Submission war !! Katherine "Drifter" Scarlett vs Susumaru Sasozira "The Cobra"

Susumaru when throwing herself towards Drifter, was sure that her sweep would work, but just as it had happened that time in that training with Nadia or Kiara, sometimes she could fail it and leave her in pretty bad situations, and so it seemed to be, because when she noticed how Drifter dodged it, Susumaru would be exposed to Drifter's attack, being then held tightly in a powerful bear hug, thinking that she would be in a position to resist a crushing, but instead, she would be sent to the ground in a German Suplex, hitting her head hard!

Drifter knew she could not rest, she had to keep going, and thankfully Cobra was not able to counter her German by landing on her feet... however the poor girl actually landed a little nastier then desired. She had no time to feel sorry for her, this was a match after all. Rushing towards Cobra, Drifter would grasp both of her legs, pulling her towards the centre of the ring if she could.

It was dangerous to do, knowing Cobra could potentially use her legs against her, but Drifter grasped her by her thighs, looking to try and roll her over and convert the position. If she could, it was her intent to lock in a brutal Boston Crab... but she spent a few seconds longer than she would have liked, giving Cobra a chance to free herself or grasp her if she was alert and quick enough!

Susumaru hit her head hard on that suplex, feeling then with her legs being held, that her body was being positioned to be put in a boston crab, panicking about what she could do to try to free herself, noticing then how she had a chance, so with effort, she would move her body, pushing her legs to try to drive Drifter to lose the hold, if not, instead she would be in trouble.

The audience at that moment, seemed to start shouting in support of Drifter, although they could still hear the support for Susumaru.

There was quite a struggle between the two wrestlers as Drifter kept hold of Cobra's legs. She feared that she might be able to push her or use her legs against her for a bodyscissors, but luckily it felt like Drifter was getting the leverage she needed. Biting on her lower lip, she would finally grasp at Cobra's legs, pulling her up towards a better position, before Drifter would sit down upon her back. She would soon bend her legs into a C like shape, managing to lock in a dangerous Boston Crab upon Cobra.

Biting on her lower lip, Drifter would begin to crank onto the hold, looking to try and initiate another submission hold upon her. No doubt the intent was to try and make her tap out or at least keep her trapped for a whole minute!

Susumaru was thinking that moving her legs would manage to give her an escape, but she was wrong, and that woman before she knew it, would have overpowered her and now in that near perfect Boston Crab, and with her legs being shredded in that situation, she would hit the canvas mat hard, letting the referee know that she needed to get out of that move, if she wanted to keep her legs in optimal condition.
"Give Up! Give Up!"

The bell began to ring as the referee signalled the first fall. Being an honourable fighter, Drifter was quick to release Cobra after she verbally submitted and tapped against the ring. She offered a hand to help her back up to her feet, but felt a little relieved she was able to secure at least one point so far. Even if she lost now, at least she had a point under her name... she could take some pride in that.

"Hey... are you alright? Hope you're still good to continue." Kay asked as she offered a hand for Cobra to help her up. The referee recorded the point for Kay before signalling that they were ready to begin the next round.

The last thing Susumaru would have wanted was to be subdued, but the situation had played against her, and now with her being forced to surrender and losing the first round, things were not looking good, but she was not going to give up easily, so after she got up, she would excitedly tell Drifter
I'm more than fine Drifter! every pain teaches me more! I'm ready to go on!!!

So then, with the audience excited by Susumaru's determination, she would be ready, indicating it to the referee.

The referee would look at both wrestlers to make sure they were ready to continue with the match. With a point awarded to Drifter so far, there was still everything to fight for. Though early days, it could easily swing one way or the other right now.

"Next Round Will Begin! In order to score the next point, a tap out, verbal submission will score, or if you can keep your opponent detained for 2 minutes." The Referee declared, before she signalled for the bell to ring.

Drifter's guard dropped.
"Wait... what?" Drifter called out. However, by then the referee was signalling for the bell as round two came under way. It seemed with each point, the length of time needed to hold an opponent would increase! The crowd began to cheer, no doubt enjoying this unique stipulation, and all at once, Drifter realised she had dangerously dropped her guard, quickly turning back towards Cobra, hoping it wasn't too late to act if she was on the advance!

Susumaru although hurt for having to give up her first point, Susumaru would sigh before raising her ready hand, showing a clear smile, saying to Susumaru
Wow! you really are a challenge to beat! but don't think this cobra ran out of tricks against you!

so then she would show herself ready to start the second round, hearing the audience roar with excitement as much as she was.

It was not long before Susumaru was up on her feet, earger to continue where the two had left off. Drifter was all too aware that this match was more of a marathon than it was a sprint. She picked up her guard as well, raising her fists at the ready, taking a somewhat more guarded approach. The young Canadian had recieved a taste of what Cobra was capable of, and knew she could not underestimate her. Though Drifter had the first point towards the match... much could still happened before the end, and it was easy to slip up.

"Let's see what you got." Drifter would challenge, before she looked to move in with the start of the second round. She tried to throw a few jabs towards Cobra to try and break her guard, before attempting to wrap her arms around her for a tight hug... her intent to try and then throw Cobra with a belly to belly suplex if she could!
