Amy Evans vs Korra the Enforcer

It was rare Korra didn’t have an overwhelming presence in a match as Amy’s experience was showing here before she was suddenly found a fist striking her in the face before she could go forward. Korra stumbled back again and found another fist waiting for her, to send her to the floor while she tended to her face, she felt her jaw ache from the hard bite of the blonde and the predator was showing her face for all to see. Most would be scared by this but the blood was pumping and she was trying not to burst into a smile through pained lips. Now this was the Amy she wanted to fight and would be the Amy she pummeled no matter what.

Whatever love of this fight Korra was finding it was lost on Amy who found none of it at all. She wanted nothing more then to pummel the crap out of Korra until this match was over. Amy would charge at Korra and try to tackle her, taking her off her feet and then attempting to drive her to the floor with the takedown. If she could get that she would mount Korra and try to start ground pounding her head off.

"Hell you smiling at!?" Amy said as she threw a right to her foes face, then a left looking to smack her head into the floor. She was irate at the way Korra was acting, and she was going to make sure she stopped enjoying this as soon as humanely possible.

Amy found her way on top, dragging Korra to the floor and she could feel her growing anger. Not an intended desire from Korra but one she would take advantage of regardless. “Were you hoping this new you would scare me? Sorry to dissapoint.” Korra struggled underneath. Amy thought she had her but she would take advantage of the opening presented her when she tried to go for a punch and bring her legs up attempting to trap her in triangle choke when she got ahold of her arm.

Amy didn’t care to listen to her taunts, she knew at this point that such a person would simply be trying to get under her skin as much as humanly possible. If she wanted to win this she just had to pummel her until it was beyond a shadow of a doubt she was finished and go from there. Her punches kept coming but soon before she had wrapped around her foe Korra’s legs came up and she found her head trapped in between her legs and her arm grabbed as she was being squeezed in a triangle choke.

“Ngghh!” Amy growled bringing her other arm up and trying to stop this chokehold from doing any serious damage. She should have expected something like this from a fighter who clearly had an extensive MMA background, at least based on her look. Still Amy wasn't new to situations like this and the Lion would try to lock her arms up attempting to protect herself from the hold being fully completed even as it pulled on her arm and started to tighten around her head.

When a triangle choke was applied correctly, the victim had measly seconds to respond or face the worst of it. Else they would be seeing the dream world soon after. But of course Amy had some knowledge of what she was doing and quickly stopped her hold from tightening around her by grabbing her trapped arm. Korra didn't let up however since even in this state the hold was going to have some effect on her, and she was looking to see if my actually had what it took to muscle her way out of it. Trying to pull down on Amy in any way she could actually do to force her to give up. She wasn't about to let the Lion off easy.

Amy was slowly bringing her legs up to the right spot, the way that she could bridge herself and bring Korra more to her shoulders. Her intent wasn't to pin her though, Korra could just slide out or off them like that. She wanted to try and cause pain with what came next. Once she got her grip right she would try and hoist her foe up in the air bringing all of Korra with her in her attempt to stand up. And once she had the height she needed she would try and throw Korra down on top of her head.

“Little shit!” Amy growled hoping the slam took any fight out of Korra for a good long while. Though if she did get out of the hold from the slam she would promptly fall back and take a breather. She wanted to go right for the kill on what had to be a hurting Korra, but for the moment she had to stop or her brain might overload on trying to work through the lack of oxygen and cause her to pass out.

Korra’s wide smile started to falter when she felt her back leave the mat. Looking surprised for all of half a second before her brain figured out what Amy was doing. But it was far too late to actually do anything on the matter, Amy had lifted her up to counter her choke and all Korra could do was brace herself before the Lion sent her crashing down nearly right on the back of her skull. The sudden pop her head and body made was followed by a dull sense in the rest of her as she let Amy go, thankfully Amy simply backed off as Korra was laid flat out for the time being. She could almost feel her excitement diminishing for the first time but that was mostly because she was too dazed and numb to feel even that.

Amy was lightheaded after escaping that hold but thankfully still fully awake. She just needed a second though all the same she was kicking her inability to capitalize on dropping Korra on her head like that, she needed to get up now. Despite the aches in her neck and arm she was pushing up to face the girl head on, sitting up and seeing she was still down. Good, she hadn't lost that much time.

"Not about to let you off easy." Punching the mat she started to push herself to her feet and straighten out before she let out another roar before she would charge at Korra and attempt to drive a knee into her face if she would move to get up. Hopefully smashing her nose and breaking something in that ugly mug of hers, if it connected she would lay on top of her for a pin, with the ref coming in to check and see if Korra was really down.

Despite her usual attitude she wasn't arrogant enough to lie to herself and say she didn't expect that. Quite the contrary despite wanting this fight against this kind of fighter Amy had shown a bit more then she was anticipating going forward and knocking her for more than a few loops in the process, and the only one to blame was herself. Of course the only way out of this now was also up to her and she began to think more carefully about her actions, out muscling Amy wasn't going to work. Bringing her head up she watched the Lion blitz at her with some serious speed before trying to crush her face, Korra had enough time to simply roll out of the way and save her face from being used like a cushion. But once on her front she would push up and try to get to her feet, stumbling back and going towards the ropes with her hands up for defense. If Amy tried to come in Korra had a right hook to the face with her name on it.

Amy came in fast much like the animal namesake she claimed to represent but her prey had some speed of her own. Rather than a face she met air as Korra was in full retreat mode, thankfully Amy could just push herself and go right after her. Her hands raised as well she would attempt to rush her for a punch to the face, but Korra had planned out her destination a bit more accurately and Amy ended up running into a raging fist face first.

“Gnngh!” Amy groaned as her head shot upwards and she took a few steps back. All of her momentum was stopped by one quick punch and her entire body was feeling it as she went from a rock solid foundation to a wobbly tower in a few seconds. It did not leave her in the best of states and every hair on her body was screaming at her to not look this vulnerable.
