After trouncing the stark example of a giantess, it felt like nothing could stop her. The crowd joined this collective thought, making her top the bet of who’s going to win this tournament. It is only fair because of the de ja vu they feel as it is the same fate that happened last year with Rose Gold but with more flying colors. Noi was more than twice her size. And even though she didn’t win over her unscathed or unbroken, it made her feel like a gladiator!

As astounded as everyone was with her win, Ichika promised to bring the victory for her fans! After that big of a win, she would never let them down from now on!! And Ichika only marched with triumph in her mind.

Her music soon thumped throughout the arena. Its beat echoed and brought the lights to life, scanning the arena in swathes! Then, soon came the blue firework of a woman! With narrow posture, arms held up a high, and a grin that no one could ever match, she basked in the cheers of the crowd in all its glory! The deafening sound doubled in intensity after that first bout and it astonished her all the same.

“Introducing First!! Hailing from Japan! Weighing in at 125lbs, ICHIKAA REEEEIIII!!”

Soon she’d find her way to the ring and her corner as her music fizzled to a close and their cheers died down. Draping her arms over the top ropes, she would wait for her next foe!

After a pretty rough and tiring first match of the tournament Ashley would be standing backstage as her opponent Ichika Rei was making her entrance, still feeling sore from her victory over Courage Takemi. Her opponent Ichika was an interesting adversary for the blonde as the daughter of Asai Rei, a tragically departed wrestler who Ashley had been a fan of when she was a child.

The prospect of facing the daughter of one of her heroes was an exciting one, especially since Ichika seemed to have picked up her technique from her mother, but Ashley wasn't forgetting the bigger picture of her goal to win the tournament! With that thought in mind she would head out, met with the cheers of her fans who were just as eager as her to see her go all the way in this tourney.

With her fist pumped into the air she would head down to the ring, climbing in and finally coming face to face with Ichika. The girl radiated confidence, and after her victory over the giant Noi she had every right to. Before the match began Ashley would walk over to Ichika, holding out a hand to the bluenette for a handshake "Hey, I'm Ashley. Let's make this a good one, okay?" she said, hoping that Ichika would feel the same way.

Ichika came to her second bout brimming with confidence— and it's not the unwarranted kind, no. She overcame the impossible. The biggest of David and Goliath scenarios. Recollecting what happened still brings euphoria to her. Not that all of it was in total bliss, no; she came at the edge of losing so many times. But the decisive result was more than enough reason to be happy.

With it, she welcomed Ashley with a slight smile still trailing off on her expression. A relaxed sigh also bellowed out of her lungs for not being faced against a giant anymore. Still, Ichika was not that foolhardy to assume this would be easy just because her foe was smaller than the last. Ashley did past the first round, after all.

"We sure would! Heads up, I won't go easy on you at all just because you're seemingly kind and cute." Ichika said with a wink as she shook her hand. Hopping heel to heel, she readied herself for the start of the match.

Despite the fact that they were about to compete in a match that would no doubt be a heated and violent confrontation it seemed the fighters shared little to no hostility with each other, the two of them exchanging a friendly handshake as Ichika assured she wouldn't go easy on Ashley before calling her cute with a wink. Ashley was slightly taken aback by this, having another girl flirt with her was something that the blonde wasn't particularly used to but she would give Ichika a smile all the same "Uh... thanks! You uh... you seem nice too."

Soon after this friendly exchange was finished and the two women split up from each other the match would begin. Ashley would step in with her arms raised, challenging Ichika to a test of strength. As far as opening moves for a match goes it was pretty standard and not all that flashy, much like Ashley herself.

Rambunctious as she was in this match after the first one, she's dead serious about winning this tournament. She wouldn't let anything slip past her. She's here to claim the top and nothing else. And she'll squash anything that could impede her from doing that. Friendly and teasing as she was on the outside, she's scanning as much as she could from Ashley. Her eyes trailed from her foot and up, understanding her physique. Nothing too special, but her body has the complexion that could house lots of aces up her sleeve that could bite her if not careful enough.

She chuckled at the reply. "Not quite the teasing type, are you? Very well. Just show me what you got!"

Soon, Ashley extended an invitation for a lockup. But knowing full well that she's the smaller between the two, it might not be the best option for Ichika to accept that. So, she would bring her ace to the table - her speed!

