Asuka Hisashi vs. Rosie Soto

Asuka shuffled away from the referee while Rosie was climbing up to her feet, and began to walk a semi-circle a short distance away from the girl. The match was bound to end fairly soon, given how tired and exhausted the two lightweights were starting to get, and how demanding the fight had been getting recently. When Rosie moved out to the middle of the ring and got into stance, Asuka did the same, but continued to circle around the outside. For once, Rosie didn't say anything, but simply stood there and seemed to wait for Asuka to come to her.

And so she did. Asuka dashed forwards, quickly closing the gap between the two wrestlers, and leapt into the air. Her momentum kept her moving fast towards her opponent, and she brought her knee up to try and slam it hard into Rosie's jaw! A powerful hit like that, if it landed, would probably be enough to knock the already-exhausted Japanese girl down, and put her soundly to sleep.

Rosie eyed her opponent carefully. Despite the constant efforts at teasing, it was apparent that Asuka was showing signs of wear. The sweat and heavy breathing were dead giveaways. Of course, Rosie was in similar shape. She tried hard to hide her own symptoms, but would find herself wiping the sweat from her brow as she waited for Asuka's next move. And just as she finished doing so, the teen would rush at her with her next move in mind. Rosie took a step back as Asuka's came running. She didn't know what to expect right off the bat. She her a mere fraction of a second to react when Hisashi leaped into the air and aimed her knee right at her jaw.

Rosie grit her teeth and tried to react as best she could. She ducked, hoping to avoid the knee, or at worst take a glancing blow. If she were able to avoid the move, Rosie would try and hug the leg Asuka kicked off the mat with, the one she hadn't aimed the knee with. She would try to turn the tables by taking the Japanese native down and attempting to secure an ankle lock on the limb she embraced.

She probably should've expected that Rosie would easily dodge the move. Asuka had attempted it twice just in the last couple of minutes, after all. Still, it came as some surprise when Rosie nimbly ducked to the side, and even more surprising when the girl's hands and arms locked around Asuka's right leg and began to twist her ankle. She landed on her chest with a *thump*, and the pain immediately caught up with her, forcing her to scream.

Normally, Asuka would've been fine with tapping out right there and then. The match had gone on for what felt like a long enough time to be satisfying to watch, and her body was so close to it's limits that Asuka felt like she was made of lead. But Rosie had made it a point to antagonise and taunt her the whole fight, and not in a friendly or cutesy way, but in a way that suggested she really hated her. So instead of tapping, Asuka desperately scrambled for the ropes, using a considerable chunk of her energy to pull Rosie along with her and grab hold of the ropes, praying the pain would end there.

Asuka's knee grazed Rosie's cheek as it sailed by, nicking it and leaving a mark that did indeed redden to match the hue of her leotard. Despite this, Soto was once again able to find a way to avoid the brunt of her foe's strike and capitalize by seizing the streamer's leg and twisting her ankle past the point of discomfort. Rosie twisted with all she could manage, but this late in the match up, it didn't seem to be enough to seal to deal. On top of that, the hold left three of Asuka's limbs available to her, allowing her enough mobility to make it to the ropes easily enough, even if just out of sheer desperation. It was a brief struggle, but combination of fans chanting and Asuka's resolve saw that she was able to drag them both towards the ropes!

Once Hisashi grabbed the bottom rope, Rosie rolled her eyes in conspicuous fashion and the audience cheered for their face's efforts. She hadn't expected the girl to have the grit needed to find her way out of this situation. Regardless, she'd soon try and escalate the situation. The leotard clad lightweight would roll under the bottom ropes besides Asuka. She'd then find her footing on the arena floor and grab hold of whatever limb of her foe's that she could reach. Rosie would then try and forcefully tug Asuka out of the ring, and dump her onto the floor outside the ring if possible!

Asuka's cheeks were tinted red with embarrasment when she looked forwards and saw most of the front row cheering for her. She would've loved to get up and crush Rosie and make the end of the fight a big spectacle, but neither girl had the energy left for that, and the end of the match wouldn't be such a decisive, explosive thing as that. The streamer started to shakily stand up, but Rosie hadn't let go of her ankle like the referee had demanded, so she fell back down and buried her face in her arms, hoping to just ignore the pain, and praying that her ankle wasn't broken.

To escape the referee's wrath, Rosie slid out of the ring and started to pull at Asuka's leg. The twisting stopped, and Asuka was thankful for that, but being dragged down onto the cold concrete wasn't something that particularly appealed to the streamer. She grabbed hold of the ropes again quickly, and hooked her other leg over them to make it as difficult as possible for Rosie to pull her out. Once she felt like she wasn't going to fall out at the slightest movement, Asuka tried to shove her free foot forwards and kick Rosie in the head!

Rosie had fought all her matches barefoot without difficulty. Had she known that fighting on those terms disadvantageous for Asuka, she would have demanded that condition going into the match. But instead, she'd have to settle for the chance to force her into it now. After leaving the ring and making the decision in her fit of frustration to try and drag Asuka out of it as well, Soto grabbed hold of her foe's ankle and tugged on it with both hands. The two lightweight wrestlers struggled in something of a silly tug of war. The referee admonished Rosie as she continued to tug.

