Catching up: Ashley and Belinda

Ashley grunted and huffed as she pushed against Belinda's palm, managing to slowly but surely push down on the girl's palm to take it closer and closer to the table. Some of the onlookers would cheer for Ashley, eager to see the moment Belinda's hand would hit the table, while others would cheer Belinda on and wish for her to make a comeback. It seemed like they would get their wish though as Belinda found a second wind and started pushing back against Ashley's hand, bringing them back up to a stalemate.

Unfortunately for Ashley Belinda's momentum didn't stop at just a stalemate, starting to reverse their positions so that now it was once again Ashley's hand that had it's back facing the table. The thing with a last ditch effort was that if it failed you were screwed, and right now Ashley was trying her hardest to make sure that she wasn't. That being said she was still getting pushed down, her hand was dangerously close to the table "Nngh... no..."

The Arm-wrestling contest was as intense as their match and it seemed as if the talk about that was starting to stir up between the onlookers as they seemed to recogonize the two ladies now. Some of the people in the bar were clearly fans of LAW and had seen the two young ladies wrestle. ruminations and murmurs started to happen around them but it seemed as if the blondes were only focused on one another.

Fighting her way through a very bad looking spot, Belinda forced their arms up into a stalemate. Sweat started to form on her forehead as the Swedish-American would grit her teeth, glaring daggers of pure fighting spirit into Ashley's eyes. Belinda would see how Ashley's arm was starting to lower little by little, forcing it downward with each passing few seconds.

"Hah...G-got you now..." Belinda let out as she would try and keep the force going, trying to bring Ashley down slowly but surely onto the table!

Ashley tried her hardest to push back against Belinda's hand and turn the tides once again, her face going visibly red with effort as she did so. Despite her best efforts though her hand would touch the table, signalling her defeat "Ungh... damn!" Ashley's defeat was met with a mixture of cheers and sounds of disappointment from the onlookers, who Ashley would only now notice since their competition was over "Wah? When'd they get here?" she asked, confused. Various men and women who had been watching the competition would congratulate Belinda for her victory or console Ashley for her loss, while others who had bet on Ashley to win would go buy a round of drinks for those who bet on Belinda.

Once the crowd dispersed and the blondes had a moment to each other Ashley would give out a small sigh "Ugh, you beat me again I guess." Of course this was just a friendly competition, it's not like she had lost a real wrestling match, but the ever competitive Ashley still seemed pretty bummed out about this loss. The blonde would take a swig of her drink, hoping to drown her disappointment.

Smashing down Ashley's hand down against the canvas and winning the arm-wrestling contest, Belinda would raise her fist up in victory. "Yeah!" Only for her to bring down her arm and shake it out. " Ow...haha." She let out, bringing her other hand over to to rub the one that had been quite strained in the intense arm-wrestling contest. Looking around in surprise at the people around them who were congratulating her and clapping a bit. Belinda would tilt her head, " Guess we bring a crowd?" Belinda joked as she would sit back down.

Looking on at Ashley as she grumbled a bit Belinda would give her a teasing wink and then bringing her hand over the flick Ashley right in the forehead. " Course I did~" Belinda let out in a joking manner, " I'm clearly the superior blonde, duh.~" She continued to jest with a very silly sounding voice to emphasis that she was joking.

"Since I won~ how about I get to choose our next match?" Belinda teased as she would take a swig of her own drink. " Or do you want to choose?" Belinda guessed that Ashley would without a doubt want a rematch against her, not even questioning it from how competitive Ashley had been in their match. She would have been surprised should her rival just decide to leave it at that.

Ashley was so lost in her post-defeat pity party that she didn't notice Belinda reaching over until she suddenly felt her flick her in the forehead "Kya!" the blonde would cry in a surprisingly cute manner out of shock. Ashley's cheeks went pink as she heard someone the next table over snicker, and as Belinda teased her over being the superior blonde "W-well we'll see how long you can have that attitude!" she would remark, eyes darting to the side.