She burst out of her corner in a raw display of explosive energy! The power behind every time she lunged a foot forward was significant, creating a wide berth between paces. All the while, her footsteps were light as a feather. Agility and speed. That's it!

Soon, her left foot would take the last step with a stomp. Her other leg folded by her knee, revving up as it weaved skyward. A roundhouse kick aimed for the chin with every bit of force behind it. But her intent was never meant to hit, no. Her plan relies on her foe seeing it coming to force them to dodge it. She would use the very same force to execute a full spin, she'd stoop low, shifting the kick downward for a surprise legsweep!

As the match began Ashley would step forward with her hands raised looking for a test of strength to start things off, but Ichika clearly had no interest in doing things Ashley's way so she would lunge forward and lash out with a roundhouse kick! But while the attack had come out quickly it was nothing the blonde hadn't been expecting so she would quite easily lean back to avoid it altogether.

Unfortunately for Ashley this was a part of Ichika's plan all along and she had played right into the bluenette's hands. Thinking the attack was over she had stepped forward to deliver an attack of her own, only for Ichika's leg to come back round in an arc and take Ashley's legs out from under her "Waaagh!!!" Ashley hit the mat with a thud, wincing in pain as her back slammed painfully onto the mat, the attack had not done enough damage to keep the blonde down for long but it was still likely that Ichika would take advantage of the time she had given herself to strike!

Feigning a roundhouse kick to do a leg sweep is one of Ichika's favorite openers. It uses speed and the element of surprise to negate any disadvantage she has earlier on. It also doesn't offer much for a counter-attack if met head-on. No choice but to dodge, lest risk having their head blown off their neck by the roundhouse kick. A kick that is potent and packed with all her force this early in the match.

The opening is almost synonymous with her as the crowd also knows it too well, cheering as she dashed towards Ashley. And like any other matches that start with this, it worked just as fine. The blonde was left wincing on the mat, open for attack.

And by all means, Ichika is going to take advantage of this. She started doing so by going far to the ropes. She'd throw her back on it, rearing to build momentum behind her strides. Using it as a springboard she'd dash towards the flank of Ashley. Legs kicking like steam engines, her paces were long and wide, to tread as much ground. Not more after two steps or three, she'd stomp, gearing her legs to a graceful backflip! She'd pierce through the air right above her foe, her shadow looming over their frame. Then just as she'd complete the flip, her legs would curl, knees jutted downward, punishing bones looking to spear their gut!

Even if Ashley knew about Ichika's classic opening gambit from the research she had done ahead of time it still did her little good, the feint roundhouse kick came at her far too fast for Ashley to ignore her instincts to avoid it. As a result she fell for the trick and was taken off her feet by the sweep, giving Ichika the first hit of the match.

But Ichika wasn't done there, she dashed off to the ropes and rebounded off of them to run by Ashley's side before taking off into a backflip. Ashley knew that if she let this move hit it was going to be devastating, but the time Ichika took to build up momentum gave Ashley the chance to recover slightly. She waited until Ichika had already taken to the air and couldn't change her course before Ashley threw her body to the side to roll out of the way "Sorry, it's not gonna be that easy!"

Assuming this worked Ashley would climb up to her feet and hopefully Ichika would still be down. If she was Ashley would attempt to haul her up to her feet and throw a knee strike at her abs to soften her up and hopefully leave her open to further punishment.

First blood struck, and Ichika was already pouncing for the follow-up!

Her first match chipped her badly, so there should be fewer mistakes this time. She knew that full well. "No screw-ups! I should finish this quick! I don't want to get bogged down again like the first time; the finals would be tougher! But let's not get ahead of ourselves, she got up to here so she must be tough too. Focus, Ichika! Focus!"

Those were the words swimming inside her mind as she ran towards the rope for a swell of momentum. Bouncing back, she saw Ashley still on the mat in pain and she was closing in fast! And so, she jumped! Graceful like a swan, a complete backflip, knees tucked in looking to impale!

But when she was about to execute it, she saw the mat blank. No target presented itself as Ashley weaved out of the way!

"Gahhhh-ahhh!" Ichika screamed out as it felt as though her knee caps were getting torn by the hit! Already damaged and weak, the raging pain numbered her strength! She quickly crumpled to the mats, clutching her knees, and folded it until it kissed her torso!

