Kakyoin was born in Japan to two relatively-normal parents. He had always been introverted, even from an early age. While he was never disliked by his peers, Kakyoin never really had any friends. Thus, Kakyoin and Qtaro set out to save Qtaro's mother (the former doing so because she was a hot MILF and the latter doing so because she was his mother). The two were also joined by some additional MILF-loving allies: an old British real estate tycoon (who happened to be Qtaro's grandfather and father of Qtaro's mother), an Egyptian fortuneteller, and a Frenchman who had a tendency to get himself into trouble.
Unfortunately, many people did not approve of the group's MILF-slaying ways. In a fit of moral outrage, several groups set out to kill the intrepid MILF hunters. This anti-MILF hunter coalition destroyed the plane that the group was on, causing them to crash land. This led to the group (now officially named the "MILF Hunters") being forced to take a fifty-day trip (mostly by land) around the globe to get to Cairo.
Eventually, the MILF Hunters manage to get the herb and return home. Qtaro's mother made a full-recovery after receiving the herb. As a reward for their bravery, Kakyoin, the Egyptian fortuneteller, and the Frenchman all got to indulge in the hot, sensuous MILF body of Qtaro's mother.
