Atalante Pallas Vs. Shizuka Takamachi - Aka-Oni

[Devastated]

Dropping down and driving her knees down into that back of Shizuka, Atalante smirked as she remained on top of her, on her knees as she was kneeling on the back of the red-ogre. She would shuffle off of Shizuka's back and move up to the legs of Shizuka, grabbing a hold of them, one ankle in each hand, she would yank and try to drag Shizuka away towards the center where she would then try and move up and take a seat on Shizuka's back.

Trying to grab a hold of those legs again and force them in under her armpits and lock the Aka-Oni into a Boston Crab, trying to work over that back even more!

" You started out a bit more feisty than your blue friend. Though you're falling behind now, aren't you Aka-Oni." Atalante spoke out with confidence as she looked over her shoulder and down at the back of Shizuka's head, wondering how she would respond.

Having her opponent's knees hitting her back was painful for Shizuka, and she was on the mat, groaning in pain. Things didn't look too good for the Aka-Oni at the moment, with Atalante being free to do whatever she wanted next. Still on top of Shizuka, Atalante decided to drag her to the center of the ring where she then subjected her to a Boston crab, causing intense pain around her back.

"UWAAAHHHH!!!"

Shizuka cried out in pain as her body was bent by her opponent, who was subjecting her to the Boston crab. Still, the Aka-Oni refused to submit as she then steeled her resolve, clawing at the canvas before attempting to drag herself towards the nearest ropes. Though it would be a massive hurdle for Shizuka as she continued crying out in pain from being subjected to such a hold.

Atalante began to crank the pressure on Shizuka's back as she started to torture her, looking to bring as much pain onto the lower back of Shizuka as she could. She was feeling confident now that she had taken a rather solid lead over the Aka-Oni. Earlier in this match she had felt as if Shizuka might be able to match her and give her the fight that Yukari hadn't been able to. Though right now she was in the mindset that she was just going to have to whittle the red one down little by little until she would submit.

Hearing the screams and cries of pains of Shizuka didn't make Atalante ease up the hold, she kept the same amount of pressure. Though once more she was impressed with the tenacity of Shizuka, much like she had been with Yukari. She felt how Shizuka started to crawl and drag them inch by inch towards the ropes. A faint smile formed on Atalante's face, " Oh? Still willing to fight huh? Can you make any use of that tenacity of yours though?" Atalante spoke out in a confident manner, though her tone didn't carry any desire to demean Shizuka.

She continued to hold on until Shizuka had reached the ropes, the long journey there was followed by Atalante waiting out the count until it reached a 3 from the referee. Which was when she would release the legs and start to step back, making her way towards the center of the ring and placing her hands on her hips, facing Shizuka. " You've got guts, much like your friend. Though you'll need more than that if you want to defeat me." The Grecian spoke out with pride in her own skills.

Despite the pain, Shizuka soldiered on, dragging herself towards the ropes even as Atalante held her in the hold. Eventually, she reached the ropes, though her opponent didn't release her right away. She kept her in the hold until the count of three, and when Shizuka was finally released, she gasped as she tried to pull herself back up with the help of the ropes.

"Eegghhhh..." Shizuka groaned as she pulled herself up. She was having problem standing with her feet, and she would use the ropes to steady herself. She directed her gaze at Atalante, who had returned to the center of the ring. "Nnnnghhh... j-just you wait, I'm gonna make you eat your words..." She hissed before she let go of the ropes.

Favoring one of her feet, she would make her way towards Atalante before she broke into a sprint, as if trying to close in and lock up with her opponent. But as she got closer, Shizuka would suddenly change gear, slipping past her opponent by ducking and running towards the ropes, hoping to rebound from there and returning back to Atalante so that she could hit her with a clothesline from behind!

[Devastated]

Having taking a few steps back and placed her hands on her hips, Atalante waited to see what Shizuka's reaction would be. It seemed clear to at least Atalante now and probably the crowd which one of them were the superior woman in the ring. Though it seemed as if Shizuka didn't agree with that, as she seemed just as strong-willed as she was in the start of this match. It was something that Atalante had to commend, not verbally though but simply with a silent nod.

