Electro Pyro Overload! Keqing [D] vs. Tomoe [D]

Perhaps keeping so close to Tomoe wasn't the best of ideas, but seeing Tomoe's grab her instincts kicked in and Keqing went immediately for the armbar. She was successful in locking it in, grabbing Tomoe's wrist tightly, her legs scissoring Tomoe's forearm to lock the hold in place so she could really crank down on the limb.

It was hard though, as Tomoe's thick arm possessed immense strength, so much so that even if her arm was fully limp Keqing would have trouble doing damage with an armbar. And Tomoe wasn't limp, she was fighting back as much as she could, her muscles stiffening to resist Keqing's attempts to hyperextend her joints. The smaller girl struggled against her opponent, trying to overpower the huge woman's muscles and get the hold fully locked in.

Then Tomoe's other hand joined the fray. Keqing grunted as Tomoe lifted up to her knees, her other arm swinging over using the space that was created to grab at Keqing's wrists. The Chinese athlete shifted to try and avoid being grabbed, but there was so little room to maneuver that there was no way to avoid Tomoe's hand. Tomoe's strong grip closed around one of her wrists, pulling back hard, slowly making Keqing's grip slip.

"Hrrrngh!" Keqing grunted as she struggled against Tomoe. After a moment of struggle, she decided she couldn't keep this going. Tomoe was too strong and would overpower her eventually. So Keqing released her hold, pressing her feet against Tomoe's side to kick her away, to put some distance between the two of them so that she can reset back to her feet.

She'd meant to earn just a bit of breathing room, fully intending to figure out how to get out of this later. Maybe a risky stand into a slam, or another attempt at a strike to loosen the hold... Either way, the decision was moot, as Keqing released the armbar and kicked off of Tomoe. The chef found herself standing up as well, clearly winded but still with that million-BTU smile.

"Back... to Square One again, huh?" Tomoe panted out, with a nod of respect for someone who'd been nothing but a bona-fide competitor. She'd come to LAW for fun, hard-hitting fights, and even though Keqing was a fair bit smaller than her, the girl also packed a hell of a punch! So she got what she'd asked for... but it was time to get back to the business of winning this thing!

"Fine... then let's do it!" She surged forth, ready for one more pass! A simple clothesline or lariat wouldn't do. Keqing had already made her look the fool last time she pulled one out, and Tomoe had only gotten slower. No doubt she'd be buying a one-way ticket to Pain Town with that one. Instead, she lunged low, firing herself at Keqing for a rather brutal-looking spear!

Her arms swiped out wide, hopefully limiting the ways in which Keqing could dodge the blow. A sidestep would earn mercy from the brunt of Tomoe's assault, avoiding the center of the spear at the cost of barreling right into one of her two muscular arms. A slide, for a drop toe hold or some other low counter, would have to be executed perfectly, lest Keqing throw herself into some gnarly head-on-head contact. And if Keqing couldn't dodge at all? Well, she would find herself speared straight to hell by a 197-pound freight train of protein-packed muscle!

Keqing nodded her head as she got to her feet. "I prefer to fight on my feet," Keqing said as she settled into her fighting stance once more. Tomoe was looking a bit worse for wear, but she still had that huge grin on her face. Keqing couldn't help but smile as well, her opponent's enthusiasm rubbing off on her. It seemed as this fight wore on she was winning Tomoe's respect.

"Come at me Tomoe!" Keqing said as Tomoe bent over and went for a charge. Keqing braced herself, bending her knees and awaiting her chance. Tomoe swept out her arms, looking to limit Keqing's options in all directions. The smaller girl had to time things perfectly otherwise she was going to get speared.

Seeing all other paths blocked, Keqing took her only viable option. She jumped up at Tomoe came charging in, her hands bracing on Tomoe's shoulders as she kicked her legs up, barely avoiding the woman's outstretched arms. Keqing vaulted over Tomoe as she came charging in, landing behind her opponent, then took off at a sprint towards the opposite ropes. Bouncing off of them to build momentum, Keqing came charging back in at top speed at Tomoe from behind!

