Yori Takibi vs Shenlong - Arena Battle!

The Shining Wizard hit true and worked like a charm. Shenlong could see the damage that it caused just by the sound it made upon her head, "Not so speedy now when you're laying on the ground. Might as well just stay down there and surrender!" He would boast, seeing if he could get the easy win. Although, Shenlong knew she wouldn't, but belittling her worked just as well.

Just when he thought he was on top though, Yori would soon bring him back down, both literally and figuratively. Her legs shot out in a nice sweeping motion and hit his legs cleanly. Feeling his body go weightless, Shenlong would wave his arms in vain to try and regain his balance, but would end up falling right onto his back!

Rolling away and quickly kipping up after taking Shen down from a sweep, Yori would swirl around once, bringing out a fan from between her cleavage. She would soon unfurl it, fanning herself as she could only laugh, "Not bad huh. You're faster than you luck, but not fast enough I think.. What was that all about surrendering huh?"

She would make a laugh at such a question presented to her, "Maybe I should ask you for surrender?" continuing to laugh as she waited for him to stand back up to face her. The truth was that she truly hadn't expected a normal human to catch up to her like so unless he had something else to him. She had discarded in her mind what he had said before... but maybe it had truth to it?

Standing back up to face her, Shenlong had enough of her taunting, "Not fast enough!? Lady, you have no idea who you are messing with!" With that, the Zoanthrope would raise up his right leg slightly and then stomp it hard into the ground. A blinding white light would encapsulate him and blind the people all around as well. When Yori and the audience would be able to see again, what stood now in Shenlong's place was a humanoid tiger! "Ahhhhh yes... Feels good to be back into my beast form! Now, how's THIS for speed!" Closing the gap between him and Yori with incredible speed, Shenlong would get as close as possible to her before aiming the point of his elbow straight into her chest!

Yori had to shield her face with a fan in order to protect her eyes from the shining light, seeing the Himan turn into animalistic humanoid like her, eyes wide as she saw him in all his glory know. She wouldn't get much time to take this new information and form in as before she could defend herself, his elbow struck her square in the chest, pain erupting as she was thrown back. She'd let out cry, skidding back as her right hand gripped the ground, breasts swaying behind scanty material as she bent forward.

He was fast, far faster than anticipated now and things would be far more difficult, "Damn... if you had been in that form, I would have gone far less easy on a hunk like you," she says with a small grin, trying to get over the pain, "Too late for that now."

"Easy on me? Ha! Keep telling yourself that." Shenlong would retort back at her with a slight grin on his face. He looked over his handy work as she was sent skidding back, but didn't fall to the ground. Yori still sounded confident though after seeing his form. Usually, people were sent screaming and running away from the sight before he would hunt them down and dispatch them. "Now, let's give these people a show huh?" With the space still between them, the Zoanthrope would use his speed again to close in the gap, but instead of going in for a swift attack, Shenlong would go in for a grapple!

If Yori wasn't able to get away, Shenlong would wrap his hand around the back of her neck and the other hand around her wrist. He would then lead her into him before wrapping his right arm completely around her neck and squeezing it as hard as he could in a front headlock.

Yori felt his arms constrict around her, having had no time to get out of a grapple that had managed to quickly close the distance between the two of them. She had assumed that he would continue to fight her hand to hand but now he was grappling her, wearing her out as she was held close to him, "Get... get off of me..." she groaned, trying to free her wrist from his grasp, yet she was unable to, the buxom kitsune stuck against him as she tried to escape as much as she could.

Looks as though the tides of battle have finally turned into Shenlong's favor. He held the headlock tightly with his muscles flexing on her throat and holding her head close to his body, "Better just give up now before you pass out!" taunted the Zoanthrope. Yori's wrist was also still trapped in his hold, preventing her from an easy escape. Usually, headlocks don't end matches in this day and age anymore, but who knows, maybe Yori would freak out from the lack of oxygen and tap away. If not though, Shenlong had many backup plans and options to use against her if she did manage to escape.

"Just... because you got me trapped in... doesn't mean I'm out," she says still trapped in his hold, not the grappling type as she seemed to struggle just getting out of the simple hold. One hand was still trapped but not the other and she quickly would go on to use it, punching out at Shenlong's head as much as she could. She may have been far smaller and weaker, but she was feisty, doing whatever it took to win no matter what the foe was, especially some Zoanthrope or whatever he called himself.

Shenlong would keep the hold firmly in place, but then, he would feel a dull thud hit the back of his head. It wouldn't register what it was to him at first, but then he would feel the same thud hit him again and again before the pain started to materialize. With her other hand free, Yori seems to be using it to punch him in the back of the head! Not wanting to for her to keep on getting free shots in on him, the Zoanthrope would break the hold and throw her away from him. All the while holding the back of his head and saying, "Foxy girl still has some fight left in her huh?" The hits would make his vision a bit blurry though so instead of rushing in at her, he chose to hold back a bit and recover.

Yori backed off, taking deep breaths. Now that this human was showing himself to be much stronger than anticipated it would be a lot harder to fight them. This new form of his, this zoanthrope was nothing more than a cheap imposter, an imitation of the real thing, and she was going to prove it as well as she stood straight, preparing a fan in her hand, "Not bad, but I've seen better," she remarked in an attempt to draw out some sort of response. That hesitation would be all that she needed as she quickly threw it at him, moving in quick as she prepared a barrage of probing attacks and strikes, the first of which being a rather serious kick.