But Ashley wouldn't give her even the slightest reprieve from the pain, pulling her up to her feet! Ichika followed like a puppy, whimpering as pain nipped her limbs. Then, a knee strike shot. "UNGHHH!" It caught her defenseless, and bone dug into her soft, exposed flesh! She slumped! Eyes wetted, mouth agape, and tongue lolled out as she desperately sucked for air!

Then, she pulled away, pushing on their obliques to send her staggering backward. She needs space. A space to recover and breathe... and gain speed as she'd counter just as quick!

"I could say the same to you, Ashley!" She was determined, and she wouldn't let that move unanswered. So she charged, slumped still but with her shoulders jutted forward, looking to batter their stomach and send them flying to the mat again with a spear!

Thinking quickly and moving even quicker Ashley would manage to roll out of the way of Ichika's attack, leaving her crashing knee-first onto the mat with such impact that even Ashley winced in sympathy for her opponent. Though this sympathy would not stop Ashley from taking advantage of the poor girl's misfortune as she threw out a devastating knee-shot right to Ichika's abs, leaving the girl hunched over and gasping in pain.

To gain some space from the blonde Ichika would back off slightly, but the blonde was undeterred and stepped forward to begin to close the distance she had made. Given that the bluenette was hunched over already in the perfect position for a gutwrench Ashley had half a mind to to lift Ichika up for her signature Studley Bomber to really get the match off to an explosive start!

Before Ashley could make any moves though, signature or not, Ichika would recover much sooner than the blonde had expected her to and would spring forward and smash her shoulder into Ashley's abs "Guah!!!" Spit flew from Ashley's mouth as she was thrown back and down onto the mat, groaning in pain and coughing after Ichika had gotten revenge for Ashley's own punishment to her abs. In the immediate future she was in no condition to get Ichika off of her or put a stop to whatever the bluenette had in store for her.

Pain addled her every limb. It coursed through and through every corner of her body since she left that bloody first match! And it burned again after that simple punt to her stomach! But she couldn't let it go through to her. Not now when she's one last step to the finals!

Her determination was so much so that she felt used to the pain! Perhaps, it was too much that they canceled each other out. Perhaps, it was her rushing adrenaline! But that, that numbing pain served as her fuel right now! Her fire to continue fighting! To give Ashley hell! And that's what she did, ramming her shoulders to their obliques and knocking them down the mat! Right where she wanted them to be.

"Now this is going to hurt!" She smirked as she pinned their shoulders with her hand.

She then grabbed one of their arms and pulled it towards her, weaving a leg across and under that seized arm, feigning an armbar! Instead, Ichika would rest her shin upon their neck and press! A unique setup was on! And here, they'd see what it means to mature as a wrestler under the wings of the one and only Asai Rei!

Swift and elegant, she'd shift and pivot both of them around, using their arm as leverage so that she'd be on her back! And they, left on their knees with their head dangerously dangling upon her shin! She'd then hook that leg behind the knee of her other leg akin to a figure four! And as a cherry on top, her arms would soon coil around their head, pulling them against the bone that thrust onto their trachea. A gogoplata!

Ashley let out a long and low groan after being taken down to the mat by Ichika's spear, now trapped underneath the bluenette with no immediate options of escape. This left her with little chance to resist as Ichika took a hold of her arm and proved her technical prowess as she swiftly turned Ashly onto her back and locked the blonde into a Gogoplata! "Ackgh!!!" To have pulled off such a manoeuvre so quickly and efficiently while still locking it in properly was an impressive feat, Ashley would almost have found it praiseworthy if Ichika's skill wasn't coming at her expense "Ughhh..."

Ashley had to act soon, or she was going to get choked out in the first two minutes of the match! With a grunt of effort Ashley would push herself forwards while raising her knees, making her way up to a crouched standing position while forcing Ichika to tilt back. Now with more purchase against the mat Ashley would grab a tight hold of Ichika and attempt to start lifting her up off the mat, teeth clenched shut as she strained with the effort. Should she be able to get Ichika high enough off the mat without the girl escaping then Ashley would attempt to slam Ichika down onto the mat for a kneeling powerbomb! Though even if Ashley managed to escape it would still be clear that her time in the hold had left her weakened as she looked down at Ichika red-faced and panting heavily to try and reclaim the air she had lost from the choke.

