The SWAT Cats (c) vs The Ashford Family - LAW World Tag Team Championship Match

Toni had successfully covered for her partner. Despite Tracy's notable speed, she was able to intercept the ponytailed wrestler after Toni had already broken up the pin and rocked Aurora! Having forced Toni back into her team's corner, Tracy would attempt to weave her way through the middle and top ropes, butterfly kicking her way into the apron and then descending! She did her best to skirt by Dana without a scratch! A feat she could boast about doing twice now if she was successful! Tracy would attempt to make her way to the area at ringside, stopping to check on a still-downed Katherine before making her way back to the SWAT Cat's corner!

Meanwhile, in the ring, Aurora would roll onto her front to see her legal opponent Mara Ashford wasn't in much better shape than she was! The Galaxy Cat would get on her knees. She'd lunge at Mara to halt her opponent's rise! Aurora would attempt to engage the middleweight in a contest of strikes, trading blows with her while on her knees! Estrella would throw a hard European Uppercut aimed at Mara's face! She'd wince as she put whatever strength she could muster into the blow! Aurora would prepare to throw a second and a third strike if Mara fired back at her! The lightweight luchadora would note Mara's change in attitude from earlier!

"Thanks for dropping the ditzy attitude, love!" Estrella would voice as she swung and aimed for Mara's chest and head!

Mara tried to push herself up, hoping that she could make use of the time that she got thanks to Toni jumping into the ring. But it seemed that Aurora wasn't about to give her such opportunity as she lunged at her before she went to hit her with an uppercut right under her chin. "UGHH!!" Then, she took a few more strike from the masked wrestler, leaving herself disoriented. She tried to retaliate by swinging her arm at Aurora, but the effect would be diminished thanks to her condition.

For the time being, all Mara could accomplish was standing her ground and taking all those strikes from Aurora. There was a look of determination on her face even as she was still disoriented and winded from the hits that she had taken. She would try to swipe her arm at Aurora, hoping to push her away before she attempted to move backwards, distancing herself from her opponent so that she could take her time to recover. She needed to regain her bearing first before she could fight back.

Aurora had fought her way up to her knees. She struck Mara the moment she could in the hopes of securing the advantage Tracy sought to give their team! The Galaxy Cat nailed the legal blonde with a European Uppercut! Then another! And another! The crowd rallied just as Aurora rallied! The lightweight luchadora would attempt to rise to her feet as she continued her barrage! But the bigger, stronger Mara pushed her away! Mara swiped her hand at Aurora. It brushed against the petite woman's busy and sent her hurdling backward!

"Agh!" Estrella would grunt as she was forced to step back. She'd let the momentum carry her and roll onto her back! Aurora would continue to roll onto the balls of her feet. Her back would meet the middle rope behind her! The Galaxy Cat would bounce off the rope and dart towards Mara Ashford! Aurora would attempt to pick up speed and set her opponent up for a Headscissor Takedown to capitalize on her momentum and take Mara down!

Meanwhile, at ringside, Tracy had knelt next to Katherine. She'd take The Super Kitty's hand in her own and let them know they were holding up well. Tracy would then make her way back to her corner. It was evident that if the SWAT Cats were going to defend successfully tonight, she'd be there in her team's corner to hold down the fort. Kat let her know as much before she resumed practically trying to will herself back to life at ringside.

Mara was reeling from all those strikes from Aurora. Even if she managed to drive her away, she still needed to recover from all those strikes and regain her bearing in order to fight back against her opponent. But as she focused on her recovery, Mara saw Aurora running towards her before the masked wrestler leaped up, bringing her legs around her head and taking Mara down into the mat with a headscissor takedown!

"AGHH!!"

Mara cried out in pain as she was taken down. She grimaced as she nursed her head, lying on her side. It looked like she wasn't in a good position at the moment, and her opponent would surely take advantage of this. Meanwhile, Dana was watching from her corner, arms crossed as she studied what was happening in the ring. Her expression was unreadable as she glanced at the direction of Katherine outside the ring.

Aurora was able to use the momentum from Mara's push to pick up traction and floor the blonde with dynamic, aerial offense! The crowd roared as Aurora rolled onto the balls of her feet and popped up after hitting the move! She took note of Dana's ambiguous expression in the opposing team's corner. She gave the Matriarchal Menace a quick, passing glance before turning to her own team's corner!

"Trace!" The Galaxy Cat would call out to her partner Tracy on the apron.

"Let's WRECK em!" Canon answered back as she assumed a power stance on the apron, further playing to the crowd before tagging Aurora's hand!

Aurora would dash at her and make a tag before quickly darting back towards a floored and hurting Mara! Estrella would attempt to grab Mara by the boots and drag her towards the Cat's corner. At the same time, Tracy would hop over the top rope and land on the middle turnbuckle! Estrella would attempt to set Tracy up for her finisher! An artful Phoenix Splash from the middle rope that fans and commentator's dubbed "The Main Attraction"!

Should the move connect, Aurora would forego the chance to return to her corner. Instead, she'd run towards the Ashford Family's corner and gun for Toni by trying to tackle her with a Spear to prevent a repeat performance of interference! Meanwhile, if all went well, Tracy would attempt to hook both of Mara's legs and fold her up in a deep Inside Cradle Pin!

[Arjuna]

Mara was still on the mat, still hurting from the headscissor takedown, and it seemed that the other team was planning something as Aurora tagged Tracy in. As Mara remained on the mat, she could feel Aurora grabbing her by her legs before she was dragged towards the other team's corner. Then, Tracy launched herself into the air and landed right on top of Mara with a phoenix splash!

