The sound of heels tapping along the asphalt mixed in almost melodiously with the hustle and bustle and indistinct conversations that normally permeated the Kanjaku Market. A lovely little open air market along the water that was conveniently located near by the LAW arena which happened to carry a great number of international export items making it a go to sport for many of the LAW wrestlers who hailed from outside of Japan.

On this particular day the owner of said heels was a short young blonde woman known as Piper Sherwood. Given she was off duty as it were she was dressed in casual attire. A white green crop top with a black leather jacket over it with form fitting grey skinny jeans further that was rounded off by of course a pair of black high heels with a gold strap and a pair of designer sunglasses on the blonde's head.

White purse slung over her shoulder the American girl was casually perusing items in the market. On top of trying to find some of her favorite guilty pleasure snacks from back home Piper was also recommended by her room mate Ruby to explore the 'local cuisine' as she called it. Personally Piper just found herself wriggling her nose unimpressed by most items she saw on display.

"Ugh why is there no just like.. simple sushi for sale or something?" The girl asked herself in exasperation as she tossed her hair back in annoyance given her inability to find anything that didn't look too complicated for her tastes. "Ooh hold up." Stopping suddenly as something caught her interest Piper took note of a stall selling some nice looking clothes and accessoris. "Now this is more my speed." She said actually somewhat excitedly as she began inspecting the merchandise, not realizing she was forming somewhat of a road block for oncoming foot traffic, but naturally she didn't care.

Two small bags of clothes and a few accessories bounced around as Miranda Tomi was walking around in all smiles for her big win and growing progress at LAW, if her match with Rosie didn't open some eyes her beating Juana should have showed everyone that Mira was not someone else's plaything and she was more then proud about the results. So much so she was deciding to treat herself with a shopfest, Japan was much bigger then her native island and the stores were so vibrant and full of things she had never seen before, after a good meal she had gotten some new clothes but she had plenty of money and time for more. Dressed in her usual street clothes a native top that stopped a little past her chest and shorts that matched she stood out a mile away but most of the attention was positive. Her eyes shifted to a stand that caught her eye and she quickly moved over to it.

"Oh hello." Mira said leaning in to look at the stands and admire the selections. Some of them looked very similar to the colors of her wrestling outfit with the various little pinks and golds that ran across them, others simply complimented her looks with the designs feeling like they would make her eyes and hair pop out. Mira stepped in next to the patron who was already there. "Excuse me miss. Uh Good day ma'am? How much are these?" Miranda said pointing at the clothes she was eyeing up.

Piper hummed as she overlooked some of the items in the stall. There were few things of particular interest for her. Namely a few of the skirts and handbags along with a few other earrings and bracelets that had caught her attention. The colors were really the only major turn off for her. Pink was never really high up on the blonde's list of favorites. But nonetheless the designs and patterns at least were rather nice and aesthetically pleasing.

As she was inspecting the items though she soon felt another presence at her side, nearly shoving her in the process. Eyes narrowing Piper turned her attention to the side and saw a brunette girl roughly her size and stature dressed casually as well. Briefly flashes of recognition went through Piper's mind as she knew she had seen the girl before but z\she wasn't quite sure where, but if Piper were to venture a guess it was likely this girl was a LAW wrestler as well.

Either way Piper didn't appreciate her shopping time getting muscled in on so already her impression of the girl wasn't exactly great. However any further time to deliberate her opinion on the brunette was cut off by the said girl speaking. Raising an eyebrow and making a face Piper frowned at whoever the brunete. "Sorry you talking to me?" She said tersely to the brunette, partially genuinely confused who she was talking too and also partly to vent some irritation she'd been feeling.

Mira was admiring everything she was seeing in this, and looking at the clerk when she heard a voice to the right of her. Turning to face the cute blonde to the side of her who seemed to think she was mostly talking to her. Mira's mind stopped for a second to analyze her further because she was certain she saw someone similar in LAW. But not wanting to bother anyone if she could help it she would try to dismiss it for now since its not like it mattered if she was.

"Oh no, I just didn't want to but into you without warning." Mira said with a wave of her hand before turning back to the clerk and asking about the various prices. All seemed to be reasonably priced but Mira didn't want to spend too much so she couldn't just take all of it. She began thinking about what she would prioritize getting now and getting later.

Piper narrowed her eyes slightly at the girl's words before rolling her eyes. She wasn't able to place it but something about the brunette just rubbed her the wrong way but it wasn't worth getting into. "Whatever." She said dismissively as she turned her attention back to the selection in front of her. Scanning the lines of assorted jewelry Piper's eyes eventually beamed on a silver bracelet with a rabbit charm imprinted on it.

Interest piqued Piper reached forward, shoving her arm in front of the brown haired girl at her side as she grabbed and picked up the accessory and bringing it closer to her for inspection. "How much?" Asking rather bluntly Piper showed no regard for the other patron and her own line of questions towards the clerk. After all Piper considered herself a rising star in a top company. Regardless if that was true or not she thought it beneath her to give courtesy to someone that had arrived after herself and instead focused solely on her own shopping experience.

When Piper brushed her off Mira thought none of it, afterall like she said she wasn't talking to her and the girl probably had places to be herself. Couldn't be expected to hold a conversation in a store with a complete stranger, Mira was just fine to let it be and move on from there. However she felt more tension then she would have liked when her hand was pushed aside when Piper reached out to take a bracelet, one of the many she had been eyeing to ask for the price. The act of getting the bracelet itself was hardly the worst thing in the world since it was a fair question but the owner looked between the two of them and it clear attention was divided.

