Tonight, Mary knew she was in for an interesting challenge for an opponent, the Lightweight known as the Silver Bullet, Ruby Rose was taking her on tonight. Mary was worried though, her previous clash with a Lightweight had not gone well, so hopefully this time she can beat an opponent who was smaller but also faster than her. She was definitely worried, but Mary knew if she wants to be something to be proud off, she has to win and take on all weight classes. Mary took a long breath, and then she headed out to Guerilla position.

"The following match is set for one fall, making her way to the ring, standing at 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighing in at 135 pounds, THE QUIET BEAST, MARY CLAIRSON!" The ring announcer yelled as Mary's music played to a loud cheer from the LAW audience, which she still looked shy as she came down to the ring from the stage. Mary was able to slap hands with one or two fans as she slowly walked down to the ring, blushing immensely, and she walked up the steel steps, and under the middle rope. Mary then headed to her corner.

Mary did some arm stretches as she waited for her opponent to make her entrance.

Ask anyone else this is average night. But not Ruby she took all of her matches seriously, wanting to put her best foot forward. After all it would suck if she got caught off guard because she has an ego like Weiss. Tonight Ruby was up against Mary Clarison: The Quiet Beast. Now with a name like that Ruby thought of all types of faces that name could belong to. Taking a deep breath knowing that this would be a hard match regardless. Heading off she waited backstage for her signal to head to the ring.

Next we have a very special guess, standing in at 5 foot 3 inches and weighing in at 118 pounds. It is the one and only SILVER BULLET, RUBY ROSE!! The ring announcer yelled as Ruby exploded from backstage with so much energy. Once she reached the top of the ramp Ruby crouched down. As her song ramped up Ruby would stand up slowly, once the chorus hit Ruby removed her hood to reveal herself to everyone. Getting a loud cheer from the LAW crowd. It was almost like Ruby wasn't nervous at all. (Note she was faking it, Ruby was very nervous)

Sprinting down the ramp and slapping hands with the fans who had their hands out. Once reaching the ring Ruby would slide under the ropes and explode back up. For good measure as a last move Ruby did a back flip. She had to show off at least a little bit, its pro wrestling after all.

Looking over at her opponent Ruby would give her a nice smile and wave. That is before putting her fists up in a boxing pose. Lets keep this match fast and fun okay!

Mary could tell that her opponent will be interesting, she is a good deal smaller than Mary, but also a lot more athletic and a lot more strike heavy than the Bluenette. This could be a very disadvantageous situation for Mary if she can't keep Ruby within reach. This will be hard.

DING! DING!

The bell rang and Mary went to the center, and got into a grappling stance, signaling to her redheaded opponent that she wanted a Collar and Elbow Tie Up against her. Let's see if Ruby can keep up with her grappling. That shall determine Mary's strategy for the match.

Ruby was more than ready for this match. The normal chills she’d get weren’t here at all. So that had to be a good sign at least. Ruby knew that Mary was taller than her, so Mary would try to use that against her. If many was going to do that, then Ruby would have to stick to her own strengths.

Keeping up with a normal start Mary would signal Ruby for a Collar and Elbow Tie Up. It was a basic start to any wrestling match. Considering both were conscious of each other it’d make sense to start off that way. Ruby would inch her way to Mary and clamp down on her to initiate the tie up. Ruby wasn’t keen on doing anything special. She was more willing to let Mary start something. Ruby was confident that she’d be able to respond and counter to whatever Mary had planned to start things here

Collar and Elbow Tie Ups were Mary's favorite way to start a match, as it allowed her to get a first impression of her opponent's technique and grappling skill, and compare it to her level. She can easily assess someone's strength from appearance alone, and she there was a good chance Ruby was not as strong as her. So Mary clamped down on Ruby's shoulders and started struggling with her opponent.

Mary will try to gain the advantage, and if she did, would quickly switch over to wrapping her arms around Ruby's head, and pulling her head to Mary's large chest, locking in a Side Headlock, fulling showcasing her technical skill. If she can make Ruby tap out fast, Mary will feel great cause she won't have to get hurt or hurt Ruby much.

