Locker room Meltdown

"...Damn this is what it feel's like to come up short..." Sitting backstage in the locker room her head down with an ice pack on the back of her neck slumped against her own locker, in her mind going over the match and what she should have done differently or if she over thought it just bout a hundred plans went through her mind and each outcome is different every time. Letting out a low groan moving a bit to get more comfortable stretching her arm out for her gym bag and pulls out a small wallet from inside the bag and a small bottle filled with icy hot to relax her muscles from the pain.

Taking a while to rub the cream onto her legs and arms waiting for it to take effect and loosen up her muscles and ease the pain, staring at her wallet before checking to see how Serilda is did in her match and title hunt "Foolish girl she never learned doing two matches on the same night... Ahh fuck my head.." tossing her phone aside and settles back to resting enjoying the quiet area still thinking about the match and war she went through.

Alaina was in a good deal of pain after her match with Cyberwidow. Medical checked her out and while it would be a while before she wrestled again she was uninjured by some miracle. Going through the cage ceiling left Alaina fully expecting to be laid up for a while.

Holding her new title belt she had finally made her way towards the locker room to freshen herself up. Chatting up wrestlers and workers she knew backstage always took longer than expected.

However as Alaina was in the locker room getting ready to unwind she looked over and saw a surprising face. She expected Cyberwidow to be taken out to a hospital but here she was in the locker room with Alaina.

Remembering how she handed the title over a cautious Alaina kept passive, nodding to her and giving a small wave. "Hey... how are you holding up?" Alaina asked pensively.

Drifting in and out of sleep Widow perks up hearing the door open and someone entering the area she is in, turning her head to see who it is before letting out a sigh giving Alaina a look before leaning back against the lockers again. "...If I wanted to attack you I would have done it when I handed you the belt.."

Saying her piece and moves the ice pack off her neck and checks her bag for the kinesiology tape, wanting to place them on her sore joints not really paying Alaina any mind wanting to get her things done before leaving. The room is very tense and deciding to play up on it Widow while placing the tape on her leg just happens to ask.

"You don't like me much do you huh"... wanting to see the woman reaction to what she said even tossing the tape over to to her in case she needs it.

Alaina still had an eye on Cyberwidow but was less wary. She was in no shape to attack Alaina and they both knew it. Alaina stood crossing her arms but looking less ready for a fight to break out. "Given every other interaction we have had including you beating your own daughter after a loss I can't say you are exactly what I call well regarded." Alaina finally answered. It was true although she still wasn't sure of what was going on now.

"The end of the match and right now are a very different side of you I have never seen. Hell, I never imagined it possible to be honest." Alaina added as she shifted and stood with her hands on her hips.

Finish placing the medical tap over her knees making sure both are wrapped up tightly, listening to what Alaina said before turning to look at her, chuckling at seeing her in one of hands on hips poses. "She needed to earn her dues in the ring... Nobody going to hold her hand in this business You alone should know that." saying that with a lot of hostility in her voice.

Must be nice making good will and nices... well the ones who paved that got left behind huh Alaina.." Pulling out her wallet and looking at it for a while before closing it again and looks at the other woman with a look on her face not angry not sad just blank, I Never realized how much I hated you and that cat friend of yours. When you kick the door open everybody wants to rush through and trample over the ones who made it possible in the first place, you think I was taken seriously after I beat that idiot Ostberg or after I won the belt." getting lost in her anger finally getting able to vent on al of the things that has happened in her career finally.

Pointing to the belt on Alaina shoulder "I defended that belt for over a year, beating every man they sent my way and guess what the company president tell me after a death match that their going to have me lose to some woman who gonna be the next big thing like you" giving Alaina a look "So you know what I did... I broke her neck and wrist that night leaning back laughing remembering that night before winching again. "You know the president of my company wanted to call your company and have you wrestle for the title. but by that time the other wrestlers wanted to ban me.. which they did in the end. her anger spent slacking back against the lockers after yelling that out.

"Tough love is one thing, abusive parenting is another and that is inexcusable." Alaina said flatly. as she listened to Cyberwidows story. A lot of it paralleled what Alaina went though but there were quite a few major differences.

"I first went to Japan when in womens wrestling Japanese women were seen as far superior to anything. No one expected much from me but I proved them wrong. If other people want to follow then instead of being jealous that they are getting chances I never did I am actually happy for them. The fact that they are able to spread out more and do more early in their careers isn't something to be mad over, be happy." Alaina said before shaking her head. "I have been booked with the expectation of losing too, but there is one big difference between us. I never EVER lowered myself to the point of purposefully injuring someone or taking it too far. Have I kept a hold in that injured a woman or had matches with injuries involved? Yes. Did I ever risk ending a career or life by breaking a neck? Never. That is beyond disgusting and petty."

"Do you want me to give you a medal then? The difference between you and me is this one was forgotten after paving the way and the other reaped the rewards that it." She replies back bluntly not sugar coating nothing not after having to deal with the backstage politics and dirty under the table deals before she was finally banned from different promotions."So I don't want to hear your Holy art Thou bullshit Alaina.. You alone don't have the right to talk to me about anything.."

Her voice raising again gripping her hand tightly but still to weak to even do anything or even get up and attack her. "I did what I had to do if you could stand there and tell me to my face without lying... That all you fought and bled for meant nothing cause they wanted some younger girl to replace you and make her the face of the new era after everything you done..." Letting out a scream taking her bag and using her strength to throw it against the other locker rooms with a loud bang " I did everything in my power to prove to them all the photo shoots, the title defenses all of it for what....SO don't stand there and try to judge me.."

All that hit Alaina hard. She knew she wasn't the youngest or most attractive when she first retired given the sex appeal push at that point. Instead of being forced out Alaina left on her own terms to enjoy the family life before the drive to wrestle again bit her hard back in 2017. Now the last thing Cyberwidow said really hammered things home. Alaina just stood in silent understanding, nodding and remaining silent. This explained a lot and that is a bad situation no one deserves to be in. It did make her glad she was someone Gold Liger could turn to but it also painted Cyberwidow in a far less harsh light.

She didn't need to comment at all. Instead she nodded knowingly and turned to head to a different part of the locker room to change.

Nodding her head knowing that Alaina didn't have a answer to her question but still she a good one, getting up which takes effort on her part to even make it to her feet. putting her things back into her bag slowly before walking over to where Alaina is slowly before she leaves patting the other woman back and shows her a photo of Serilda when she was six years old a big smile on her face wearing a mix of Widow outfit and Alaina theme gear as well.

"Your a good one..Take real good care of my daughter... and I can't wait to see how long your reign last Alaina.. Walking out after saying her piece and needed to be said, she going to leave the woman alone since she proved herself tonight... But now the challenge has been set the Heavyweight Title to claim is awaiting and Thereisa wants it. "I be waiting for you when it comes to claim the heavyweight Title... we see who truly the best then she say's while walking away
