Thereisa Niedermeyer vs Yuki Kazikura

Thereisa was able to see her foot coming closer to landing flush on her opponent's jaw. But just when it seem that she would land the knock-out blow to Yuki to put an end to the match, the smaller woman was able to grab it with both hands stopping the move cold, before twisting to the side while still clutching the leg and taking her down to the canvas with a dragon screw move.

“AAAAAHHHHH! AAAAAAAGGHHH!” Thereisa screamed out, feeling her leg buckle and twist from the move, clutching her leg with her hand as she was taken down by a move that nobody would have thought would do this much damage to the older woman.

'Damn it, not now..' she thinks to herself as she gets to her feet gingerly. As soon as she gets to her feet, her right leg buckles a bit, forcing a grunt of pain to leave Thereisa lips as she steps forward planning on getting some payback against the smaller Yuki for targeting her leg like that. The fans are split on who to cheer for during the match, seeing as Yuki is the more fan favorite while Thereisa is a face... who did just do a low blow so they are mum on who to cheer for.

If Yuki had taken such a forceful blow head-on from such a larger opponent, it could well have knocked her out right then and there. She had to wince just thinking about it. But what she lacked in size, Yuki made up for in speed, and she was able to think on her feet, striking before Theresia had a chance to realize what she was doing. She saw her chance to use her opponent's momentum against her, turning her attempt at an attack into a swing off her feet that would send her toppling to the ground - and it seemed it had worked even more effectively than Yuki had planned, as Theresia cried out in agony as she tried to nurse the pain coursing through her leg! Yuki rolled with the momentum, tumbling forward into a seated position and looking back over her shoulder at where her opponent had landed. She smirked to herself, knowing that her efforts had paid off - but her expression quickly grew serious. She knew this match was far from over, and she wasn't going to let her guard down yet.

That much was clear, as Theresia quickly got back to her feet before Yuki could press the advantage. With a huff, the Japanese lightweight pushed herself back up after her, spinning back around to face her foe. She watched as Theresia's leg buckled as she put the pressure on it, and she began to strafe to the side, watching the veteran's stance all the while. If Yuki had done some damage to Theresia's leg, it would put her at a disadvantage for the rest of the match, not just in terms of causing her pain and compromising her stability, but in slowing her down as well. That could only widen the gap between the two of them when it came to what they were good at - and that was something Yuki wanted to use to her advantage. Suddenly she broke from where she was circling Theresia, trying to run toward her and jump up to plant one foot against her collar, while swinging her other leg out to hit her in the back of the head with an enzuigiri!

Letting out a growl of anger but more of pain as her leg buckles again before she can get her playback against Yuki, the leg forcing her to stop her plunge and switch her game plan to find another way to win the match.

She starts to eye her younger opponent who is circling her as one does it wounded prey, that brings an almost livid look on her face that someone like Yuki is circling her as if she is wounded. As soon as she saw her for making a quick lunge at her...

Thereisa would do as well but is a step slower, not being able to counter the kick that slams into the back of her head as it knocks her down to the canvas in a heap. Dazed and now the back of her head is throbbing and ringing from the kick, as she starts to slowly roll onto her side trying to get up.

Yuki had her eyes locked on Theresia, waiting for the first moment she would show an opening she could seize upon. Against a woman who eclipsed her in both size and experience, the Japanese girl knew that she would need every bit of help she could get when it came to winning this match. Luckily for Yuki, she knew how to turn even Theresia's imposing form into an asset to her cause. Dashing forward, she hopped up onto the heavyweight's chest, using it to give herself an extra boost before she swung her leg around toward the back of her head - and, with a thud, Theresia was knocked to the mat, toppling like a wall with the foundations knocked out from under it!

Seeing Yuki overcome the odds, the crowd cheered - and Yuki, too, was happy to hear their enthusiasm. As she hopped back on her feet, she turned to the stands to face them with a grin as she raised her fist in the air. But she knew she couldn't be done now - Theresia still had to be dealt with! No sooner had Yuki shaken the cobwebs out of her head that she took off toward the ropes. Once again, she was using her surroundings and her momentum to her advantage; she couldn't beat her opponent head-on, but she could build up toward hard-hitting moves that could take even a formidable force like Theresia down. The veteran might have been in the process of getting back up, but Yuki looked to cut her off at the pass - she jumped off the ropes, swinging her legs out toward her foe as she aimed a missile dropkick to her spine as she rose to her feet!

