Teal-Tastic vs The Pom-Pom Punchers

Amber was in the worst possible spot in a tag team match. The enemy corner, and that became clear when Lexy rushed her attempting to take her down. Amber readied herself turning to face her and trying to knock her down while Lexy herself just slid under her. Amber only realized the trick when it was too late and instead she was grabbing her legs while Sam came into the ring having been tagged when Amber wasn’t looking jumped and proceeded to smack her in the back of the head with an Enziguri. “Eeep!” Amber’s head was rocked forward only to also have her legs pulled out from under her and sending her down to the mat. With little time to recover from the groggy state the kick left her in.

With Amber grounded, dazed, and in her opposing team's corner, Teal-Tastic now had a chance to show off their team's greatest strength! Their ability to surprise tagteams that underestimate them!

Sam would turn to the crowd and clap to get them to chant, adding to her team's momentum, and to motivation to hatch to plot to steal those pom-poms. As she did so, Lexy hopped onto the apron and slingshot herself over the ropes! She aimed to come down on Skye with an Elbow Drop to keep her in place! If the move connected, Lexy would reach up towards her partner and tag Sam in, prompting the bluenette to hop over the ropes and onto Amber's back with a double footstomp! Sam would use the momentum from her jump over the ropes to roll forward and dash towards a neutral corner. The Teal's would keep up their fast pace as Lexy sought to hoist Amber up off the canvas and lean her against the Teal's corner. She'd then back up and drop to all fours such that her partner Samantha could run towards her and vault off of Lexy's back to gain some momentum and launch herself at Amber to attempt an assisted running dropkick in the corner!

Should all go their way, Lexy would roll under the ropes and position herself back on the apron. She'd grab the tag rope and reach forward to allow Sam to tag her back in so that she could race on and try to cover Amber for a quick pin attempt! All the while, the audience rallied behind the cute green and blue pair.

Trapped for the moment when the two partners tagged in once more she was subjected to an elbow drop to her spine. Amber’s head shot up asshe let out a scream of completel shock and pain. But the footstool that hit her back from Sam right afterwards was just as bad. The elbow drop was precise hitting a certain spot and feeling like it impaled her. The footstomp was hard and hit all across her back while Amber once again screamed out. With no time to tend to her hurting back Amber was forced up to her feet and placed in a corner while Lexy got down in front of her and let Sam charge at her before jumping off. What followed was easy enough. She just had to take her arms off the corner and let her bodies desire take over, which was to drop down to the at and rest. It just happened to be that doing so meant she would cause her foe to miss the finishing touches on her tag combo.

The cute blue and green team was firing on all cylinders! They coordinated their moves and overwhelmed Amber, trapping her in their team's corner and chaining strike after strike in tandem, finishing up with a big assisted dropkick by having Sam springboard off Lexy to Amber! But the Teal-Tastic chants would come to a halt when Skye found the wherewithal to drop down and avoid the team's dropkick into the corner! Sam would grimace in pain as her legs went around the top rope and her open hips were impacted! She'd reach for the ropes adjacent to her to sort of balance herself out as she writhed in the corner!

"Sammy!!!" Lexy called out to her partner as she found her team's rhythm disrupted. Lexy would get up and race to her corner. She'd help Sam out of the ropes before retreating to the apron so that she could tag in, making Lexy the legal woman yet again. By this time, Lexy had imagined that Amber would have made decent progress towards making it across the ring to tag in Cheryl. Lexy would race towards Amber and attempt to grab Skye by the heel and pull her towards the Teal's corner to prevent a possible tag!

Having stopped the flow of there combo with a somewhat accidental fall, Amber watched the more energetic of the two crash into the turnbuckle but her focus was on crawling away from there corner. She wasn’t necessarily trying to tag in just yet but she did need to get more to the center to save herself from anymore sneak attacks. Still trying to get to her corner she felt Lexy grabbing her leg and tying to pull her back. She only briefly wondered how she did that so fast but when she felt herself being pulled she would panic. Pushing up with her hands she would try and roll through, hoping to send Lexy off the other way and towards there corner as well.