"Hiyah!" Keqing yelled, jumping up and aiming a dropkick right Tomoe's center of mass! She hoped that her speed would allow her to blow through Tomoe and knock her back off her feet, hopefully stunning her enough that Keqing could follow up upon the opening she created.

Tomoe's exuberance gleamed in the form of a wide, toothy grin. This was fun, and she was glad that Keqing, it seemed, felt the same way! Still, as much as she was enjoying herself, she still really wanted a debut win here! And the next step in that road was spearing this gal through!

"Exactly my thought -- haah?" But Keqing wasn't there. Where once there stood a small girl clad in purple and white, now there was... Nothing? No-one? Tomoe swiped at air... but continued to barrel forward! Without a body in the way to break her momentum, Tomoe kept moving until she all but crashed into the side of the ring!

"Whoaaa!" She made to steady herself, but with her weight and speed, she teetered dangerously on the top rope. By the time she righted herself and took a step or two in relief, though, Keqing was already upon her. "Ooof!" Two small feet landed on the small of her back, sending a crackle of pain up Tomoe's spine! She bent back and staggered forth, crumpling to her knees as she ran right into the middle rope.

"Guuhhh..." There, she knelt between the middle and top ropes, rubbing absentmindedly at her neck while she caught her breath. A fire swept through her torso and neck, and it wasn't the kind of fire that she enjoyed. Still, there wasn't much she could do about it right now, with the state of her body and lungs. Tomoe could spare a moment to rest, right...? Yeah, that seemed good...

When Keqing bounced off the ropes, she saw how Tomoe couldn't stop her own momentum in time to prevent barreling into the ropes herself. The woman managed to arrest her progress there, but the second she pushed off, Keqing was upon her with a dropkick aimed right at Tomoe's upper back! That sent the huge woman tumbling over into the ropes again, this time with half her torso poking out of the ring between the top and middle ropes. Seeing another golden opportunity, Keqing scrambled up to her feet, taking off at a run towards the ropes on the opposite side of the ring once more.

Tomoe might have been stunned by Keqing's dropkick, but the athlete knew that she wouldn't stay down for long. She was just too big and too tough, and even something with as much momentum as that kick she could shrug off if allowed to recover for long enough. So Keqing had to be quick. Reaching the opposite ropes, Keqing bounced off and came back at Tomoe at top speed, hoping to reach her opponent before Tomoe realized she had run out of time to recover.

"Hah!" Keqing yelled as she fired off her move. She ran past Tomoe, jumping up between the top and middle ropes, her hands grabbing the top ropes tightly to swing herself around so she could hit Tomoe with both her legs in a powerful 619! The crowd cheered as the smaller girl fired off her attack, eager to see whether she could really pull the upset and take out the giant Tomoe!

Tomoe heard two thuds. The first, she knew, was that of Keqing's feet driving into her spine. She'd borne witness to that move first-hand, and it was what sent her reeling right between the top and middle ropes! Y'know... one of the most vulnerable spots that a wrestler could be stuck in? It wasn't as if she could do much more than groan at her current position, with how tired she was. But still. It kinda sucked!

The second thud, then, must have been Keqing's body landing on the canvas after her dropkick... But it didn't seem heavy enough. What gave? Unfortunately for her, she received her answer soon in the form of two all-too-bony knees cracking into her face! Keqing's light frame and agility, it seemed, allowed her to roll swiftly to her feet all in one motion -- then run back against the ropes and swing around for a 619! If she was a little more conscious, Tomoe might have complimented the little lady on pulling off such a nice move. But the cleaving of her skull left little room for praise.

Many wrestlers might have simply fell back where they knelt, taking perhaps one or two strides before ultimately collapsing. But thanks to her long, powerful legs, Tomoe's "one or two strides" were far longer than others, and when she wobbled back, she ended up basically in the center of the ring! "Guuuh..." There she laid, like a starfish on a rock. Not totally out of it, but certainly gaping like a fish at the lights above.

