Thembi was keep pressing the sledgehammer handle to Alexsandra's neck even after she passed out. She was furious for all the hits she received and really wanted to punish her.

After a while, she stood up throw away a hammer and send few extra hard kicks to her ribs before leaving. She had to make sure that Alexsandra will still feel pain after waking up.
