Angel vs Queen/Angela Gil vs Suzumi Ishikawa "The Tsunami"

Unread post by Void-Effect »

Angela is currently in the backstage, getting ready for her next match as she ready herself, wearing her bra and shorts, and of course pairs of gloves and boots, she can be seen putting on her headgear, as she ready herself, stretching as she ready herself, before she would make her way out of the locker and toward the ring while waving at her fans, with a confident smug smirk on her face

She would eventually slide into the ring as she stand back up, slowly making her way toward her own corner before she would lean against her corner, waiting for her opponent to make their appearance

As a result of her previous match with Selket, it has been many months since Suzumi Ishikawa stepped into a ring. She suffered multiple physical injuries, needing intensive care and a break before finally leaving the medical ward. Despite taking the time to ensure she was physically fit, the silver haired woman didn't feel too robust coming into this match, at least mentally. Having been under a losing streak, the later instances being against cruel opponents made Suzumi wonder if history would repeat again. The Tsunami couldn't dropout now anyway since she literally only had seconds left. Clad in her usual iconic attire, she headed towards the gorilla position.

The audience turnout wasn't too big today and not many of her fans were in on Suzumi's return, so upon appearing at the top of the ramp, there wasn't any significant fanfare. Suzumi didn't even play to the crowd that much, having mostly a stone face and a rather militaristic walk. Was she serious about fighting or undecisive about expressing emotion. Her opponent didn't look physically imposing, but cruelty she would have to find out later. Climbing up the apron, she slipped underneath the bottom rope and then headed to her corner. Gazing at her opponent from afar, Suzumi went off to preparatory jog. "(You can do this or at least survive...)" Her inner self trying to be supportive.

Angela would had a smug smirk as she saw her opponent make her way toward the ring before she would lean there and watch her, eventually, she can see her slide into the ring with a smile as their eyes meet, before she would walk toward her and fold her arms as she proceed to taunt "Ho? Doesn't seems like you had many fans" She said with a smug smirk

she would walk toward her "Let's get this over with" She said as she stretch before give a come at me hand sign toward Suzumi, taunting her to make the first move

So she was going to fight another one of 'those' sort of opponents. All it took was a single callous statement and Suzumi knew she was going to have a rough start. The Tsunami begged to whoever was in the sky that this wrestler was only bark. Even if attendance was normal, there probably would have been a crazy amount of supporters for Suzumi due to fading interest. "They...they are just waiting..." She stammered nervously.

The bell sounded permitting both of them to square off. Approaching the centre, she tried to keep her cool. The first move was hers but what if Angela already had a counter in mind? She couldn't keep everyone waiting for long either, so the silver haired fighter stepped forward and attempted to goad her opponent into a brief collar-elbow tie up, only to try throwing the blonde towards a corner.

She would look at her as she stand there before she would had a smug smirk "Oh? Is that so?" She asked before the bell would ring, she would let Suzumi make the first move as she saw her go for a collar elbow tie up, as they struggle against each other, she would swing her legs from under as she sweep her, attempt to trip Suzumi

If worked, she would proceed to slam her to the ground as she stand back up and bring her legs up to stomp down at Suzumi's belly for three time before she would walk backward to wait for her to stand back up

Maybe Suzumi wouldn't have minded some headphones at this point. Being unable to foresee attacks from behind or referee calls might be worth not hearing another peep from Angela. She initiated the match with a brief grappling contest, hoping to transition to a throw immediately. Unfortunately her opponent took the initiative instead. "WAHHHHHHH!" Suzumi suddenly tripped onto her back, releasing from the tie up.

Before she could even think of rolling out of harm's way, her stomach was punished repeated kicks to the gut. "Ahhh...ohhh...aghhhh!" This forced the Japanese woman to roll onto her side for protection purposes only for Angela to withdraw anyway. The arena turned silent temporarily as one wrestler just waited for the perfect time to make an ambush. Rolling to her knees, Suzumi slowly returned to a crouched stance. If she wasn't too sluggish and her opponent went for the kill immediately, the Tsunami would try seizing one of Angela's legs only to whip her towards the ropes.

She would smirk as she saw Suzumi slowly pull herself back up, while Angela willing to play dirty, she would only do it when needed as she let Suzumi pick herself back up with a smile before she charge at her before she would felt herself being grabbed by the legs as she felt herself whipped toward the ropes before she would use it to bounce back

As she would return, she hop up as she would give a drop kick once again, attempt to send Suzumi down to her back once again as she try to kick her off with a smug smirk on her face

The Tsunami's movements didn't look too flexible now despite her nickname. Desperately returning to her feet so she wouldn't be pulverised immediately by whatever Angela's sadistic mind concocted. There was a brief moment of respite when Suzumi caught her opponent's leg in time before the blonde charge. This was followed by a simple shove to the ropes, so all Suzumi had to do was catch the other wrestler a second time.

Straightening her back and arms outstretched almost ready to grab the returning blonde, she didn't realise the Queen intended to use that boost to advantage. "Wait...no" Realising what was about to unfold. She tried raising her arms in time but was too late. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" The dropkick collided into Suzumi's chest, sending the woman sailing until her back reached the ropes. "Uhhh..."

She would had her legs caught before she would charge, shove her into the ropes as she would saw Suzumi charge at her, that is good as Angela is also charging at her before she would hop up, and she would proceed to drop kick her, and aim to slam her to her backs as she then proceed to pull herself back up as she grab Suzumi by the legs as she drag her toward the middle of the ring

Once there, she would sit down as she lock their legs together, pull her into a figure four legs lock as she attempt to wear her down and give her few more pain

Suzumi's throw backfired as her opponent instead manipulated the momentum to her advantage. "Urghh......." Groaning in response to her stomach being penetrated by that recent dropkick. She couldn't rest for long due to her leg being forcibly grasped and pulled. This action resulted in Suzumi's head dropping onto the mat. "Owwww....watch it!" She snapped only for her concerns to land on deaf ears.

This setup proved to be all the more familiar for the Japanese woman and she needed to escape fast. In a bid to fight against Angela's grip, she tried flipping her body around and swing a leg simultaneously to possibly strike the blonde's gut, otherwise the figure 4 was sunk in.
