Friends Share! - Navi vs. Domino

Domino shakes his head to clear the newly-blurred vision, but it just isn't in time. Navi's moving with a purpose now, and he can't muster the mental wherewithal to resist the setup. He finds himself hoisted and plummeting down to the mat back-first in a shocking show of strength from the blonde.

"OOOFF!"

As soon as he hits the ring, the girl is on top of him, pressing across his toned chest. His leg is drawn in the air, and he provides no resistance at first, thoroughly stunned from the impact and breathless.

With Navi's Uranage finding it's mark, and the blonde herself lying firmly across stunned Drake's chest and holding his leg, Melody complied with her blonde friend's request, counting the pinfall attempt for her:

"ONE!"

The swing or the uranage was stronger than Drake would've expected from her by a long stretch, and the impact was rougher still. His mind is reeling, body aching, but aware of the weight spread across his bare chest. Then there's the sensation of his leg being raised. Still, the pain is too much to simply buck the girl off of himself so quickly. That first-count sounds off, and with a thin groan, his limbs start to engage. His head turns, dark purple eyes blinking once to attempt focusing.

"Gh.."

Navi was somewhat surprised as Melody prepared to hit the canvas for the second count. Drake was barely moving beneath her. Was it actually possible for her to win this spar with a Uranage?

Melody, on the other hand, simply paid attention to the count, as she hit it for an audible: "TWO!"

The two-count sounds off, and Drake's eyes screw shut tighter. Navi's surprise is soon revealed as unfounded as his captured leg suddenly bucks, sending his body into a jolt and lifting a shoulder up off the mat! No pin!

"Nh. Ow.." His eyes open at that point, not yet with enough strength to fully force the blonde off of himself.

"...THR....NOPE!"

Navi went wide-eyed as Drake kicked out, Melody adding that he kicked out with less than a second to spare.

Domino tried to shove Navi off himself, lacking strength to do so after the spine crushing Uranage from the blonde early. It didn't matter that much as Navi would simply rise to her feet:

"You better not be slow counting on me!"

"Wha..?! Why in the world would I do that?!"

Navi's answer was a sly smile towards the greenette to show that she was joking. She was fully in control of the match. Drake was practically done. One more move was out to do it.

"Let's end this, Domino..."

Grabbing the obsidian haired wrestler's arm, Navi would force him up to his feet, before grabbing his left arm with both hands, Irish Whipping him towards the furthest set of ropes for a rebound...

...while she stood in position, prepared to heave her opponent up into the air, to attempt her finishing Pop-Up Powerbomb!

Drake interjects into the fussing with a plaintive groan. And when the weight of Navi is relieved from him, mild as it is, he turns over onto his hip and gives his head a shake. Despite this, it isn't his head that's hurting; it's his back. How the heck dos such a small blonde pack so much force behind her slams?

He isn't given much choice in how he gets back up to his feet, however. Arm pulled, Drake is dragged up to his feet, and finds himself whipped towards the ropes! Turning at the last moment, his back strains the ropes and launches him towards her again! Boots thunder across the canvas, and his mind races. She's planning something big, and he has no idea what it could be. And when he reaches her, he finds himself being rapidly hefted into the air.

Struggling meets training and instinct, and he pops down from the perch Navi had set up for him on her shoulders! Landing behind the girl with a twist, he attempts to grab her from behind and quickly set his left leg over her left thigh to lock her facing away from him.

"You're right!" He ducks his upper-body, attempting to weave himself beneath her right arm, his left arm reaching behind her neck. When his body straightens, he'll have applied a textbook abdominal stretch, twisting Navi's midsection back and to the side. His right hand raises, fingers splayed dangerously, and a look is shot to Melody. This may seem familiar. "Let's end this!"

All seemed fairly usual to Navi as Drake came running back towards her. She was about to throw him up to the air, onto her shoulders, for a swift and spar-ending Pop-Up Powerbomb. There was no way that, after her Uranage, Domino could mount any solid offence against the Frenchwoman.

And so far, it seemed that the execution of her move was going as it always did. Hands on stomach, hard upwards motion to the air, slightly more difficult since her opponent was bigger and heavier than most women she usually faced, but it didn't matter. The spar was almost over...

...but, Drake would prove her slightly wrong in that front. The spar was indeed almost over, but as the raven-haired wrestler was heaved into the air, as he managed to hop over Navi's head, quickly snake his leg around her's to lock her in place, his left arm at her neck, and his body over her arm as he managed to lock in an Abdominal Stretch, looking to lock in his finisher and end the spar with him winning!

And as Melody saw Drake's right hand looming dangerously close to Navi's stomach, she knew that it was over. Even if Navi didn't tap out to Sterling Stretch, she knew that her blonde friend was unlikely to escape, and as such, she would end the match by ref's stoppage whether her friend liked it or not...

...But, Navi would try to prove both the "ref' of the spar and her opponent wrong. Right as Drake's arm was looking to snap a claw grip at her stomach, Navi grit her teeth from pain of the regular Abdominal Stretch, and attempted to thrust backwards with her hips to lower her center of gravity, while pulling Domino forwards, trying to get her opponent off of her with a Hip Toss!

The abdominal stretch aspect of the finisher, the Sterling Stretch, is absolutely not gentle in its own right. But the abdominal stretch isn't usually the thing someone submits to. It's that added stomach claw, digging into bare, exposed, and defenseless abs that convinces victims to give in.

Maybe it would've gotten to that point, had he not taken that brief moment to bask in their impromptu referee's dread. But whether it would have or not, a French rear gets pressed tight against his hips, and she twists through the pain to make use of their positioning and reverse the hold into a hiptoss! He attempts to find leverage, hand moving to her stomach sans claw, but too little too late. He lands squarely on his back in front of her, the previous pain of the uranage flaring up again and leaving him much slower to recover from an otherwise simple move.

"Gh..!"

Navi wore the widest of smirks on her face as she successfully tossed off her opponent, right as he was about to lock on the dreaded Sterling Stretch (well...dreaded from Melody's tale of her match versus Drake, Navi severely doubted that the move would make her tap out). She felt Drake's hand almost locking in the stomach claw, but to no avail. Melody herself stood shocked that Navi had managed to do so, Drake managing to block her attempt to escape the hold in their spar. Navi, however, had manage to evade Domino's finisher...

...and this time, he won't escape her's.

Grabbing Drake by his arm once more, the blonde would Irish Whip the black-haired wrestler, into the ropes for a rebound, push him up into the air on his way back...before finally planting Drake into the canvas on his aching back by his legs for a Pop-Up Powerbomb!
