so you better listen to my words. You understand me?" She looked at Emma with a serious face as the Canadian girl shook her head up and down while getting up with excitement in her eyes.

"Loud and clear!"

"Good...cause I think I have a way to beat her...I've had a lot of time to think while at the hospital...so come...we can get started now..."

Christina took Emma's hand as the Canadian blushed as the Filipina beauty was taking her someplace private and isolated. The two would train closely together with the eyes or ears of the media...
