Roxy seemed like had gotten Sheena right up close to the boiling point. Now it was just time to make use of that. Hence why she asked to throw down in the sparring ring to see exactly what sort of fun she could get out of this purple haired girl. All that was actually left now was get her over towards the ring and start to pick her apart. Piece by piece until Sheena was a crying mess on the floor.

That was at least what Roxy had intended. Yet, her plan wouldn't exactly come to light in the way that she wanted. Sheena answered her with that smile, her attitude seeming to change. There was some cause for concern, Roxy hadn't expected this girl to suddenly turn to become a level-headed individual. It seemed as if she was going to drop the whole thing. Maybe even leave? That would ruin all the build up Roxy had done now. If that was the case the the green-haired girl might have to force Sheena's hand further.

The Conqueror couldn't have been more wrong though! As Sheena suddenly threw her knee up and smashed it into the belly of the greenette! "Gaah!" Roxy gasped out, that knee digging into her belly as she was forced to hunch forward a bit. Eyes narrowed and her mouth closed, teeth gnashing together as she would stumble back a step, wrapping her arms around her belly. " Y-you bitch..."

Since coming to LAW officially Sheena had learned some... unsavory truths about her cousin Kyoko and the way she gallivanted backstage at times. Particularly she had learned some nasty stories about what she had done backstage or in the gym. But now Sheena was starting to understand why Kyoko would get involved in such things given the situation she was in currently.

It was also these stories that Sheena learned she would have to start off first and strong, notably by targeting the stomach. Something that Sheena had no problem with as she blasted her green haired bully with a knee to the stomach. Looking down at the woman as she was bent over Sheena couldn't help the satisfied smirk on her face as she looked mockingly down at the woman who cursed at her.

"Aw whats wrong? Mad you can't back up what you say?" Sheena asked mockingly as she reached down, grabbing the woman by the back of her top and hair. If successful Sheena would turn and throw the woman forward, trying to slam her into the exercise equipment Sheena was just using a minute ago!

That knee to her abs hadn't exactly been something Roxy had anticipated. Yet she wasn't exactly made of paper, so while Sheena mocked her and reached to grab at her top and at her green hair...the Conqueror was biding her time. Trying to figure out a moment to strike, she felt herself being yanked at by the purple haired girl as it seemed Sheena wanted to pull her along somewhere. Though Roxy had no intention of being throw about.

The Greenette would quickly try and grab at Sheena's arm and swing her body around. Pushing her hip into Sheena's, Roxy would try and throw Sheena over her shoulder with a seoi-nage throw. Aiming to send Sheena down onto her back on the unforgiving floor as payback for that sudden knee to her belly!

Sheena had started the impromptu fight off strong with a knee to the intruding woman's gut that sent the woman bending over in pain from the impact. Something that Sheena had tried to act on by grabbing her hair and attempting to slam her into the equipment she was using. Key word being tried. Namely because before she could do so successfully Sheena found herself being grabbed by the woman and sent tumbling over her waist for a hip toss!

"Whoa!" Gasping in shock as she was thrown Sheena would land on the cold, hard, floor with a grunt of pain. "Grr.." Rolling over a bit from the point of impact Sheena would look up with a glare at the green haired woman, determined to try and not give her a chance to capitalize on her position.

Roxy wasn't about to be thrown around by Sheena! After all she had come her to mess with her, not the other way around. As Sheena was making her attempt to throw Roxy into some workout equipment, the former MMA fighter grabbed a hold of the purple haired girl's arm and instead swung her over her shoulder. Throwing her down onto her back in a swift and smooth motion.

As Sheena rolled over though and tried to gather herself up, Roxy would decide to step right in and try and keep her down with a well placed soccer kick straight to her side! Trying to smack her foot right into the ribs of Sheena and hope to cause her more discomfort than the knee had done to Roxy's abs a little earlier.

Sheena had started this impromptu fight off strong with a knee to her opponent's gut sending her doubled over from pain. Unfortunately for Sheena however the woman was quick to act and threw her down to the floor making her grunt. As a result of her position Sheena attempted to roll away, a vain effort to escape further attacks from her opponent.

Rolling just wasn't fast enough for Sheena however as before she could make it far enough away she received a kick to the side from her opponent as well! "Gah!" Grunting in pain from this Sheena would roll over to where she was on her knees. Gritting her teeth Sheena clenched her fist before pulling back and shooting her arm forward to try and send a desperate punch to the green haired woman's abs!

Roxy kicked harshly against Sheena's ribs and got a delightful grunt of pain out from Sheena. Though the purple haired one rolled up towards her knees and got herself into position before firing off a punch. A desperate punch, but a punch nonetheless straight into Roxy's abs. She managed to brace and take the brunt of the hit on her abs. Gritting her teeth and grunting out, slightly doubling over a bit at the blow.

Yet Roxy didn't just take that hit. She chose to try and endure it and take a hold of Sheena's head, both hands gripping firmly on her skull and a handful of that tied up hair. Next, the conqueror would try and shoot her knee up! Trying to nail it right into Sheena's chin and try and send her loopy with a brutal knee strike.

Despite a early advantage Thea now found herself in a spot of trouble as Roxy sent the purple haired girl on the back pedal with a vicious kick that left her unable to do much. Rolling onto her knees Sheena tried to do the one thing she could from the position she was in, firing her fist out to deliver a punch into the woman's stomach, admittedly getting something of a reaction and nearly making the woman double over.

But it wasn't enough. Before Sheena could do anything else her hair was grabbed and a knee impacted with her face! "Agh!" Yelling pain from the impact Sheena was immediately dazed from the move, crosseyed and unable to do much as she slumped forward a bit. One hand of Sheena's went up, trying to grab onto the green haired woman's hip, but besides that she didn't offer much resistance at all!

Smashing her knee right into Sheena's face seemed to make her a bit more docile. She released that head with one hand, keeping her grip on Sheena's purple mane. She felt that hand on her hip and how the groggy girl slumped against her. A smirk crept upon Roxy's face as she would try and pull on that hair, guiding Sheena along as she would try and smash her forehead right into the training equipment that the young wrestler had used.

Trying to keep Sheena even more docile as she aimed to then throw her right leg up and over Sheena's head, trying to force it in between her thighs as she would aim to lock Sheena into a standing headscissor hold. Those powerful and lethal legs of the green-haired beauty would then begin to flex. Seeking to squeeze that skull of Sheena to it's limit. She would yank and keep a firm grip of Sheena's pony tail just to keep control over the girl.

" Mad you can't back up what you say?~" Roxy would mockingly impersonate Sheena's earlier words as she aimed to flex her strong legs around that head.

A knee into the face was far more devastating than anyone could imagine until they themselves took one. "Ugh..." Groaning softly as she leaned forward against her opponent Sheena was quite literally seeing stars, and red from her opponents shorts as she tried to at least somewhat pull herself together following that impact.

Needless to say though she was having a hard time with it. Let alone before she was slammed head first into the workout device she had used but moments ago. "AGH!" Screaming in pain as her head impacted against the metal, furthering her dazed state and leaving Sheena groaning softly in pain as she now leaned against the metal of the workout machine. 'Fuck!' Sheena screamed internally before she was grabbed once more.

Gritting her teeth at her opponent's words Sheena would do her best to form a glare. "Shut uGH!" Crying out in pain as her retort was cut off by the squeezing of the green haired woman's thighs crushed around her skull Sheena could do nothing but slap and hit the woman's legs, trying her best to put up some form of resistance against her!
