Feeling the hold being securely locked in snug. But not to the point of discomfort as she thinks on what she can do to get out of the jam she is now in, going over ideas that the trainer she had tried to teach her but she didn't listen. Thinking over what she can do but getting a blank she decides to do the right thing. "Could you tell me what I am suppose to do?

Lauren kept hold and moved around to get the two to the center of the ring. "Reach back, grab my hair and snapmare me to the mat, use all the momentum you can and then transition to a reverse chin lock. It is what I do to get out of this a lot." Lauren said as she braced herself, ready for Freya to do what she was going to do as Lauren helped her to counter the hammerlock.

Nodding her head after hearing what she been told to do. It sounds simple and easy enough to do on paper, but getting to practice it and against a heavyweight like Lauren would be fun to try. "Alright like so." Freya calls out. Reaching her hands back grabbing Lauren by her hair and yanks forward, going for the snapmare move that she was told to do. If it works she would place a chin lock onto Lauren, wanting to make sure the hold is snug and locked in.

"Good! Ughh...." Lauren said, happy that Freya was listening but groaning from the impact and hold locked in. "Now against a lot of women I can reach up and power out. Against you I need to focus on the grip of your fingers again and not just grab your wrists." Lauren said trying to wriggle about.

"For this, an alternate I have is this." Lauren said sending a couple elbow strikes back into Freya but toning them down for training while twisting her torso as much as possible. Lauren stepped in front of Freya's legs while reaching up for her head attempting to hip toss Freya to the mat and lock in a side headlock as Freya was laying on her back with Lauren sitting/leaning on the mat next to her!

Freya is waiting listening to every word that Lauren speaks like it the Holy gospel. Looking over checking to see if there something wrong with her grip or if she is doing it wrong. "What do you mean? I'm holding your chin with my grip so there shouldn't be a way for you to escape my hold?. in a confused tone.

"AAACCCKKKK" as elbows slam into her sides forcing her grip to loosen just enough. For the next moment she was off her feet and onto her back with a hard landing, her back arched off the canvas "AAAUUGHHH" before being quieted with side headlock that feels like she caught in a vice.

Lauren kept squeezing but only to make the hold secure not to cause excess pain to Freya. "Come on Freya think.... what could you do to escape?" Lauren said with a grin.

"If you have ever seen my matches you know how I can managed to turn this into a favorite hold of mine." She added. If Freya struggled again Lauren had an escape ready and it would put Lauren herself in a very rough spot....

Freya keeps thinking over what does Lauren do to escape a hold like this. Thinking it over inside her head that she can use her legs to try and snag her trainer head with a head scissors like hold, or use brute power to go for the scoop slam like she seen the other woman do plenty of times on different opponents.

Deciding to just go with her gut and pray that she guessed right. Freya would bend her body a bit spreading her legs hoping that she rocked herself enough so that she can trap Lauren head between her thick thighs. Or she would look embarrassed in front of the woman who is helping her learn to wrestle the right way.

Lauren had the hold and as Freya was moving she expected her to kick her legs up and wrap them around her head to lock in a headscissor hold, but Freya went for the body scissor instead! Different but similar, and still effective! Lauren let go and was trapped as Freya's strong legs wrapped around her torso leaving Lauren struggling to escape!

"Good! I kick my legs up higher to go for a headscissor but this is just as effective and the same technique you just used so good job!" Lauren said now left trying to think of a way to counter this. In her mind she would need to use elbow strikes behind her to the abdomen. Lauren swung her elbow back fairly hard but not 100% actual match intensity. From there she tried to get her feet underneath her to roll backwards forcing them both over and using her legs to put Freya on her shoulders! Lauren would still be stuck in the hold but with Freya's shoulders on the mat she could be pinned!

"I am still stuck... but where are your shoulders?" Lauren pointed out, hoping Freya would release the hold.

Inside Freya is cheering that she was able to guess right.. Somewhat. Locking in the body scissors hold snug but not to tight wanting to hear more on what she should next from her teacher. But she really thinks to herself on why Lauren and Peggy are willing to help her like this and yet, her own sister told her to suck it up and do whatever she needs to do to win.

Ahh alright I remember that it easier to go for the head scissors instead of the body scissors." Freya ask as she was countered and shown the correct way to counter said move. Letting out a grunt from the elbow to the abs but she sees how her partner was able to her weight and end up in a pinning position just as quick. Seeing it happen and noticed that her arms are on the canvas she groans out, knowing that if it was a match she would have been pinned and taken another loss.

Releasing the hold and slapping the canvas again. "Damn even moves I know and I can still get pinned. Wish that damn teacher I paid showed me this stuff..."

Lauren took a breath and looked over at Freya. "Who did you pay? I mean maybe they were doing all right but you just weren't getting it or something wasn't clicking? Either way if you want to keep training with us we are happy to work with you. Right Peggy?"

Peggy smiled and nodded. "You got some real power and threat to ya lass. Once ya polish it with some more mat skills and such you will rise up those ranks fast I bet." Peggy said as she kept her place on the outside. "Lauren do ya want more with her or should I step in?"

"Come on in Pegs, I need a breather." Lauren said as she made her way to the ropes dropping down and rolling underneath the bottom rope outside the ring as Peggy climbed up onto the apron and through the ropes to take Laurens place inside the ring.