When Shizuka came running towards her, Atalante would ready herself. Raising her arms up and throwing herself forward as if she tried to intercept Shizuka and go in for a grapple! Though Shizuka just ducked to the side and ran past her. " W-what?!" Atalante gasped out in confusion, then as she was about to turn around, Shizuka had already rebounded off of the ropes and closed in, slamming their arm against the back of Atalante's head!

"Gagkh!" Atalante cried out as she was struck and sent falling forward, like a tree being cut down the vibrant haired Grecian was brought low as she landed chest and face first into the canvas.

Shizuka managed to slip past Atalante, running towards the ropes and rebounding from them. Then she returned back to Atalante and hit her with a clothesline from behind, sending Atalante crashing down chest and face first onto the mat. "WOHOO!!" Shizuka yelled out, but she wasn't going to stop herself just yet, now that her opponent was on the mat.

After hitting Atalante with the clothesline and knocking her down, Shizuka continued with her momentum, running towards the opposite ropes and rebounding from them. She would return back to where Atalante was before she attempted to use her momentum to execute a running moonsault, flipping before landing right on Atalante's back, hoping to deal some damage on her!

[Devastated]

Atalante was left groaning as that clothesline to the back of her head left the Grecian's bell rung. She remained on her front and tried to gather her thoughts, senses and whatever else that might have been lost by that surprising move and turnaround from the redhead. She would start to place her hands down against the canvas and make a slow push up towards her hands and knees, trying to push herself up.

Though as she was busy with that, she would hear the stomping of boots on the canvas and what came next was the weight of Shizuka crashing down onto her back! "Gah!" She cried out in pain, as the Grecian was flattened down, forced chest first into the canvas as a bit of air was expelled from her mouth, driven down by Shizuka's weight.

Right after knocking Atalante down with her clothesline to the back of her head, Shizuka then went for a running moonsault, landing on her back and flattening her underneath. She knew that she managed to deal some damage on her opponent, and she wanted to test her luck to see if she could seize a win from this. Even if Atalante somehow managed to kick out, this would still put some pressure on the Grecian.

Picking herself up a little, Shizuka would then roll Atalante over onto her back before placing herself right on top of her, going for a pinfall. She would lay onto Atalante's stomach as she would reach down to one of her legs, hooking it with one of her arms. The referee would get next to them and start counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

[Devastated]

Gasping out underneath the redheaded Oni, Atalante would shake her head, looking for any way that she could take her mind off of the pain in her back now. Though as he was busy dealing with the sudden amount of damage she had taken from Shizuka's offense, the Aka-Oni was taking action yet again. This time rolling the green-blonde Grecian over onto her back and placing herself down on top of the cat-eared fighter.

With her leg hooked up and her shoulder's pinned the referee set into motion the pin count. Slapping her hand down against the canvas and counting away the first count before she raised her hand up for a second time.

"TWO!"

She moved to raise her hand up once more, but as she did the Grecian would throw her weight to the side, kicking out with her leg and trying to force her shoulders up as she aimed to shift over onto her side. Looking to break the pinfall and push Shizuka off of her!

Shizuka was on top of Atalante as she pinned her, and she listened to the referee counting for the pin. But before the referee could count up to three, Atalante managed to break the pin, and the match would still continue. "Tch!" Clicking her tongue, Shizuka pushed herself up as she looked at her opponent. She was thinking of what to do next, and she thought that she ought to weaken her opponent some more so that she would be less likely to break the pin if she went for the pin again.

"Alright, gotta hurt you some more!" Shizuka said as she would pull Atalante alongside her, planning to lift her up. Holding onto Atalante's body, the Aka-Oni would hoist her up and then hold her body horizontally. Then, she would bring her down, spine first, right onto her propped up knee, hitting her with a backbreaker! She knew that the move would surely inflict a massive damage on the Grecian, thus making it less likely to fight back or even kick out upon being pinned.