Keqing took a moment to watch as Tomoe stumbled back two huge strides after her 619 hit, then fell with a tremendous thud on her back in the middle of the ring. She could tell Tomoe wasn't quite out cold, but she was pretty close to it. Seeing her chance to win this match and slay a giant, Keqingfelt a big burst of energy course through her limbs.

"YEAAAAAAH!" she yelled, pulling herself off the ropes outside of the ring. She made her way to a corner and climbed her way to the top ropes, before standing on top of the turnbuckle. Then she raised a hand to the sky, signalling to the crowd that she was about to execute a big move to try and end this match!

With a yell, Keqing leapt off the top ropes. She somersaulted through the air as she did so, flipping head over heels before coming down upon Tomoe's muscular gut with a Somersault Senton! If successful, she would then roll up Tomoe for a pin afterwards, hoping those hits took enough out of the giantess that she could get a three-count!

Tomoe blinked her eyes open, woozily hoping to clear them of blear before Keqing could take advantage of her downed state. "Uugh... Wha-!?" Unfortunately for her, she was already far too late! The audience reached a fever pitch as Keqing took off from the top rope! By the time Tomoe regained her clarity, the smaller girl was already high up in the air. She needed to do something -- quick!

Last time Keqing hopped off the ropes for a splash, Tomoe had taken the worst of it. Sure, it seemed like slamming into her muscular body wasn't the best thing that the smaller girl could've done, but it still left Tomoe in a bad way. This time, though, she was ready! Everything hurt, but what was a pro wrestler who couldn't play through the pain? If she couldn't at least put up a fight against what looked to be a pretty big move, then she might as well just leave the ring right now!

"Hrrah!" With a mighty growl, Tomoe forced her legs up, bending at the knees! This was all she could do now, and even this hasty defense only covered half her body! If Keqing landed near Tomoe's legs, she'd crash right into her hardened knees! If not, though, Tomoe was about to get a faceful of Keqing -- and not in a fun way!

Flipping through the air, Keqing expected Tomoe was too far gone to resist her coming attack. She expected to slam into Tomoe's belly, preferably smashing all the air out of the muscled woman, and take every last bit of fight out of her before rolling up for a pin. She didn't realize that Tomoe had put up a defense until it was far too late!

"Ah!" Keqing gasped as she landed on something much harder than she expected. Her eyes widened as she saw that Tomoe had curled up her knees to intercept the attack, and that her back was in the process of smashing right against Tomoe's shins. Eyes widening, Keqing could do nothing as her momentum carried her through, her back bending as she fell upon Tomoe's legs!

"AHHHHHHAAAAAAA!" Keqing let out a ear-piercing scream of pain. She landed in her side next to Tomoe, one hand cradling her aching back, eyes screwed shut from the pain as she kicked herself for letting this happen. "Ahh... Hah...." Her breaths came in sharp gasps, the fall having knocked the wind from her lungs. Her botched move left her completely vulnerable as the pain overwhelmed and paralyzed her body!

Tomoe flinched as Keqing flew down at her. Screwing her eyes tight was uncharacteristically timid, but all this pain coursing through her body had long since broken down those walls. Besides, there was a fifty-fifty chance that Tomoe was in for a world of pain in just a few seconds. Any moment now, her fellow debutante would fall right on top of her!

Finally, she did, and the ear-splitting scream that ensued (not to mention the thud on her knees) told Tomoe that her hasty counter had worked! The chef opened her eyes, only to see Keqing writhing in pain. Tomoe frowned momentarily at the sight, but hey. It was a fight. Though now, she thought, she had a golden opportunity to finish it! All she needed to do was get on top of Keqing. There was no way that the smaller girl would be able to shrug off nearly 200 pounds of pure muscle, right?

"Haaah..." But with her body the way that it was, all Tomoe could do was flop onto her stomach. Reaching over, she did the same to Keqing, rolling her onto her back. Her thick, muscular forearm stayed there, pressing down on Keqing's upper chest in an attempt to keep her down on the canvas! A pin in the most technical sense of the word, though only secured by Tomoe's forearm!