This has been Ichika’s gameplay since the very first bout! A professionally locked hold to start off the match and end it right then and there! There was focus given for the oncoming clashes; hopes that she will still be here for it. And most importantly, with enough strength to fight! In a sense, Ichika assumed that that would be the thought of others too. End it the quickest and least painful way possible. So they’d understand her intentions and cruelty going through this tournament as Ichika pulled on Ashely’s head as hard as she could! The crowd cheered at the sight! Their horns have locked and the fight is finally raging!

The hold was as if she’s trying to cut their head off with her hardened shin as the blades! She could feel their waning breath pass through their neck and trickle her thighs as they struggled! Both middleweights’ faces bore the same, twisting, grunting look of exertion. Teeth gritted, cheeks pink and flushed. and huffs, pumping steam from deep beneath the bellows of their core to overcome the other. Save for one was to try to survive… the other to ruin!

“No.. noo!!” Ichika's eyes then widened in shock! Ichika’s back was laid flat across the mat and Ashley’s frame stood, feet on the mat, adjacent to hers!

“No...nooo!! It’s impossible! She can’t.” Ichika thought to herself as she shook her head. She had one of their arms caught and trapped. Ichika saw the same fate in her first bout but to a far bigger foe! Her eyes closed shut as if it would avert her from reality.

But Ashley’s willpower and strength exceeded all expectations as she slowly hefted herself and Ichika up! The crowd roared, cheers grew louder and louder encouraging the middleweight while panic eclipsed Ichika’s mind!

“D-don’t! Don’t!!” Her voice stammered as she struggled to tighten the hold.

Without the support of the mat, her hold trembled and loosened! Ichika's eyes then gaped when she practically sat helpless on their shoulders, staring at the crowd anticipating her fall! Then, thud! Her lithe frame crashed to the mat in meteoric impact! Her body flopped and left the ground for a moment before dropping limp! Her hold unhinged as her mind went off, resting limply on their shoulder and abdomen! Ichika was out!

Ashley was in quite a rough spot when Ichika managed to lock her into a Gogoplata so early into the match, but thankfully her quick thinking enabled her to reverse the hold and put the bluenette in position for a makeshift powerbomb! Laying the girl out Ashley would slowly rise to her feet, panting slightly as she looked down at Ichika. Ashley would then get a flash of inspiration and bend down to grab Ichika by the legs, intending to flip her so she was lying onto her front.

If she was able to get Ichika in this position Ashley would keep a hold of her legs as she stepped over her so that she was standing above Ichika's lower back, then she would squat down while bending her legs back in an attempt to lock in a submission of her own; her signature Boston Crab that she called the Lucas Lock! "Haaaah!!!"

Come undone with one move, Ichika’s world came to a standstill. The damage that she buried in the first match rose like beasts! Rallying with the powerbomb to overdrive her lithe body with agony!

Hanging on Ashley’s shoulder, her limp athletic legs spread apart. Arms splayed wide that she looked not much unlike a huge splat of stain on the mat. The cold comfort of the canvas soothed her cheek as she dreamt. Her mouth agape, trying to suck air back into her debilitated lungs as her tongue hung loosely at the edge of her lips. Not a flesh moved but the reassuring slow rise and fall of her chest. And the flicker of her eyes as she groaned. She desperately fought herself to not fall asleep! To not be urged to lay dormant… To not lose!

Ichika followed Ashley’s attempts to reposition like a marionette. With her state, she can’t do pretty much anything. Nor could she realize what Ashley was doing until the very last second

“Nngahhahhhh!!!” Screams of agony bellowed from the bluenette fighter as the pain that raged stirred her up. Her eyes crunched and welled in tears as the blonde had cruelly locked the hold! Attempts to lessen the hold bore down on flailing. Kicking her legs, pounding the mat with her fists as she tried to claw their latch on her chin.

“Let me goo… mngahhh!!” She resorted to pleading.

Desperation grew and she started crawling for the ropes, dragging her beaten body! In her view, it looked like a mile away. Out of reach, retreating a meter away for each inch gained! But she continued! Anything to get out of this hold. To ease the pain… To not lose!

