The Austrian Eagles present: The LAW Christmas Party! (Open Thread)

"H-Huh? Is that mistl-" Suddenly, Shiori regretted ever writing a Christmas fanfiction that involved mistletoe. She was sure that, in the right circumstance, it could be either humorous or romantic. But sometimes it was just surprising, as Finella Edelstein quickly proved! When the Hellraiser pulled away, Shiori was red in the face.

"Wow..." And when she looked down, that face got even redder -- this time, out of sheer joy at the autographs and messages that Finella, Chris, and Ishtar had left her. Just a few months in LAW, and she didn't just get to know some of the world's most up-and-coming wrestlers. No, those spirited fighters that she'd admired for so long were her colleagues... her friends! "Thanks, you guys...! Best. Christmas. Ever! I'll make sure to clean off as much of the yolk as I can, but it's like Chris said: The stain can be a funny story! Besides, I don't plan to wear this old thing ever again, anyway."

There was just one problem: Shiori hadn't brought a bag. After all, she didn't expect to have anything to take home... but she didn't want to hold this shirt the rest of the night, for however long it would last. She looked around the room, only to find who she assumed was an Edelstein servant, skulking in the back of the party dressed in a Santa suit! Shiori scampered up to him with a smile, tossing the shirt towards him. "Hi Mister Claus, could you pleeeease hold this for me? Thanks, byeeeeee!" Then turned around without another word.

When she returned to the main party, she was surprised to see a sweet seen occurring between Harmonia Edelstein and Molly Forster -- confirming her earlier suspicions! For once, she managed to keep her fangirlish squealing to herself, instead simply cheering besides Sheila.

This turned out to be a pretty Merry Christmas after all, huh?

She was actually surprised when Fin basically continued her own statement. But it worked surprisingly well, so she bit her tongue on that. "Hey, if you can back up your claim there I'm always down for a little jam." She said with a smile, giving a tiny laugh as Fin now gave Shiori her own kiss under the missiletoe. She'd apologize to Shiori about it later. Maybe after she was done looking all starry eyed at the t-shirt. But Chris could sort of get it. Meeting your idols and such, even if Chris was probably bottom of the barrel on that scale for her.

"Yeah. I'm sure anyone who sees it is gonna be getting a nice laugh from it, as well as a little jealous. Right Ishtar?" She said, giving said woman a little elbow.

And then, after Shiori left to find a way to get the shirt out of her hand, Chris saw the two hosts separate their lips from one another. It was sweet. Partially because it meant hopefully the host she had first met was feeling better, and hopefully wouldn't be a typhoon of energy, and partially because it seemed she really had helped the second host with her words. Maybe this social thing wasn't as hard as she thought?

"Your sister and her make a really cute couple, don't they?" She leaned over and asked Finella. She clearly had no clue about anything that had been goings between this half of the Edelstein/Forester sisters.

Tonight had gone rather well. Shockingly well really, considering the lows Ishtar had seen this party reach. Shiori got a surprise mistletoe kiss ad then ran off to find somewhere to keep her egg and vodka stained shirt, autographed by herself and a couple other wrestlers. Man, that is a weird sentence, thought Ishtar. Though I guess for this party, it's not really much.

Chris then peeled off to talk to Harmonia's sister, the woman who had kissed Shiori. Leaving Ishtar on her own. Most of the party seemed to be enthralled by the scene between Harmonia and Molly playing out before them. It was a storybook ending, and Ishtar could appreciate that. Christmas was a time when people should get to have their happy endings.

And suddenly, everything that seemed so bad minutes ago was washed away by some true Christmas Miracles, if someone believed in such cheesy stuff.
Harmonia definetly did as her and Mollys lips finally met again.
Harmonia had to walk through something this evening.
She just wanted everything to be perfect before she realized now that nothing was perfect and that this little party with all of its colourful guests showed Harmonia why she felt finally at home. Here she could
be herself, everyone could, no one was blamed for decisions they made and everyone just wanted to have a fun time.
Harmonia was here now for almost a year...and she had no intentions to leave ever again, not after the friends she made, the family she had found and finally the love she met.
Harmonias and Mollys lips parted and the Blonde looked down at her slightly smaller girlfriend.
"Tonight I would'nt have let you go either way...", she said only for them to hear then turned to the party.
"Ok! Sorry for the trouble, so please have a good time!", she smiled.
All was well...