Thereisa is reeling again after taking that kick to the back of the head, as she is starting to pull herself up using the ring ropes to help her get to her after. She is off her game in a big terrible way, just seeing Astrid has thrown her off her game and it is showing in front of everyone as she is struggling against someone smaller than her.

And knowing that has completely taken hold of her as she starts to go to a dark place again, knowing that she going to have to do some things that will seem dirty but she knows that she is going to win. 'Aaaahhh' she cries out as she is sent into the ropes and she gets tangled up in them, her neck got caught in the ropes so her feet are touching the outside floor but her neck is still caught in a hangman a scene. The ref sees that she is in danger of being legitimate hurt rushes over to free the tangled up woman from being choked out or worse.

With every successful hit Yuki got in on Theresia, she could feel her spirits soaring higher. Her heart was racing, and a smile grew across her face as she tightened her fists. The challenge of taking on a veteran and a heavyweight was a daunting task, and yet Yuki had managed to thrive! Her career up to this point had been a rocky one, and even entering herself into the LAW Apex event was a gamble that many commentators remarked on with concerns as to whether or not Yuki could make it. But so far, she was proving she was still capable of handling herself; if anything, she was doing even better than she had before she made her return! She still had it in her!

The cheers came down from the stands, and Yuki looked up to the fans to nod her head in their direction in recognition of their support. Then, though, she turned back around to face her opponent - and she froze when she saw where Theresia had landed.

A moment ago, Yuki had been flying high, in control of the momentum of the match and putting the pressure on her opponent. She was ready to keep that up. But when she saw Theresia tangled in the ropes, her neck wrapped in the cables, all of that came to a screeching halt.

Yuki's eyes went wide as the color drained from her face, sweat running down her brow. She remembered how she had gotten tangled in the barbed wire in her match against Amano Jaku, forcing the points to dig into her skin as she tried to pull away, and how Skylar Jones had all but hanged her with her belt as she threw her over the ropes with the strap tightened around her neck. Now, it seemed, Theresia was on the receiving end of two of the most horrific ordeals Yuki had been through in the wrestling ring - and it was her doing. Her mind flashed back to how she had discussed if she had gone too far in the barbed wire match, and if she would let it happen again. Had she failed to prevent that?

Shocked into silence, Yuki was only able to stare off into space toward the struggling Theresia. The medics began rushing to the side of the ring in case the veteran needed help - but Yuki couldn't even find it in herself to move.

The ref working as best as she could to free the hanged woman from the ropes. With help from the medics who ran out to help after seeing such a dangerous spot performed in LAW, they are able to free Thereisa head from the ropes allowing her to fall to the padded floor in a heap coughing and choking after being hung for a minute or so.

Letting out a loud gurgled gasp sucking in as much air as she possibly could the big woman is able to get to her feet with the help of the ring apron to pull herself up, tilting her neck to the side and allows everyone to see the dark bruise that formed around her neck and throat as she yells and demands that the medics back off and that the match will continue.

She has never been one to take advantage of her opponents freezing up or something that leaves them wide open to her moves, as she reaches out and grabs Yuki by the legs and drags her underneath the bottom rope to the outsides where she is at, before a grin appears on her face at what she is about to do to the younger woman.

With a look on her face... Thereisa would grab the back of Yuki's head and toss the younger woman right at the judge's table that is at ringside, mostly right at Astrid, who is in the middle of two other judges watching this match up.

Shocked into stillness by the sight of how Thereisa had ended up in such a dangerous position, Yuki did nothing to stop the paramedics as they let the veteran down from the ropes. For a moment she stayed there, her eyes locked on Thereisa in a blank and unblinking stare as her chest rose and fell with shallow pants. What could she do? She was still coming off the realization that she had let something like that happen in the first place.

But, as Yuki was soon to find out, being speechless around an angry Thereisa Niedermeyer was no safe place to be! When she heard her opponent bark for the match to continue, she gasped, shaking herself back to her senses as she tried to ready herself for what was to come. But Yuki was too late. Before she could even take a step, Thereisa reached under the ropes and grabbed her by the leg, and one forceful pull was all she needed to sweep her off her feet!