Lexy continued to do what she could to be a team player! The Teals had a good rhythm going, but Amber was keen and proficient enough to throw a wrench in their teamwork and retreat towards her corner and towards her tag partner Cheryl! When Lexy grabbed her by the leg, Amber responded by rolling forwards, sending the green-haired middleweight barreling towards The Pom Pom Punchers' corner fast!

"W-Woah!!" Lexy exclaimed! With little time to react, she acted on instinct! The only thing she could think to do was to dash forward and use her momentum to throw a hard running forearm William's way in the hopes of knocking her off the apron!

"Nyeh!" Lexy grunted as she tried to keep Amber in no man's land by trying to knock Cheryl off the apron!

The match did not start well with Amber quickly trapped in the corner and getting double teamed by there opponents. She watched slightly anxious at what was easily the worst start of there time in LAW before Amber pulled away from a collision at the last second and thankfully Amber was able to start crawling over to her when Lexy in the way. Cheryl had her hand outstretched ready to try and getting her teammate to tag in when suddenly Amber rolled out and sent Lexy her way....and Lexy was trying to turn that around and hit her off the ropes!

"Woah!" Cheryl would go low to avoid getting hit dead on, and instead would try to drive her shoulder in Lexy's stomach. If she got lucky there she would instead and grabbing her head so she could fall back and bring Lexy's neck and head across the ring ropes. Letting her fall back and stopping her from taking her down.

Having been countered by Amber and thrown towards the Puncher's corner, Lexy did what she could to try and deny the tag and set the Pom Pom Punchers back. Lexy used her momentum to try and nail Cheryl with a hard forearm, but Williams saw it coming!

"Gah!" Lexy groaned as Cheryl ducked low and thrust her torso between the middle and top ropes, shouldering Lexy in her bare stomach! Lexy would hold her abdomen and double over, setting Cheryl up to grab Alan's head and drive her neck into the ropes, jumping off the apron as she did so for maximum effect! Lexy's head and neck would ricochet off the cables, forcing her to fall on her feet and putting her in a bad spot near the opposing team's corner! Having been floored and thrown for a loop, Lexy would hold her neck with both hands and writhe in pain. She rolled onto her back and attempted to recover but pushing herself up off the canvas.

"Lexy!" Sam cheered from the sidelines and she set foot on the middle rope and leaned forwards in a show of concern.

She sent Lexy towards there corner where she planned for them to work her over in there corner. But Lexy had one last trick to pull and nearly took Cheryl’s head off before her friend ducked and struck Lexy with a tackle before pulling her down and knocking Lexy down. Amber moved down to Lexy and would try and pull her to her feet to and toss her into the corner. “Sorry Sam Lexy’s a bit busy, I’ll send her your way when she’s done helping us here.” Helping them look good anyway. Amber would throw a forearm to Lexy’s face before bringing her leg up to stomp on her in the corner a few times.

Having been stunned by Cheryl in the opposing team's corner, Lexy was easy pickings for Amber, who collecting her from the canvas and pushed her backward into the corner. The celebrity LAW interviewer would find herself in deep water as Amber softened her up with more strikes! A hard forearm to the face followed by repeated stomps in the corner had Lexy grunt in pain over and over again! Lexy would fall into a seated position in the corner as the momentum of the match began to swing squarely in the Puncher's favor!

"Ugh! Agh! Uuuf!" Lexy Alan was seeing stars for now. And as Amber kept up her offense, she'd only see more. Sam would grow concerned on the sidelines. Her mind raced to think of what she could do to help pull her partner from the predicament she was in. Sam would drop down from the apron, seemingly with a plan in mind. Whatever it was, it was anyone's guess. But for now, the Teals seemed to be struggling overall to avoid having black added to their blue team motif!