Ruby was more than willing to start things with a Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Ruby felt like this was the most honest way to start a match. You couldn’t do to many mean and underhanded tricks. All there was is honest grappling, so at least for starters Ruby’s opponent seemed honest. Something she was silently thankful for because she didn’t want to worry about any mind games or cheating.

But the bad news was that Mary was showing her strength off by muscling her way through this tie up. Pulling Ruby into Mary’s large chest. WHA- Ruby let out being cut off by Mary’s chest being pressed in her face. With her leverage Mary, showed off her skill by locking in a side headlock.

The match just started and Ruby was on the back foot. Already struggling to get herself out this simple hold. But Ruby would not have this basic hold be the end of her. Getting her hands behind Mary. Placing on her hands on Mary’s rear and back. Ruby wanted to push Mary right off her and into the ropes. Usually Ruby would take this time to recover. But here she felt like it was important to start off on the right foot. So she dashed right after Mary. Hoping to time this right as she bounced back on the ropes. Ruby would jump high and look to hit a missile dropkick on Mary.

Mary was able to take control of the much lighter Ruby Rose, pulling her head close to Mary's noticeable chest. It was rare for Mary to be the stronger one in her matches, and she knew she had to take advantage of that against a lighter, quicker, faster opponent in Ruby Rose. Best thing to do was to keep her from moving.

Ruby however, had other plans, as she pushed Mary off her from the back, a surprisingly amount of force caused Mary to be pushed into the ropes. Mary let go of the headlock and turned around so her back bounced off the ropes. And right into a Missile Dropkick from Ruby. "GAH!" The Bluenette yelled, dropping to her back. She was caught off guard, and Ruby was smart enough to take advantage of that. Her opponent was smart and fast, meaning Mary will have to be careful.

Ruby thankfully was able to get herself out Mary’s hold. Any longer and things would have been looking dangerous. Making the best of the situation, Ruby pushed Mary off her. Using everyone’s speed plus her own to nail Mary with a missile dropkick. Protecting herself from the landing. Ruby saw Mary as she dropped back from the attack. But this wasn’t going to be the end of it. Ruby needed to seize the moment.

Kipping herself up Ruby, looked down at Mary. Not wasting any time whatsoever, Ruby made a sprint to the ropes Mary just bounced on. Looking to show off everything she has, Ruby jumped over Mary and onto the middle rope. While also grabbing the third top rope. Ruby without fear would back-flip from the ropes. Looking to hit a daredevil of a moonsault on Mary

Mary made a mistake, letting the much faster and quicker Ruby Rose get out of the Side Headlock, and knock her down to the mat with a dropkick. Mary can't keep up with a much faster opponent, she needed to keep her Grounded. Mary was laid out on the mat, looking extra vulnerable to Ruby.

Luckily for Mary, she was beginning to recover, so when Ruby leapt off the top rope, Mary lifted both her knees up, hoping Ruby would come crashing onto them.

Ruby was always one for going big. It wasn’t in her character to brag or be the best show woman. The flashy moves were just things she naturally liked doing. Come hell or high water they always looked cool. Even if they did come with some big risks behind them. So with Mary laid out on the mat Ruby saw this as the best moment to go big. Afterall with what she just did to Mary it wasn’t like she could fight back so quickly right?

Using the ropes as her own bounce pad, Ruby jumped off of the rope. Flipping in the air and hoping to splash onto Mary for big damage. Though instead that wouldn’t be the case as Mary would bring up her knees. Just in time for Ruby to have her stomach stabbed on them.

GAH…. Ruby let out loudly before going breathless. Having a hard time breathing, having the air literally knocked out of her. Ruby rolled off of Mary’s knees holding her stomach. If Mary let Ruby, Ruby would try to roll herself out of the ring. Best hopes now was that she could use the 10 count to her advantage and recover.
