Twitter Wars! Daisuke Takeuchi vs Chigusa Yuuki

Oddly enough, Daisuke never expected to ever schedule a wrestling match over a spat over Twitter. The wrestling prince was usually never too fond of social media platforms but today's modern world was dominated by social media and it was even more important for those who were considered public figures and had a fan base. Regardless of his reservations about Twitter, a back and forth exchange on Twitter with his fellow LAW colleague lead to the culmination of his professional wrestling match with Daisuke challenging Chigusa to a one on one wrestling match when he called Chigusa out for being an inactive member of LAW and forgotten after her Wrestle Angel career.

In his locker room, freshly showered and change into his wrestling gear which consisted of grey CK wrestling briefs and black leather wrestling boots. Daisuke would make his way out to the gorilla position and once his theme cued, he would head on out to the LAW arena. Making his way down towards the ring, Daisuke was confident his chances even against a former Wrestle Angel, in truth he always did wanted to test his skills against the illustrious wrestlers of the now disbanded promotion.

After making his way inside the ring, Daisuke would stand in the middle of it and would start to loosen up his arms and shoulders before jumping on his heels. Daisuke was eager to get this wrestling match underway so that he could prove to Chigusa what he said over Twitter was true about her and that he was better than her in the ring and on social media.

Chigusa Yuuki got a match arranged for her after a Twitter exchange. Not that she minded, of course, and she thought that this would be a good opportunity to add more wins under her belt. She made her entrance, clad in her green leotard. The crowd cheered for her, and she cheerfully jogged down the ramp, waving her hand before she reached the ring. She posed for the sake of fanservice before she entered the ring so that she could face her opponent for tonight, Daisuke Takeuchi.

Chigusa then looked at the direction of her opponent for tonight. A good-looking dude, though nothing to write about. She hopped on the balls of her feet, feeling excited for the match. She then stepped forth and tried to engage in good ol' pre-match banter. "So, you ready to fight?" Chigusa asked cheerfully as she would stare straight into Daisuke's eyes.

It didn't take long for Chigusa to make her way to the ring as well. Daisuke was busy doing his pre-match warmups and limbering himself up before Chigusa's theme cued and the purple haired wrestler made her way to the arena. She was cheerful and full of energy, the crowd certainly erupted in cheers for her but Daisuke expected that. The prince rolled his eyes when she posed for the crowd on the outside but soon enough, she would join him in the ring.

After the two limbered up, it was time to face off. Both Chigusa and Daisuke met face to face in the middle of the ring with the two staring each other in the eyes. Daisuke stepped up to her, going head to head to see if she would flinch but Chigusa stood firm and held her ground. "I am ready to wrestle. Hope you are too, show me what a Wrestle Angel can do. By the way, loser tweets out the result? What do you say?" he smirked, offering her a handshake to seal the deal.

Chigusa didn't flinch as she looked at Daisuke. "You really make a really big deal outta this, but sure. I'm confident I can win this one, you know?" Chigusa said cheerfully as she then backed away from him for a bit before accepting his handshake offer, preparing herself for the match. And soon, the referee would come over and make sure that both Chigusa and Daisuke were prepared for the match. Once both of them were prepared, the referee would call for the bell, starting the match between the two of them.

Now that the match had begun, Chigusa would take a wrestling stance, bringing her arms up as she looked at the direction of Daisuke. She was looking to engage him in a lock up. For a while, she would maintain the distance between the two of them before she stepped forth, looking to lock up with him in a grapple. From there, she could figure out how strong Daisuke was, and she would proceed from there once she got a feel on the man whom she was fighting.

The time had finally come where words would now have to be backed with actions. Daisuke and Chigusa pulled off a big game on Twitter but it was now time to see who would have the ability to back them up. The two wrestlers met face to face in the middle of the ring, neither wrestler flinched whilst glaring deep into the other wrestlers eyes. It was clear both of them were confident, even when Daisuke attempted to up the stakes, Chigusa had no problems accepting it.

