Punie tried but the ref then signaled for the round to end. Punie had failed now Nikki had a point over her. The ref signals for Punie to break the hold which she does. Punie couldn’t believe it, Nikki wouldn’t tap she wouldn’t submit no matter how painful it got.

Nikki held out for a bit longer than she thought she really needed to just to be safe and not tap out early by accident. But after a little while longer, once Nikki was certain that she had outlasted the 2:16 she needed to, she tapped out to end the round. "Alright, alright. That's enough. I'm pretty sure I've got this."

And Nikki was right. Her final time was 2:40, beating Punie's time by 24 seconds. "Alright! I'm up a round!" Both wrestlers would get a short break, then it would be Punie's turn again for round 3.

Punie was a little disappointed in herself. But she wouldn’t let that get to her. She had to focus. Since bending holds wouldn’t work on Nikki she had to change tactics. Isolate a limb and work that over. That might work.

Even if Nikki had held out well against Punie last round, she knew that her submission ability was not something to be taken lightly. She had to be prepared for anything that Punie could try in round three. She made sure to keep her body stretched and loose throughout the break time.

It was time for the next round to start and the two wrestlers met in the middle of the ring. "So Punie, what are you going to do now?" Nikki asked.

Punie kept her professional smile and looked at Punie “simple darling I win the next round and tie it up.” She said as she had a hold that can work as long as she doesn’t put enough pressure to knock her out. That’s for tie breakers only but she’s got one that will get a submission out of her. She went to put Nikki in an armbar.

"Well then let's see what you got Punie," Nikki said as she went down onto her back for Punie's hold. Punie took Nikki's arm, placing her hips beneath Nikki's elbow and crossing her legs over Nikki's chest. When the hold began and the pressure came, it came hard on Nikki's elbow. "AH!" Nikki quickly cried out.

Punie made sure Nikki felt the pressure as she wanted that tap out bad. She’s down a round and her pride was hurt she needed this and Nikki could feel it as she pulled on her arm.

As Nikki felt her arm getting bent further and further back, there was no doubt that Punie had made a much better decision with her choice of submission hold than in the last round. Nikki could feel the anger that Punie was putting into her armbar, and it hurt. She would not let Nikki have this round if she could do anything about it.

The ref checked his watch and saw they were 35 seconds in.

Punie then cracked a little smile “flexibility not working darling?” She asked with a sarcastic tone. She wasn’t being heelish about it but she does like to tease people she liked.

"Ah! Agh!" Nikki grunted and groaned as Punie continued to crank her elbow. Nikki was hurting and Punie knew it, throwing out a quick taunt at her expense as she continued to pour pressure on her. Joint locks like this were a far better tool than stretch holds against a hyperflexible wrestler like Nikki, who was now struggling to hold out as long as possible.
