Psychological Blitzkrieg! Tristan Alden vs. Thunder Ryuko

The blonde felt a wave of relief as his half-naked foot manage to rest on the bottom rope at the last second. He felt his vision become cleared, seeing Ryuko arguing with the referee. Really, he couldn't blame her, probably have the same reaction if their positions were reversed. Tristan also had to use all of his willpower to stop his lips forming a weak smirk. An angrier Ryuko wasn't going to help him.

To the Thunder Empress's credit, she immediately stopped arguing with the referee as seeing proof of the rope break, flowing back into the offensive as if nothing happened. "Hurgh!" Tristan grunted, as the joshi forced him on his feet. Still dazed, he couldn't see Ryuko's attack, before it was too late, decking him in the jaw! "GAH!" Tristan yelled as his head snapped back, he found himself stumbling into the corner.

The blonde decided that the best course of action was to rest for now, hoping to provoke Ryuko into charging at him.

Ryuko saw Tristen slump against the turnbuckle and she decided she wanted to keep him there! the thunder empress backed up and charged forward looking to lower her shoulder and use it like a battering ram! She wanted to absolutely crush him against the corner to hammer the fight right out of him! Her strength, size and speed together would surely to the trick and leave him crumpling to the ground in a heap if all went according to her plan for Tristan.

This was it! It was now or never. So, right before Ryuko would make brutal contact with him, the blonde would instead attempt to lunge at her legs, using his aderline filled energy to try and ignore the pain all over his body, courtesy of Ryuko. If Tristan was successful he would then attempt to lift the leg, using Ryuko's own momentum to fly her up in the air, forcing her to come down face first on the turnbuckle in a flapjack!

Ryuko was in shock as as moved in but Tristan moved at the last minute! She was lift up and looked on in shock as her body and face smashed down hard to the mat!

"AAAAARRRGGGGGHHHHHH!" Ryuko howled and brought her hands to her face kicking the mat in pain as she was in agony after the flapjack by Tristan.

Tristan hung on the ropes for support, still recovering from Ryuko's offense even after he turned the tide. He then glanced over at the Thunder Empress, writhing in pain. While he could go for a submission or the like, the fact was that he doubted he'd be able to make Ryuko submit, especially in his current condition. And so the path forward for the blonde was clear, as he waited for Ryuko to hopefully get on her hands and knees.

And if she did so, Tristan would attempt to run at her, jumping up as he got near her head and crash his leg down on her neck and reintroducing her face to the canvas in an attempt to execute a leg drop facebuster!

Ryuko heard footsteps coming as she rose to her feet. The thunder empress was about to glance over when her face was planted hard to the mat below!

"ARRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!" Ryuko screamed in a muffled cry through her hands and she rolled around on the mat, her legs kicking in pain while she kept her face covered!

Tristan sensed blood in the water! Was this it? Can he really pull such an upset on a joshi as strong as the Thunder Empress? Well, there was only one way to find out.

And so, the blonde, still panting, would move over to Ryuko's fallen form. He would then attempt to lie across her, hooking the leg to initiate a pin!

Ryuko groaned as she was covered up for the pin, only weakly flopping about and thrusting to no avail.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"TH.."

Ryuko shouted as she thrust a shoulder up off the mat to break the pin just before three! "Get off me! I am going to make you pay for that one...." Ryuko said as she was still dazed, struggling to sit up and make ot to her feet.

THUMP!

"One!"

Could it be? Was the blonde really going to pull the upset of LAW history?

THUMP!

"Two!"

Tristan's body ached, but he felt hope rising within him. The Thunder Empress hadn't moved an inch in the past two seconds. The blonde saw the official's hand about to slap the mat for a final time...

Only for Ryuko to, literally, roar back to life, kicking out so hard that it tossed Tristan off of her!

"D...dammit...." Tristan moaned, too sore and tired to shout. A glorious victory seemed to be turning into a dire defeat. Still, the blonde fighter wasn't going to give up, as he tried to get on his feet as well, wobbling a bit.

Ryuko groaned in pain as she tried to stagger up to her feet. Ryuko was hurting and pissed off that he snuck his way out of being pinned earlier. Gritting her teeth Ryuko tried to make her way back over to Tristan to pound away at his abdomen and chest with some hard punches and forearm strikes! Ryuko was fed up and disappointed that she couldn't seem to keep Tristan down for that three count! Next time there would be no rope break to save him from defeat so long as she could keep herself from falling to him!