"H-Hey..!" Yuki yelped, falling to her back. Her arms flailed in the air, and she kicked out with her free leg, but she was unable to stop herself from being dragged underneath the ropes - and, when she looked up on the other side to see Thereisa glaring down at her with a sinister grin, her heart practically skipped a beat. She could only imagine what lay in store for her.

Clenching her teeth and coiling inward, Yuki tried to brace herself for impact as she raised her hands to protect herself. She watched Thereisa's hand close in on her, and she squeezed her eyes shut so as to shield herself from the sight of what would follow. But whatever Yuki was expecting, nothing could prepare her for what happened next! The veteran dragged her off her feet and into the air, and one swipe of her arm was all she needed to sling her clean across the arena as though she weighed little more than a piece of paper! Yuki let out a scream as she went hurtling straight toward the judges' table - and in particular, where Astrid was seated right in the middle!

The Norsewoman was in the middle of a conversation with a long-time wrestling analyst who was also judging the match when she heard Yuki's scream. She spun back around to watch as the girl came flying closer, and she barely had any time to gasp before the two made impact! With a thud, Yuki slammed straight into Astrid, taking her backward and out of her seat as they fell to a heap on the floor! The other two judges got to their feet, watching Thereisa closely, and the referee began the count-out with a shout of "One! Two!" - but it was doubtful that anything could slow the berserk Thereisa down!

Most of the people watching the match would say that Thereisa did that on purpose. Everybody knows the bad blood between the two women that spans a blood feud only due to Astrid's father being involved in getting the woman blacklisted from the business, but others don't know what she went through trying to do everything she could to support her family but being blacklisted from the one thing she knew was the nail through the heart that drove her rampage and anger at the Ostberg line.

After throwing Yuki like a rag doll at her hated enemy... Thereisa would clutch her head letting out a loud scream still in a rage and finally snapped at this point walking over and reaching down grabbing her opponent by the hair and glaring at both judges who are looking at her before dragging the younger woman back towards the ring.

She is starting to slip back into her heel persona, but not the one who returned to LAW after a long layoff from being banned. She is starting to become the monster that was known far and wide as the demon that made other wrestlers fear and shiver in their boots when they say her standing across the ring, the only thing that matters is winning this match by any means but still putting on a good showing that the judges minus Astrid would be impressed by it.

'You think pulling that little stunt is going to help you win... I'm going to do something that I did to that bitch father during our match..' Thereisa would say. Before Irish whipping the smaller woman right into the steel post with bad intentions on her mind about how to make the younger woman suffer for what happened to her.

Yuki had proven herself a capable wrestler in rings across Japan; even at her young age she was a natural learner, and her natural talent combined with her willingness to push her limits and grow stronger had helped elevate her to the top of LAW cards. And yet, here she was against Theresia Niedermeyer, a woman who seemed almost twice her size and who had the fearsome reputation to match. No amount of experience or training could keep Yuki from falling victim to the simple laws of physics - and when Theresia threw her out of the ring, she went flying, hurled straight into Astrid with enough force to take the two of them to the ground!

Still lost in the commotion, Yuki's head was spinning, and she panted for breath to try and center herself. The crowd erupted into boos, decrying Thereisa for using such underhanded tactics, and for the brutality she showed against a woman who was far from on a level playing field against her. But that didn't even seem to slow her down as she stormed out of the ring, grabbing Yuki by the hair to haul the gasping lightweight back with her. The girl let out a scream, her scalp burning from the pressure. She twisted and turned and kicked her legs as she tried to free herself from Theresia's clutches; getting her feet underneath her, she started to get back up, but Theresia would beat her there, slamming her into the corner. There she collided face-first with the corner post, where her screams were cut off by a loud metallic clang as she dropped to a seated position.

And if Theresia meant what she said...that was the least of Yuki's worries. As she sat back up, Astrid realized that if a smaller girl like her was on the receiving end of one of the Black Widow's brutal moves...she was in even more danger than the average victim of her exploits! Astrid had made up her mind. Theresia had already crossed the line when she had targeted her outside of the ring, but this was going too far!

"THERESIA NIEDERMEYER!" Astrid roared, storming over to the judges' table and slamming her hands against it with a thud that made the fans go silent. "If you violate the rules of this match one more time, I will have you disqualified from the competition!"