"AAHHHH!!!"

Mara cried out as she took her opponent's whole weight from the attack. Not only that, while Tracy was maintaining her position on top of Mara, Aurora launched herself towards Toni, who decided to interfere. Before she could reach her sister, Toni ended up being speared by the masked wrestler, and she was knocked down by the spear before she hit the mat.

"GAGHH!!!"

Meanwhile, Tracy was pinning Mara, and the referee started counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"THR-!"

But before the referee could finish the count, Mara kicked out at the last moment. It was quite a near fall, and the referee signaled that the match wasn't over yet. Still, Mara was in such a dire state that she couldn't muster enough strength to push Tracy off of her, leaving herself in quite a predicament.

The impromptu plan came together! Aurora had set Mara up for Tracy perfectly! The Circus Cat spun majestically through the air! As Tracy soared, Toni stepped into the ring and Aurora spotted her! The lightweight dashed towards Toni to neutralize her for the time being so that Tracy could secure the pin uninterrupted! The crowd roared as The SWAT Cats poised themselves to retain their tag team championships! The referee slid into position to begin the count!

But as the ref counted, and as the fans in attendance counted along with her, Aurora looked towards the opposing corner. She took note on the fact that Dana had yet to deem it necessary to get involved in the match. Prior to this moment, both Tracy and Aurora believed that things could and would end here. It was only when Mara kicked out that they both realized why Dana Ashford had been so passive and unreadable.

"For real?!?" Tracy exclaimed in a loud, frustrated tone when Mara kicked out at 2.9! Aurora would begin heading back towards her team's corner. She'd relay her thoughts to her partner in an effort to calm Tracy down.

"Dana knew that Mara would kick out. She's not bothered one bit. She still thinks it's all under control."

"No friggin way!" Tracy balled her fist as she looked to rise and regroup. She'd bang the canvas beneath her a few times and rise up. The middleweight luchadora would attempt to grab hold of Mara's arm and pull her up to her feet. She'd attempt to secure Mara from behind, placing an arm around her waist and the other on the back of the Ashford Sister's thigh to hoist her up! Not for a Back Suplex, but to lift her onto the middle the buckle of the SWAT Cat's corner. If successful, the champs would keep their teamwork going by positioning the hurting gal on the second rope so that Aurora could climb the turnbuckles from the apron and dive over Mara, hooking the blonde's thighs on the way down to set her up for a Sunset Flip Powerbomb from the top rope!

Mara kicked out at the last moment, and the match would continue. Dana didn't interfere even though it was a near fall. It felt like she was confident in her daughter's strength. She continued watching from the corner, observing everything as she displayed a rather unreadable expression.

Both Aurora and Tracy then brought Mara towards the corner, where she set her up for something. Mara was brought onto the middle ropes, and it was clear that she was still hurting from earlier attacks that she had taken from both masked wrestlers.

It looked like Aurora was going for a sunset flip powerbomb, and Mara knew that the damage would be devastating. So, when Aurora tried to flip her over and powerbomb her into the mat, Mara grabbed onto the top ropes, preventing herself from being thrown down into the mat.

Hoping that Aurora would lose her grip on her as she fell down onto the mat, Mara would try to make use of her position to her advantage. She would leap off from the middle ropes, jumping down to land both her feet right onto Aurora's belly, stomping the air out of her.

The SWAT Cats continued their strategy of relying on each other to chain hard-hitting, high-impact moves and dynamic offense! They banked on the possibility of closing this contest out quickly so that they could tend to Kat and escape their PPV debuts with their titles still on their waists! But as life returned to Mara's eyes. And as she hung on to the ropes and countered Aurora's Powerbomb attempt by coming down on the lightweight luchadora's abdomen with a Double Footstomp, it became apparent where this impromptu team tactic by the cat trio was born from: quick thinking and desperation!

"AUGH!" Aurora let out a deep, almost guttural groan as Mara landed on her abs! Estrella's eyes grew wide and dilated and as she brought both of her gloved hands over her midsection! She'd turn onto her side and clutch the hurt area in pain! The crowd let out clamors and reactions of concern as The Galaxy Cat was taken out!

"Aurora!!!" Tracy would call out to her partner as she leaned under the top rope and attempted to reach past Mara, out to her partner! Aurora was hurt and winded. Tracy could tell. The redhead would try to spare Aurora from further punishment by reaching towards her partner for yet another tag. And in her haste and concern, Tracy would try and get around Mara to make that tag!

Successfully Aurora's attempt to powerbomb her by resisting it before delivering a double foot stomp right into her belly, Mara knew that this would be the time for her counterattack. Stepping off of Aurora's body, she was planning to keep heaping damage on her opponent, but when she heard the footsteps of Tracy, she decided to stop the tag from happening first.

So, Mara would quickly bend down and grab Aurora, looking to drag her away from the corner to the center of the ring. Then, in order to keep Aurora from recovering, she would pull her up, getting one of her arms between her legs and the other over her shoulder before she scooped her up, looking to slam her down into the mat with a body slam. Hopefully, this would stun her, leaving her vulnerable to her next attack.

Meanwhile, Dana was still watching from her corner, crossing her arms under her ample breasts, nodding her head approvingly. She was confident that her daughter could handle everything that both Tracy and Aurora were throwing at her, and she was expecting her to turn the table and show everyone that she deserved to call herself an Ashford.
