"Hey! Ouch!" yelped Irena as Rangiku caught and painfully bent her one good leg. Irena tried to use her other stocking foot to kick at Rangiku's leg, but that did not go well for Irena, as it just made her sprained ankle flare up in agony.

"Ow! Ow! OW! Fuck!" cried out Irena in pain, as she cradled her ankle in her own hands, while Rangiku had her good leg trapped, leaving Irena at Rangiku's largely nonexistent mercy.

Twisting and bending, determined to turn Irena both placid and red faced as she gained her revenge, the struggling efforts of her smaller foe soon forced Rangiku from her again, who found herself shuffling back upon her butt, with her back upon the door. Blocking the exit for Irena, Rangiku stood with her frame against the door, wobbling uneasily for a bit on that injured leg, as she pondered just how to render Irena unable to resist her advances!

Somehow, she wasn't exactly sure how, Irena had managed to escape Rangiku's painful clutches. With both legs now in a lot of pain, Irena used her hands and arms to propel herself backwards, wanting to get far away from Rangiku. Irena suddenly felt a small, sharp object. It was a syringe! She had no idea what was in it, but figured it might come in handy, should Rangiku come after her again.

Holding her posture with vigour and confidence, Rangiku simply swayed on her hips. With the only exit behind her, Rangiku could but stand and wait, letting some life return to her figure as she soothed her ankles. Irena was a tough foe, but she was injured, and given her size, Rangiku knew that standing against her would give the ginger the advantage. All she had to do was wait for the girl to come to her!

Irena slowly and painfully got to her feet, groaning as she massaged her hurt ankles and legs. She was careful to keep the syringe out of sight, hoping to goad the sadistic nurse into a reckless attack, so that Irena could surprise her with the syringe. Deciding to oversell her pain, Irena limped to a bed, whining "Ahh! Ow! Ouch! My ankles! I can barely walk," as she leaned against the bed, turning her back to Rangiku, where she would use her body to prep the syringe, hopefully out of the nurse's sight. Truth was, she wasn't really overselling by much, as her ankles really did hurt like a bitch.

Eyes to Irena's hand, Rangiku opted to give up her strategy of waiting for the girl to approach, as she lunged forward herself. She had no intention of letting the girl prep whatever she was planning! Her foot raised, Rangiku cared not for the agony in her own leg. She simply tried to force the base of her foot into Irena's own, grunting as she did, in an effort to send the girl stumbling!

Irena howled in pain as Rangiku's heel stomped down hard on her vulnerable stocking toes.

"Yeeeouch, my toes!" screamed Irena in pain as she stumbled, dropping the syringe. "Ow, ow, ouch, stupid nurse stomping right on my toes," complained Irena as she fell, with one hand clutched her throbbing foot, while the other frantically searched for the syringe.

"Ouch!" yelped Irena again as her fingers felt something sharp. At first she was afraid that she had jabbed herself with the needle, but she quickly realized that the syringe had broken, and there were now glass pieces all over the floor. She would have to be careful not to step on any of them in her stocking feet. Not wanting to cut herself on the glass, Irena rotated away from the broken syringe, and would instead try to scissor her legs around Rangiku's ankle, and would then begin grinding her fist into Rangiku's stocking toes, hoping to get some measure of revenge for all the pain and torture Rangiku had inflicted on Irena's poor feet.

With the syringe smashing before it came into play, Rangiku quickly stepped away, ensuring that the glass would affect neither women. Her stepping would however, give her foe time to hook around her; bringing her down somewhat, before striking her right in the ends of her foot!

"Ghh...stop that...you...little..!" She'd snarl, trying to bring up her free leg and shove the base of her foot right into Irena, where-ever she'd be so lucky as to hit!

Irena's attack to Rangiku's foot was clearly hurting and annoying the busty nurse, as Rangiku blindly kicked out at Irena trying to dislodge the determined skater. By dumb luck, Rangiku's foot kicked Irena squarely in her right tit.

"Ouch! You bitch! You just kicked me right in my boob! Oww!" yelped Irena in pain, as she stopped hitting Rangiku's toes and cradled her hurt boob in her hands. Wanting a measure of revenge, Irena would attempt to kick her own right foot straight up, directly targeting Rangiku's pussy.

Catching that leg as it rose, Rangiku seemingly had zero intention of letting Irena gain revenge with that attempted cheap shot of her own. Raising that leg she held, forcing Irena flat against the canvas, Rangiku would then pull said leg under her arm, before trying to flip the troublesome patient over.

There was next to no wrestling skill within Rangiku's entire frame, yet the ginger doctor apparently saw no issue with trying to apply a basic single leg boston crab; wrenching that foot and leg horribly as she roared!