Rosie felt her tugging getting weaker as she kept at it. The match had taken a toll on both petite ladies by this point. The twin tailed wrestler would place both hands on Asuka's boot and yank once more with everything she could muster before she was willing to abandon the effort. As she did this, Asuka's other boot found her way to Rosie's face! The impact of the kick combined with Rosie's tugging ensued in the boot Rosie had a grip on sliding off completely! Rosie would find herself falling backwards! She would be laid out in a supine position on the arena floor! Momentarily stunned and unaware that despite not succeeding in bringing Asuka out of the ring, she at least collected something of a souvenir from her. Oddly enough, this only resulted in more fan animosity towards Rosie, as many fans apparently would have traded large sums of money for any article of the famous streamer's attire.

Asuka let out a gasp of relief at the sensation of Rosie's pull stopping. She flopped onto her back, no longer at risk of being thrown onto the concrete, and breathed in deep. With her boot missing, the only thing separating her foot from the cold canvas was her tall thigh-high sock. She realised something was amiss when she started to get back up, and found the floor under her left foot had become suddenly very soft and very cold. Asuka looked down, and discovered her boot was missing, with Rosie clutching it in her hands outside the ring.

Without hesitation, she knelt down and began to unlace her other boot, sliding the knee-high piece of footwear off and launching it like a javelin off into the crowd where a group of fans began to fight over it. Her shoe-size was easily half a dozen sizes too small for it to fit any of them, but Asuka's brand had grown exponentially since joining LAW, even bigger than it was before, so just having her logo on it made it valuable (not to mention that it had actually been worn by the girl, and still smelled of her sweat).

The referee began to count while Rosie laid on the concrete, while Asuka bounced about, trying to catch her breath and trying to get used to the sensation of almost-barefoot wrestling.

After a slightly bout of tug of war, Rosie was floored with Asuka's boot in hand. The young woman had been aiming to either secure Asuka's boot or secure Asuka outside the ring. Sadly, thought she was able to accomplish the former, the value of keeping the shoe was almost immediately invalidated when Rosie slowly sat up to see her foe willingly part with the other boot and toss it into the crowd. Rosie stared apathetically as Asuka threw it. Fans near ringside would reach out and practically beg Soto to throw them the other boot. But Rosie would leave it there. Rather than rise, she looked to Asuka bouncing about in the ring and waited for the woman to turn. Rosie would then roll towards the ring apron as quickly as she could, ducking under it and retreating beneath the ring. She would continue this venture, understandable raising questions from viewers and the ref when they saw. As quickly as she could manage, Soto would crawl under the ring and to the opposite side.

The red clad lightweight would emerge on the other side of the ring, trying to remain undetected as she emerged from the flap of the ring apron. Rosie would slowly lift her head, peering into the ring, waiting for Asuka and the referee to peer over the ropes and try to check and look for Rosie where she once was. Regardless of whether or not, they looked, after enough time, the twintailed girl would slide into the ring and dash towards Asuka, showing off the speed and agility that one would expect from a lightweight aerialist. Rosie would attempt to Spear Asuka as hard as she could, using the momentum to try and carry the woman through the ropes and outside the ring to subject them both to a nasty spill!

Asuka's blue knee-high boots with their pink laces were clearly very well-made. Of course, they were far too small for about 90% of the audience, but people still desperately fought with eachother to get hold of them. When Rosie left one on the floor between the ring and the barricades, two big buff security guards had to rush over and stop people from climbing over to grab them. Later that night, Asuka would laugh herself to tears at the sight of her old boots appearing on ebay and selling for over $10,000 each.

When Rosie ducked under the ring and disappeared from view, Asuka cautiously looked down and tried to follow the sounds of crashing equipment and footsteps as Rosie weaved her way through the stacks of chairs and tables and bats and everything else in total darkness. Eventually, she re-appeared and slipped into the ring just beside Asuka! The streamer let out a yelp of surprise and quickly tried to bring her hands up and get into stance, only for Rosie to slam shoulder-first into her flat belly and cause both wrestlers to go straight through the middle of the ropes and crashing down onto the concrete!

Asuka hit the ground shoulder-first with a nasty *THUD* and let out a squeal of pain, but still tried to reach out and get her hand under Rosie's head to make sure the girl didn't bounce head-first off the cold, hard arena flooring.

Rosie's choice of tactics for this move were reckless, but the surprise factor definitely worked in her favor. Before letting out an audible squeal during her tackle, the of her own pitter-patter of Rosie's feet could be heard as she raced across the ring and threw herself shoulder-first at Hisashi. Rosie's conviction to and execution of the move highlighted the fact that at this point in time, she wasn't mindful of what would become of Asuka's boot or what the fans thought of either lightweight. She simply wanted to do what was needed to defeat the undefeated Asuka and be on her way.

Rosie would fall to the concrete along with Asuka. To her surprise, her foe would place a hand near her head, shielding it from some of the impact as the both of them descended.

"Urrgh..." Rosie groaned while rubbing her head. It took her a moment to process the fact that her fall could have transpired far worse than it had.

It would take Rosie a moment to collect herself. In that time, the referee had taken initiative and begun a count. The man had reached the count of 2 before the twin tailed lightweight managed to push herself up to her hands and knees. Once there, Rosie would smile slyly before uttering the words: "You lose. You're not making it back to the ring." She would then scoot over to Asuka and attempt to roll her onto her tummy if she were on her back. IF successful in reorienting her foe, Rosie would try to mount Asuka, straddling her such that her knees were at Asuka's sides. Rosie would begin to plant her feet and gran Asuka's arms before attempting to drape them over her own slender thighs. Finally, Rosie would attempt to cup Asuka's chin with both hands and pull back to try and lock the streamer in a camel clutch submission hold!

If successful, Rosie would smile before hearing the referee's count (and scoldings to return to the ring, continue)