Given that the blue haired fighter was already feeling hurt from her previous match Ashley's powerbomb did a number on Ichika, leaving her sprawled out underneath the blonde and compliant to Ashley's desires. This left Ashley with no opposition as she turned Ichika onto her front and locked in her signature Lucas Lock, a Boston Crab that soon had her opponent screaming in agony and kicking the mat to try and distract from the pain. Ichika's wild thrashing made Ashley feel like she was trying to tame a wild mare, though it seemed that Ichika soon realised she would not escape by her own power so easily and would instead try to struggle towards the salvation of the ropes.

Ashley knew just fine that she wasn't going to win with this hold, but the longer she locked it in the more Ichika would be weakened and the more stamina she would expend by dragging with herself and Ashley to the nearest ropes. Though that being said Ashley was all about fair play, so although she was wrenching on the hold as hard as she could all the way she would release the hold as soon as Ichika's fingers so much as grazed the ropes, without the referee even needing to tell her to do so. Next the blonde would take a few steps away and would allow Ichika to struggle her way up to her feet "Come on, let's keep going!"

Ichika’s lithe body could only take so much punishment. Her spine felt as if it was on the brink of breaking. The damage she had sustained made it a thousand times worse. The pain seeped inside with no resistance at all. If she had been any other wrestler they could have tapped out. But Ichika was stubborn!

She crawled towards the ropes like a wounded soldier in the midst of battle. Gritting her teeth as her compromised back ached at each move. By the time she reached the ropes, she held on for dear life and screamed “R-ropes! ropes!” She likely wouldn’t have lasted any longer!

Ichika’s beaten body unraveled painfully as Ashley let her go. She let out a whimper as a touch to her back felt like touching a hot stone! She threw her arm across the rope and dragged her noodle limbs up. Slowly but surely until she stood, taking the time to catch her breath.

“Nghhh~! Don’t patronize me!” she growled at Ashley’s words, looking at her with searing eyes. She didn’t want to be seen as weak as if she was a puppy trapped in a corner. And those words made her feel like just that! She was done being an underdog! “I’m not done yet!”

“Soryaaaa!” Ichika charged! She'd use Ashley's mercy against her. She should have continued the onslaught!

Ichika knew her legs wouldn’t be in the best state to attack after that Boston Crab. And so, she’d use the next best thing… her fist! Ichika cocked her right fist backward and swung wide, cutting through thin air like an oncoming missile. It would lay flush against the side of Ashley's face to turn their world upside down!

When Ashley had encouraged Ichika to get up it was not her intention to be condescending towards her younger opponent, in fact she was actually trying to be supportive towards her, but a woman as prideful as Ichika could not take the blonde's mercy as anything less than an insult! This would fuel Ichika's fist with righteous anger as the bluenette charged suddenly, taking Ashley off guard as she hadn't expected Ichika to be ready for action so soon, and that fist swung in a vicious arc to crash against the side of Ashley's face "Ooough!!"

After taking such a passion-fuelled punch right to the face Ashley's balance would soon leave her and she would come crashing right down onto the mat with a thud "Ungh..." Ashley laid weakly on the mat after that punch, one hand cradling the side of her face and the other planted on the mat as she propped herself up on one elbow. If Ichika wished to take advantage of Ashley's weakened state then she was more than free to.

Ichika wasn't the old her in this tournament. The tumultuous moments of her previous match with Noi made her feel weak. As if her back was against the wall with no escape in sight! Just like most of her previous losses. The only difference was she came in top! It invigorated her! It made her believe in herself again!


Ichika’s punch struck true! The bluenette felt the knuckles ache as they clocked Ashley’s cheek! Her arm swung forward even as the blonde went down with the momentum it carried! It almost stumbled Ichika down with her jelly legs! It was clear Ichika hadn't got out of her predicament unscathed.

But Ichika had to press on! And so, Ichika bent forward and reached for Ashley's arm and hair, tugging her to her feet! If unopposed, Ichika would Irish whip Ashley to the ropes!

Ichika would then be running right behind her! Following their stride like a shadow! And once Ashley's back had hit the ropes as she turned around, Ashley would find Ichika's outstretched arm brought to bear right in front of her collarbone akin to a killer's knife! A lariat! A strike with enough force to bring both of them over the ropes and plummet to the ringside below!