"Excuse me again, and this time yes I am talking to you, but maybe we should take turns. This poor thing might end up accidentally mixing up our orders." Mira said having turned back to Piper still friendly to the blonde for now. She thought that making sure only one of them was pestering the owner with questions would speed things up.

Inspecting the bracelet a bit closer Piper smiled softly as she decided a bit more firmly that she liked the look of it. Now she was just waiting for a response from the owner about how much it was. However when she didn't receive an answer immediately the blonde would look up with an annoyed look finally spotting that the owner seemed unsure of who to respond too first. But just before she could snap at the poor woman to spit out the price Piper would hear what the brunette at her side said causing Piper to noticeably roll her eyes in irritation.

Turning around to face the girl Piper gave a unimpressed, even aggressive look as she tossed her hair back and laid the bracelet back down on the table, using her arm to lean on it with a deadpan expression. "Yeah turns." Piper said sarcastically with another roll of the eyes. "So if we're using the pre-school logic I was here first. So why don't you buzz off so I can get something I'll look good in." She said before taking another look at the girl in front of her from head to toe and spotting the various bags she had before gaining a evil little gleam in her eyes.

"Besides judging by all those shopping bags I doubt this place will have anything else that can save this... whatever this is." She'd say snidely while gesturing at the brunette's outfit with her other hand. "Then again I doubt those bags will have anything to help either, unless they've started selling miracles in this place." She'd finish snarkily while leaning back, expecting and hoping the girl would pack up and go, preferably crying from the insults but Piper would be fine with just the peace of mind.

When Piper turned back to look at her Mira quickly realized she didn't like what she saw in those eyes, a gleam and look of a person with their mind on something wicked and not civil. Miranda felt her smile slowly falter under that look before the insults started coming out, while it was true she was here first Mira had asked about the prices of items first but something told her that wouldn't matter. Soon the insults weren't about that, but about her, the clothes she was getting and the clothes she was wearing and her dismissive tone afterwards made it clear she meant every word and just expected Mira to back off and leave. Even her meek self a few months back wouldn't have been that easily fended off, so now she already felt her bark coming and if this continued the bite would follow.

"Wow really living that alpha blonde logic like you're walking around in style huh? Well if you want to relive your highschool years, I saw an store for desperate dropouts over that way that might suit you better." Mira said actually pointing behind her with a smirk. But as she looked at Piper head to toe her mind came up with a few more barbs of her own. "You are rocking more of the college look, hopefully you grow out of that and live in reality before going after someone else's clothes. Now If you excuse me I do believe I was talking to this young lady first and it was very rude of you to interrupt. Don't worry I won't take long." Miranda said with a wink before she turned away from Piper and stepped forward again turning to the clerk. "Really sorry about that, I'm used to rude people but that is no excuse for you to get caught up in. I can pay for those real quick and be out of your hair." Mira said even putting one of the bags down to get her wallet.

Piper had expected her hostility and insults to get the brunette to back off, after all the girl didn't look tough to the blonde at all, let alone tough enough to stand up to her. But it appeared the blonde's judgement was off as rather than stand down it just seemed to egg the girl on further! Narrowing her eyes at what she was saying Piper was about to interject when the girl would continue and insult her own fashion causing her green eyes to narrow even further in annoyance. However what really got to Piper was the fact that this bitch had the gall to turn away from and ignore her as if they were done! 'Oh helllll no.'

Thinking that to herself Piper looked down at the girl's bag which she dropped to get her wallet out. Stepping forward Piper would sweep her leg out to the side, kicking the bag and spilling its contents out into the street! "Oops how rude of me but you should probably go get that while I get what I want first. Don't worry I'll be quick.." She would say snidely, throwing the girl's words back in her face as the blonde put her hands on her hips while getting herself ready for a fight with her next round of insults.

"By the way my style, and it is style, is at least discernible and I look hella good in it. Way more than you can say with you're weird little tomboy bahama get up you got going on. So why don't you do yourself a favor and beat it before I show you exactly how much of a alpha I am and smack you're nappy little head back to the real world, cause the only one trying to live outside reality is you bitch." Snapping back at the girl in front of her with an outright threat Piper would stomp her heel down on one of the items of clothing that had spilled from the brunettes bag, as if to add emphasis to what she said.

When things seemed to calm down the peace only lasted about 10 seconds in between her putting her bag down and getting her wallet she had just fumbled it open when she heard the bag drop, or rather the bag knocked down by Piper before the confident blonde made it clear that yes it was on purpose. Mira slowly turned back at Piper with a look that screamed 'Did you really just do that' but Piper's face answered that for her. She didn't stop either throwing more insults Miranda's way while Mira looked at her and finally any hint of civility was gone when she stepped on the earrings she had brought and heard them shatter.

"Oh I'm sure you think you look hella good, but I've seen that style before and uh...yeah you look like just every other girl who tries to pull it off. I at least stand out." Mira said and even cocked her hip side to side to show off, knowing someone was looking even if it wasn't Piper. "In fact, you look just like the last blonde I beat down right on down to the ponytail I pulled on. Thing looks like you just scrunched your hair together and pulled and you call me nappy? Please, if you want to see how well trying to knock me out goes I can pull up my last match on my phone./color]" Mira said thinking maybe knowing she could fight would make this chick back off.
