Delta Harper vs. Peggy McIntyre: Trying To Bounce Back

"Wha- OOMPH!" Peggy groaned as she smashed down against the mat hard! Peggy howled in pain kicking and writhing in agony as the power of Delta was fully on display! Peggy was hurting and this lady hit as hard as her big tag partner did. This was not good....

Peggy had to try to reverse her fortunes somehow. She was hurting, stunned and in too much pain to really do much about anything at this moment. Delta had the initiative and Peggy would have to rely on her ring smarts as well as her technique to try to create some sort of opening for herself when the opportunity presented itself.

Delta felt the booming impact and heard Peggy's screeching in pain as she slammed the Irish woman to the canvas, feeling a rush of excitement as she took control of the encounter. Scrambling to her feet, she reached down and grabbed Peggy by the hair, hauling her opponent upright.

With Peggy in position, Delta bent her foe forward, wrapping an around around Peggy's head in a headlock and reaching down to hook one arm behind the Irish slamstress's leg and attempting to heave her backwards into a fisherman's suplex to keep her offense going.

Peggy groaned and knew this move well.... it was one she liked to use herself! "No no no!" Peggy shouted in protest trying to punch away at the abdomen of Delta, shaking her leg free before it could be grabbed. She was lashing out and fighting back like a desperate woman, trying to use her position to thrust her hip into Delta and hip toss the bigger woman to the canvas! Peggy was trying to battle her way back into this and knew it was an uphill battle.

She wanted to send Delta down to the mat and then stomp down on her abdomen three times to keep her there while Peggy tried to think of what to do next to get herself in control.

Delta's feeling of control was short-lived. It seemed Peggy had more endurance in her than the American had anticipated, and as she tried to lock in her suplex, a sudden rain of blows thudded into her side. She tried in vain to catch Peggy's leg but the Irish woman struggled violently, yanking Delta off balance.

"WAAGHH!" she wailed in surprise as Peggy suddenly shifted her position and sent Delta tumbling with a hip toss reversal

Before she could rise a rain of kicks hammered the downed powerhouse in the stomach, leaving her winded and groaning, a sitting duck with the tables now turned on her in the blink of an eye!

Peggy had Delta down and now wanted to sap her of her energy. Make her run. Peggy grabbed an arm and pulled her up twisting her torso as she whipped Delta towards the ropes! Peggy was readying herself to catch Delta as she ran back hoping to lift her up, spin and slam her down to the mat with a powerslam! Peggy was trying to go big but she hoped this showing would help Delta realize that just because she was bigger didn't mean Peggy couldn't throw her around if she had to.

Delta wasn't in much shape to resist as Peggy hauled the stunned American to her feet, sending her into an unsteady run at the far ropes. She hit them, bouncing off and coming right back at her opponent helplessly, her own momentum putting her in harm's way before she could react. One minute she was rushing at Peggy, the next she found herself neatly scooped into the air and swung down into a powerful bodylam!

"ARGGHHH!" Delta yowled as she was smashed into the canvas with shocking force. Her eyes screwed shut with pain and she arched her spine, her chest thrust out as she clutched at the small of her back, writhing on the mats and totally reeling from Peggy's turnaround!

"That is how its done lass! One good slam deserves another don't it!?" Peggy shouted as she flexed her arms, bending down to grab hold of Delta by the hair to yank her up painfully to her feet. Peggy took a deep breath, trying to scoop Delta up off her feet to show off some of her own power. Peggy slapped Delta's backside and then slammed her back to the mat before leaping into the air to splash down across the chest of her opponent.

Peggy flexed her free arm to pose for the pin while the referee slid in to place. "Big Betty here ain't used to being slammed, she ain't gonna get up from that ring shaker." Peggy said with a wink to the referee.

Peggy writhed on the mats in pain as Peggy taunted her, but there would be no respite for the American wrestler, as her foe grabbed her by the air, forcibly dragging her upright and hoisting her up for another slam! She flailed around aimlessly in protest before she was delivered back to the canvas with punishing force.

Laid out and aching from the impact, she had no chance to dodge Peggy's follow up splash.

"OUUGHHH!" she cried as the wind was driven from her body, briefly knocking her arms and legs off the canvas before she sagged back into the place. The Irishwoman wasted no time in draping across her for the pin.

"ONE!"

Despite reeling from the onslaught, Delta held enough of her senses to know she didn't want to go down this fast! With a yell of effort she bucked her whole body and tried to twist her shoulder up off the mat to thwart Peggy's pinfall.

Delta kicked out forcefully after the one count, and Peggy slapped the mat hard in disappointment. "Come on stay down ya big flub!" peggy said as she stood up and stomped three times on Delta's abdomen before pulling her up by the hair. Peggy wanted to pull off a couple snapmares to try to dizzy the big woman while she tried to figure out what the heck to do. Peggy did want to slam and throw Delta around but lifting her over and over was taxing.... the snapmares would hopefully help soften up the powerhouse wrestler...

Delta managed to bust out of the pin quickly, still with enough strength and endurance to fight it out with the green clad slamstress. However, getting out of the pin was just the start of her troubles, as Peggy quickly laid down a series of stomps on Delta's exposed abs, leaving her gasping for air. She then found herself dragged up by the hair yet again and tossed into a swift snapmare! Pain rattled through her body as she hit the canvas, only to be hauled up yet again for Peggy to repeat the move.

But as Peggy attempted a second snapmare, Delta gathered enough of her wits to spread her legs and lower her centre of gravity, leaning all her weight back hard to stop her foe from flinging her forward again. If she managed to stop the snapmare she would then reach out to grab Peggy around the waist from behind, lifting the Irishwoman up before bringing her crashing back down onto Delta's outstretched knee in an atomic drop!
