Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Chantelle was an odd case for Theta: Normally, his opponent's came into two catagories, one, the "cutesy" opponent who thought he was cute and pinch his cheeks and such, or two, the more common "ara ara" opponent, who usually had fantasies involving a femboy, who take every opportunity to tease and molest him. Chantelle fell into a category that Theta wasn't familiar with: an opponent that treated him like an actual opponent. As Theta lay there, he soon felt a sharp pain in his abdomen, as Chantelle had dropped the elbow on him. He made an "oof" sound, but, that was about it. Part of him wanted Chantelle to start falling into one of those two categories, at least he was used to that. Theta wondered is Chantelle noticed how conflicted he was...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Chantelle brought her elbow down upon Sailor Theta's abdomen, the male wrestler clearly struggling to get to grips with the match. She was thrilled with how things had been going so far, able to hold her own against her foe in a rare display for the veteran Scot, but there was something about Theta - he seemed surprised by her straight approach to the match, not sure what to do with someone who was taking him seriously.
Maybe others wouldn't but Chantelle's record left her in little doubt that she couldn't afford to be underestimating people.
With Theta still down after her elbow drop she attempted to roll him onto his front, straddling the male wrestler from behind. She would attempt to ease his body upwards and hook his arms over her knees, before cupping her hands beneath his chin, trying to stretch him into a camel clutch.
"Just tap out, laddie!" Chantelle urged him, hoping she might be able to get a quick victory here and now and spare herself from an extended match...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Theta soon had an epiphany: The reason that Chantelle wasn't fighting like the others was that she was a jobber too! She couldn't afford to play any games as she wanted to win. Part of Theta's "problem" was, deep down, he kind of enjoyed being beat. He would never admit to such, but, in a lot of matches, it was blatantly clear, it was especially clear to those in the underground BDSM scene, as he was one of the favorite subs. As Theta was in thought, Chantelle got on top of him in a camel clutch. Theta, looking up at the lights, and then at Chantelle, and hearing her command bellowed, "Like hell!" He began to crawl toward the ropes in an attempt to force a break...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Chantelle heaved Theta back into the Camel Clutch submission hold - though this was hardly one of the veteran's greatest skills, so far Sailor Theta had not showed much in the way of retaliation and she felt she might be able to get him to tap out here and now.
However, it appeared that something changed in the demeanour of the young man after she spoke, goading him to submit. Instead of giving up as she had hoped, the male wrestler shouted out defiantly and began attempting to haul himself on all fours towards the nearest ropes, pulling her along with him!
"Gnnh...no," Chantelle grunted as she tried to keep a hold of him, awkwardly shuffling her feet as she tried to maintain the pressure of the hold while moving, but her lack of skill with submissions showed as she failed to hold him tight. Eventually Theta was able to drag himself to the ropes and force a break.
"Bugger!" she cursed, reluctantly releasing her hold on him and stepping back sharply, raising both hands to display to the ref that she was abiding by the rules. A cheer rose from the crowd as they were eager to see the continuation of the battle between the pair of jobbing wrestlers!

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Theta, with sheer determination and will, managed to make it to the ropes, forcing a break, Theta soon noticed something: The crowd was losing their minds. Whether it was the sheer determination of Theta, or the persistence of Chantelle, the LAW crowd was loving every minute of it. Theta, however, was clearly on shakey ground, as he used the ropes to hoist himself up. Theta would attempt a kick to Chantelle's head, if only as a last ditch effort to turn this match around...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
The crowd were getting into the match now, and despite not being able to finish Sailor Theta with the submission hold, Chantelle was still feeling good. She'd had a good showing this match, and it really seemed like her first LAW victory might be within reach.
Still feeling in full control of the encounter, Chantelle stepped forward with the intent of continuing her manhandling of Theta across the ring, but her overconfidence cost her this time as she blundered straight into a kick aimed at her head.
"AGGHH!" she blurted in surprise as the clunked into her skull. It wasn't the hardest blow, but taken off guard, Chantelle still went stumbling backwards, clutching her head with both hands and leaving herself briefly vulnerable if Theta was able to take advantage.

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Much to Theta's surprise, his wild kick connected, and he even paused a second as if he didn't see it coming, but, quickly realized that this was the opportunity he had been waiting for. He decided to go for a move he had never tried before, but, was often the victim of: He would charge Chantelle and wrap his arms around her back in a tight bearhug, well, as tight as he could anyway. Power wasn't his strong suit, but, he at least hoped he was strong enough to wear his opponent down some...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Struck by surprise by the kick she had blundered into, Chantelle reeled backwards, cursing her own foolishness. By the time she'd gathered her wits again, she found her foe advancing before she could react.
Ouhghh!" Chantelle blurted as Sailor Theta rushed forward, wrapping his arms around her trim waist and squeezing tight in a sudden bear hug!
Squirming in Theta's grip, Chantelle tried to think of a swift escape route, distracted by the press of the young man's body into hers. Trying to ignore her blushes and her lack of breath, the veteran Scot attempted to land a swift flurry of strikes to the side of Theta's skull, hoping to do enough damage to dislodge the femboy's grip on her!

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
No one would ever accuse Theta of being the strongest man in LAW, and if he was, he'd be acquitted by a jury of his peers. Why he was trying such a blatant power move like the bearhug was beyond even him, maybe it was because he himself had fallen victim to the hold so many times that he wanted to be on the squeezing end for once. Even so, Chantelle wasn't going to just sit there and take it, as she began to punch him right in the head. With each shot, Theta's grip loosened and eventually Theta just pushed her away, as the hold was unmaintainable. Theta was also noticeably getting rather tired...

Re: Someone's Gotta Win: Sailor Theta vs. Chantelle Calderwood
Despite the pressure Sailor Theta attempted to put on her, it soon became clear that he didn't have the strength to hold her in place much longer, and her rain of punches soon dislodged him. He pushed away, staggering away from her, and she felt like she had an opportunity to counterattack and put the femboy away once and for all!
"Ah'll show ye a real bearhug, laddie!" Chantelle quipped between breaths, seeing how tired Theta had become after his exertions in this match. Lunging forward she attempted to get one hand up between Sailor Theta's legs, clasping tightly at his backside as her other arm was slung over his shoulder.
Then, with a grunt of effort, the veteran Scot would try to heave Theta off the ground and tip him upside down, catching him around the waist, as though in position for a piledriver. She would keep him there, however, attempting to squeeze him tight in her upside down bearhug finisher, the Headrush!
