Ashley Lucas vs. "Amazon" Alaina Sanders-Haines

Alaina sat up and saw Ashley coming. Alaina raised her arms up just in time to absorb the bulk of the knee strike but the force still sent her back down to the canvas!

"Ugh!" Alaina grunted as she hit the mat again. The amazon shook her head and knew Ashley wasn't going to let her up so she decided to try to swing her legs out to attempt to sweep Ashley's legs! Not a great counter but Alaina could at least rise to her feet afterward.

Alaina would be knocked down once again as Ashley's knee struck, though this time the Amazon was able to absorb the damage by blocking with her arms, but Ashley's attack still got the job done as Alaina was re-introduced to the mat. It turns out she wasn't going to meet her old friend alone though, she took Ashley along with her with a quick sweep to the back of Ashley's legs "Wah!?!" Ashley hit the mat with a grunt, her head bouncing off the mat, but apart from her now having a minor throbbing pain in the back of her head Ashley hadn't really been damaged by that attack.

She'd quickly climb back to her feet, wanting to get back on the attack soon so that she didn't lose this lead she had going on. But despite her efforts it seemed like Alaina would be the one to get back to her feet first.

Alaina scrambled up and knew she had to try to work something in to let Ashley know that the amazon was not just some moniker. Alaina reached out to grab hold of her opponent, trying to lift her up onto her shoulders and start to spin her around. Alaina stopped hoping to disorient Ashley before falling back to the mat to flatten her to the canvas with a samoan drop! Alaina hoped to work her way back in even though she was a bit dizzy. If this was successful though Ashley would be dizzy and have a healthy dose of pain in her torso!

Though Ashley had intended to get up quickly so that she could keep up her assault on Alaina she would not be able to do so, before she had fully straightened up she would feel Alaina's powerful hands grab hold of her and before she could do anything about it the Amazon would lift her up onto her shoulders. Alaina would then start spinning around with Ashley on her shoulders for a few seconds before abruptly stopping, leaving the blonde lying on her shoulders with her head spinning, too disoriented to do anything about her precarious situation.

While Ashley was still trying to get over her dizziness Alaina would fall back to drop her on the mat, Ashley could do little but scream as she made her way down to the mat far too fast for her liking "Waaaaaaa-ARRGH!!!" Ashley's scream was cut off as she hit the mat with such a hard impact that she was left rolling on the mat and clutching her back while moaning in pain. Her head was still spinning from being atop Alaina's shoulders and her back was killing her, but even so she had to get back to her feet, so she would start crawling towards the nearest ropes to use them to help herself back to her feet. Though this did mean that she had turned her back on Alaina, which may prove to be a horrible mistake.

The amazon was up and saw Ashley crawling away leaving her open for Alaina to try something else high impact. Alaina smiled as she quickly tried to make her way over to Ashley, bending down to wrap her arms up in a full nelson hold! Alaina wanted to explode upward as she lift Ashley up and kept going to plant her to the mat with a big dragon suplex! The amazon kept her back bridged to immediately hold Ashley in a pinning position after hitting her with some more potent offense.

The official slid in to place and began to count the pinfall as Alaina held Ashley securely in place.

Ashley's attempt to get away from Alaina ended in failure as she chased after Ashley and pulled her up by the arms, wrapping her arms up to lock in a full nelson hold. Ashley started writhing in the hold in an attempt to get free, before realising that Alaina wasn't done lifting her up "W-wait! Waaaaaah!!!" Ashley screamed once again as she was lifted up off her feet by the amazon, going up and above Alaina's body until she arced down and hit the mat with her shoulders "UGH!!!!" Ashley rested against the mat balanced on her head and shoulders with her body folded over so that her legs were hanging by her head and her butt was raised in the air. It was hardly a dignified position to be in, but Ashley was far more worried about the pincount that had started.

With a desperate cry Ashley would throw her body to the side, hoping to break the pincount and leave her rolling to the side away from Alaina. That was way too much of a close call considering how early in the match it still was. Ashley could feel a throbbing pain in her back and shoulders and she was still dizzy from when Alaina spun her around, the early lead she had managed to gain on the amazon felt worthless now after taking two big impact moves from her. She had to do something, and soon.

Alaina loved to do power moves, so it was probably a safe bet that she would go for one next. Ashley would lie in wait, waiting for Alaina to come over and grab her. If she did as Ashley was expecting then the blonde would suddenly shoot up and throw her skull at Alaina's chin, hoping to rock Alaina's head back with a headbutt. Hopefully this would give Ashley a chance to regain the advantage and start making up for the damage she had taken.

Alaina was indeed going to try to get hold of Ashley and played right in to the trap! "UGH!" Alaina groaned as her head snapped back, leaving her to stagger in a sudden daze! She was hobbling like legged on her feet, wide open for follow-up offense by Ashley!

Much to Ashley's delight Alaina would fall for her carefully laid trap hook, line, and sinker. With a cry Ashley would tilt her head back and lash it forward into Alaina's chin, snapping the amazon's head back and making her stagger back. Ashley wouldn't let this chance go to waste, with nimble footwork she would make her way behind Alaina and wrap arms around the woman's waist "Here we go!" Ashley would then attempt to lift Alaina up off her feet before arcing her back and sending Alaina falling back over Ashley's body, if she was successful then Alaina would crash shoulders first onto the mat in a German Suplex. Even if Ashley was able to pull the move off she wouldn't bother going for a pinfall since she knew this wouldn't be enough to keep Alaina down, she would just release her and let her body fall.

Alaina was in a daze as she was lift up off her feet! She reached down to try to work at Ashley's grip but in her haze she was too slow. The amazon was flying up and over, crashing hard to the mat! The ring ropes shook and the impact was heard through the arena as Alaina flopped down to the mat, laying on her side. She cradled her head in her arms as she was in agony after the surprise move by Ashley! Alaina groaned and kicked the mat in pain, open for more punishment by the upstart wrestler.

Ashley wrapped her arms around Alaina's waist, inadvertently pressing her arms against Alaina's abs "damn, you could grate cheese on these" Ashley thought, but didn't vocalise. Ashley let out a cry of exertion as she lifted Alaina up, the weight of the amazon's large frame putting strain on Ashley's arms as she lifted her up and over her body, slamming her onto the mat behind her! Ashley's arms ached after performing that move, but she had thrown around Killer King of all people during their match so Alaina wouldn't be too hard to lift. The blonde was actually starting to find throwing her idol like this quite satisfying, so she was going to do it again!

Ashley bent down and attempted to wrap her arm around Alaina's head, if she was able to then Ashley would pull her up and try and force Alaina to stand up with her torso bent down and head tucked under Ashley's arm. Though it may seem like Ashley was preparing Alaina for a DDT she would instead release her head and grab her around the waist, upon which she would attempt to lift her up so that she was hanging upside down with her legs across Ashley's shoulder "Raah!" If Alaina was unable to put a stop to this then Ashley would slam her down on the mat for a Gutwrench Powerbomb!
