Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
Lady Cipher was in pain, and she tried to recover from it as Karen prepared herself for her next move. Knowing that she was in great danger, especially now that Karen was planning to hit her with something that was presumably an elbow drop, Lady Cipher tried to focus her mind, trying to figure out the right timing for herself.
When Karen jumped up into the air from the top rope, Lady Cipher would quickly roll herself to her side, hoping that her opponent would end up hitting the empty spot and driving her own elbow into the canvas, hurting herself in the process. At the same time, Lady Cipher would also try to roll herself away from her opponent, moving towards the ropes so that she could pull herself up.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
While Karen was slowly breaking down this mook, she wanted to do more then win. And setting her sights on that aching chest which was going up and down with each pained breath Cipher was taking she knew one way she could break her down. When she took to the skies her eyes were set on her target which meant she had just enough time to see said target duck for cover like her life depended on it. Causing Karen to miss her mark and instead send her elbow and the rest of her crashing into the mat.
“Gaaagh!” Karen screamed, her sides took the fall better but her elbow bounced off it in an awkward fashion when she rolled away she was holding her elbow and kicking her legs like she was having a fit. Her entire arm felt numb and useless, for the moment her focus had left the match.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
Lady Cipher managed to avoid the elbow drop, and now, she rolled away from Karen so that she could recover. While her face might be covered under her mask, her body language indicated that she was still in pain from everything that she had taken, and she needed some time to recover as she would make her way towards the ropes.
She groaned as she reached the ropes, and she would grab onto the ropes to pull herself up so that she could stand up. It was clear that she was hurting from everything that she had taken earlier, and she would try to use this opportunity to recover and regain her bearing so that she could start with her attacks on her opponent.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
After such a good and growing turn around Karen's crash and burn hurt her in the worst way. Her elbow was hurting like hell and her side was just as badly hurt as it felt like an electric shock was burning through her ribs. She would stumble back up on her own but soon she was still aching and struggling to move, thankfully Lady Cipher was just as badly hurt. Stepping away just to get back up while Karen was recovering.
Once the both of them were separated and trying to get back up Karen would look over at the masked girls direction and see her struggling. She had to get back on things and try to make sure she couldnt get a chance to come back, especially since she knew that she had her so close to being defeated.

Rolling herself away from Karen, Lady Cipher reached the ropes and pulled herself up, trying to take this opportunity to recover. She looked over at the direction of her opponent, who was hurting from her missed attack, but she knew that her opponent would surely come over to her soon enough. So, Lady Cipher would try to make use of the time she had to regain enough strength to fight her opponent back.
Getting herself back on her feet, Lady Cipher remained at the ropes, waiting for Karen to make her move. For the time being, she would put herself in a defensive position, waiting for whatever her opponent would try to do, hoping that she could use it to her advantage.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
if Cipher expected Karen to go first she would get her wish, the former actress didnt do anything to waste time in trying to get back at her. She would try to close the gap between them soon, though not so much that it was clearly a rush job she still had her mind in the right frame, but she was letting her emotions start to boil. Karen would move to try and kick at Cipher's gut to clamp around her head and pull her arm up over Karen's own.
Should she pull this off she would then look to lift Cipher up in the air and drop her with a suplex, putting most of the pressure on her good arm rather then then the one she just planted the mat with. If successful she would bring Cipher back to the center of the ring and render her defenseless.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
Lady Cipher watched as Karen approached her, and she would brace herself for what to come. She would stand her ground as she took the kick to her gut, and she groaned as she doubled over. Then, she felt Karen wrapping her arm around her head, and from there, she knew that she needed to use this opportunity before her opponent could lift her up and throw her in a vertical suplex.
Widening her stance and planting her feet on the mat, Lady Cipher would resist being lifted up as she would bring her hands onto Karen's hips. Then, she would begin punching at Karen's sides, hitting her right at the spots where her kidneys were at, hoping to stun her and allow herself to pull her head out and take control of the situation.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
If there was one constant in matches like this taking too long after your momentum faltered would assure the rest of your momentum would go with it. But one aspect of that same thing that tended to get overlooked was that rushing to regain control after her screw up, when she attempted to lift her up she was stopped by Cipher's own defenses. Throwing small jabs to her side to keep her from being able to keep herself stable enough to lift her before she had to drop her back down.
Her hand went to her kidney as Cipher would pull her head away. Karen would only instead attempt to try and power through the pain in her side and kidney by throwing an elbow into her face to try and keep cipher on the defensive.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
By attacking at her opponent's sides, Lady Cipher managed to get Karen to let go of her head, though the other woman decided to hit her with an elbow strike to her face. Luckily for Lady Cipher, her mask was a little bit on the thicker side, and while the strike still hurt, the pain was mitigated slightly, allowing the masked wrestler to break free from her opponent with a little bit of pain.
Despite her face was still covered under her mask, Lady Cipher's body language seemed to indicate that she was exhausted. Rather than taking a proper stance, her stance seemed more primal, with her body hunched over. Even so, it was clear that she was far from done, and after distancing herself from Karen, Lady Cipher took this opportunity to recover and catch her breath.

Re: Lady Cipher vs. Karen Meadows - Faceless, Nameless, Ruthless
The fight between them was getting less and less technical by the moment, any attempt at wrestling was met with more bitter punches and clawing instead. When Lady Cipher was standing up she looked like someone who was trying to be more of an animal then a fighter and Karen was honestly feeling pretty primal herself, looking to rip that damn mask off and pummel the face behind it or something of the sort. So as she was feeling her lungs get air again she was soon opting for a direct confrontation once more rather then anything flashy.
Charging Cipher she would try and throw a kick into her side so she could throw a punch to her temple, looking to avoid the mask and risk hurting her hand. Then she would try and throw a few knees to the womens chest to take the air from her and bring Cipher even more to her knees.