Finella grinned.
"Well so many cute girls, such short time...", she said and looked at Chris who suggested how cute Molly and Moni wear.
Suddenly the cockiness left the Hellraiser, leaving back a frown.
"They sure are, are'nt they...", Finella said monotone and looked back to Chris.
"Anyway, the jam thing...wait..."
Fin grinned and walked away before coming back with a marker.
"Hold still!"
And suddenly Chris cleavage was being written on, as a phonennumber appeared.
"Call me whenever you like Chris. You seem fun to hang around.", the Hellraiser chuckled.

Molly's eyes were wide as she pulled away from Harmonia, and just as wide was her smile. For a moment, it looked as though all was lost - that all the work they had put into making the Christmas party a fun and enjoyable time for everyone was spoiled, all thanks to Alexa, and they couldn't look back at it with anything but shame and disappointment. But now, all was well with the world. Everyone could still smile. As long as Molly and Harmonia had each other...they didn't need anything else.

"Ahh..." Molly blushed at the thought of the implications in Harmonia's statement, but nodded to her all the same. She knew now that she was a part of the Eagles' Nest just as much as anyone in the stable, and to know that was an honor. She'd be happy to stay over, any time. "Thanks, Moni...you really are too kind."

Their conversation would soon be broken by Sheila, who let out a loud yawn, looking over from where she stood nearby. For a moment, Molly blushed awkwardly - their moment had been so personal, she hadn't even given any thought to anyone else witnessing it; even the fact that the Australian had witnessed it felt embarrassing. But she shrugged it off, and Sheila went on. "You think I could stay over, too? It's getting late, huh..."

Hearing this Finella swiftly grabbed her chum and threw an arm around her.
"Sleepover Party, eyyy, that sounds awesome!"
Harmonia sighed.
Even if the Eagles nest was like big enough to hold several Families without bugging each other, the thought of Sheila and Fin, giggling, screaming and maybe impromptu wrestling was'nt what she had in mind for this evening...oh no...this evening was for her and Molly...and it would become more important for the Edelstein Twins and Molly Forster then any of the three could imagine...
"Fine, but keep it quiet...", Harmonia said, always the motherly type.
"Because tonight I want no one...disturbing.", she said and coughed.

And so after a few hours of a nice and funny celebratuin, Harmonia and Molly brought the last guests to the door...

But there still were some guests here, as the party of course continued and this time the christmas spirit finally settled in.
Harmonia and Molly were unseperable as they talked to the guest, smiled and laughed and Raven felt good too.
She had'nt seen Gwen in a while and got really fond of the smaller girl.
"Hey, I hope you had an amazing year. Sorry I could'nt reach out to you. Was a crazy time for me...",she apologized and wrapped her arms around Gwens waist, pressing their bodies together.
"I hope you can forgive me.", she said and winked at her, giving her a big grin.

Gwen to hear the words of Raven, would blush quite a lot, really Raven knew what words to use against her, so she would say with her red cheeks
Don't worry, I also had too many things to do, plus there were many changes in me.... Which reminds me
Signaling to Nadia, she would look all over the place, noticing what she was looking for, so hurrying up and taking what she needed, she would tell Raven
Tell me Raven.... According to you, how did it feel to make that movement to me with the beer on your lips?.

Raven listened to Gwen and smiled.
SHe still had'nt forgotten their match but when Gwen asked about the beer Raven gave her while they had
their match, the darkhaired woman blushed a little.
"Gwen...that was in the heat of the moment but..."
She saw that Gwen held a bottle of "Kaiser Bier" in her hand and chuckled.
"It seems you got the taste for it, good girl.", she said and gave her a light slap on the butt.

I won't deny it, drinking this beer is unique, although it reminds me of that fight, it was fun in the end, and that's part of what I'm looking for in LAW, learning new things, and by the way, what do you think about the decorations upstairs?.
Gwen would say pointing upstairs, where Nadia was with her hand holding something so easy to recognize, mistletoe, and when Raven wanted to put her head down, Gwen would wait for her, having taken a big sip, she would just wait, for when she came down, she would bring her to the same situation she felt already after so long of having lived that senacion.

gwen.... I hope you enjoy this, because from what I hear Jimmy is planning new things and I think that's going to get you in new costumes, so enjoy this party! and you too Raven, I don't know how much you've grown fond of Gwen, but if something happened to her, you wouldn't just have a cat chasing you.....