"That's because it is a big deal." he said shrugging his shoulders. "Oh is that so? Well, what a coincidence. So am I" he responded when Chigusa said she was confident she was going to win this. Getting in between the wrestlers, the referee would order them to back up and call for the bell.

Once the bell rang, they were ready to wrestle. Raising his hands up, Daisuke and Chigusa circled each other in sync. It seemed both of them had a similar plan and lunged at each other, locking horns in a collar and elbow tie up. Grunted in effort, Daisuke pushed forward while pressed up against the former Wrestle Angel who seemed to be doing quite well for herself against him.

"Arghh!" Daisuke grunted in effort.

Chigusa honestly thought that fighting because of some tweets was a little silly, but if she got to wrestle, then it was fine to her. So, now that the match had started, Chigusa locked up with Daisuke in grapple, and for the time being, it seemed that both of them were evenly matched.

But Chigusa wasn't going to keep it in a stalemate for long as she would then twist to the side, looking to make Daisuke stumble on his feet before she moved next to him, looking to catch his head before attempting to lock him into a side headlock.

While Daisuke wasn't a big fan of twitter wars either but he would take it as an excuse to wrestle a former Wrestle Angel. The hype around their match due to the social media angle did work and a lot more people were interested in this match up and especially the result due to the pre match antics. Regardless, in the ring it was all about pure wrestling skill between the two wrestlers.

After the brief exchange in the lock-up ended up in a stalemate, Chigusa would shift to the side and catch the prince's head in a side headlock. She began to squeeze his head tight in her arms, while the prince's face was pressed against the side of her chest too. Groaning in pain, he retaliated by wrapping his arms around her waist and squeezing tight before attempting to lift Chigusa up off her feet and fall backwards, looking to drive her back onto the mats in a backdrop.

If successful, the prince would quickly scamper on top of her and hook her legs for a quick fire pinfall attempt.

Catching Daisuke's head in a side headlock, Chigusa then squeezed his head while wrenching at his neck. But then, Daisuke wrapped his arms around her waist before he lifted her off her feet and fell backwards, sending the former Wrestle Angel crashing down onto the mat, back first, with a backdrop.

"UAGHH!!"

Grimacing in pain, Chigusa was laid out on the mat. Daisuke took this opportunity to try pinning her, and Chigusa could feel his weight on top of her as he pinned her. With the referee coming over to them to start counting, Chigusa mustered her strength, preparing herself to kick out and break the pin that she was being put into.

"ONE!"

After the count of one, Chigusa kicked out, breaking the pin. She would shove Daisuke off of her. "Too early for that, y'know?" Chigusa drawled out as she would try to recover and regain her bearing, pushing herself back up after that.

The headlock was uncomfortable and borderline on the painful side but he wouldn't be called the wrestling prince if he couldn't withstand at least a simple headlock. The two shuffled around but Daisuke would ultimately counter when he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her up before dropping backwards to drive her back first onto the ring mats.

Chigusa let out a grunt in pain and Daisuke would quickly mount on top of the Wrestle Angel, going for a quick pinfall attempt. The referee would get to the count of "ONE" before Chigusa would forcefully kick out to break the pin. She shoved Dai off of her and crawled out under him. The male would get up on his knees first, reaching out to grab his opponent's hair and pull on it, getting up on his feet and dragging her up as well.

"Doesn't hurt to try, right?" he smirked looking to yank her towards him before wrapping his arm around her head to lock in a headlock and return the favour. "So far, I'm not impressed Chigusa-san" he said.

Even after she kicked out from the pinfall attempt, Chigusa wasn't out of danger yet as Daisuke grabbed her by her hair. She grimaced as she was then pulled back up by her opponent, who then put her into a headlock.

"Nghh..."

Even so, Chigusa wasn't going to let her opponent do whatever he wanted without her having anything to say about it. So, as she was put into the headlock, Chigusa would try to do what Daisuke had done to her as she would try to grab onto his waist before lifting him up so that she could drop him down with a backdrop.