Belinda would then ask a question that caused Ashley to perk up slightly, likely reminding Belinda of how she acted during their earlier conversation about Aurora. Clearly she was right in her assumption that Ashley wanted a rematch, given how much of a mood swing she had gone through when Belinda brought up their next match "N-no, you won so you should decide..." she said, taking a long sip of her drink and trying not to look happy.

Belinda would nod her head a bit as she enjoyed teasing Ashley so far, watching her friend bring her hands up to her forehead and blush as she flicked her forehead. She smirked a bit as she heard the remark that Ashley let out. “ We’ll...I believe I can keep it up for about as long as I can win against you? So probably not too long.” Belinda joked as she was as aware as anyone that her and Ashley had been very evenly matched in their match and even in this arm wrestling contest of theirs.

Once she began to ponder about the prospect and she could see how excited Ashley looked even if she wanted to hide it. Belinda smiled and let out a soft chuckle. “ Well...let’s see…” Belinda feigned not knowing what she wanted for their rematch. “ What would you say about ….” Belinda kept drawing it out as she looked over at Ashley and then away. Shifting her glass in her hand a bit before she would take a sip out of it, looking to keep Ashley in suspense.

“Submission match ~ I figured you’d want a chance at making me tap. Not that you will though.” Belinda let out as she would give Ashley a little bit of a wink.

After telling Belinda that she should decide on their next match since she was the one who won Ashley would await her decision with baited breath, a breath she would have to hold for a while since Belinda seemed intent on making her wait in suspense. This clearly agitated Ashley who leaned in as Belinda delayed the reveal, by the time her fellow blonde was ready to spit it out Ashley would be leaning over the table and almost be up in her face "A submission match?" In Ashley's surprise she almost lost balance, but she managed to catch herself before she collapsed onto the table.

After recovering from that near-accident and going back to sitting properly Ashley would clear her throat and speak again "A submission match, huh? Sounds good to me, I was planning on getting you to tap no matter what kind of match it was!" she'd declare confidently, as if her previous clumsiness had never occurred "Let's set a date. We should do it as soon as possible!"

Watching Ashley lean further and further forward had Belinda drag it out even more, when she finally let her friend hear her suggestion, she saw her nearly fall onto her chest but caught herself. Causing Belinda to let out a slight snicker at the sight of Ashley righting herself. Watching her sit back properly like nothing had happened was also funny as Belinda would keep snickering a bit.

" Haha, what If I had said it was a last woman standing match? " Belinda joked at Ashley's comment, " I'll enjoy seeing you try though. Cause I plan on kicking your butt again." Belinda let out as she would nod her head at Ashley. "Next week then? If we are allowed to." Belinda said as she would look on at Ashley. "Say, more drinks?"

Ashley's face would light up red as Belinda snickered at her clumsiness, but she tried to act like it didn't happen as the conversation moved forwards as they talked about their next match "If it was a last woman standing match then I'd uh... make you submit just because I can!" she'd declare, with a lot of confidence for someone who hadn't beaten Belinda even once. Ashley would then nod enthusiastically as Belinda suggested that they have their rematch next week "Yeah, let's go for it!"

When Belinda suggested that they get more drinks Ashley would nod once again "Yeah, I'll get them." She'd come back a minute later with drinks for the two of them "Let's have a toast, to my upcoming victory!" she'd say with a laugh, before raising her glass.

Belinda would chuckle out as Ashley said she would make her submit anyways, just cause she could. The blonde would shake her head and then throw a bit of a stare at the fellow blonde. " You think you can fool around in a match against me huh?" Belinda teased as she would try and sound a bit serious for a second, before she cracked and would let out a laugh.

It seemed that they had a time for their match if the higher ups would allow it of course. Nodding her head as she would start to get up only for Ashley to do so instead. Sitting back down as she would let out a little sigh. When Ashley came back she gave her a drink and the blonde would take the glass, ready to take a sip out of it but Belinda would hold up as Ashley wanted a toast. Tilting her head to the side she would raise her glass, " To MY upcoming victory!" Belinda teased as she would clink glasses with Ashley and then take a good long sip. After which she would bring her glass down and throw a wide grin towards Ashley.
