Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
*After the maelstrom of kicks to her face had finally subsided, Agatha felt a brief respite and waited for her foe to retreat. It became abundantly clear that Maria wasn't finished, not by a longshot, but this momentary lull was just enough for her to try and get back onto her feet. However, this respite would be short-lived as she watched the airborne woman come crashing down upon her, both boots eager to introduce themselves!*
"Ggoooohhhf!" *The alien noise Agatha made caused the audience to collectively wince from shock, a significant handful of them gasping from the impactful move connecting flawlessly. Meanwhile, the scandinavian sledgehammer couldn't even conjure up a coherent train of thought from the tremendous degree of pain she was in!*

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
Maria was pleased to see that her stomp had put the rookie down, but after the beatdown the veteran had endured at Agatha's hands, she was in no mood to go easy on her. Stooping down, he grabbed Agatha by the jaw, slowly dragging her upright before locking a grip on her wrist. With a yank, she pulled the Scandanavian in for a savage ripcord knee to the chin!!!
The crowd, wincing from the trade off of heavy slams and savage blows, was getting louder and louder. Each woman was leaving it all in the ring, not content to give in an inch!

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
*As her vision grew dim and the lights became darker with each passing second, Agatha was abruptly jerked upward by the unstoppable force of a woman towering over her, ultimately suffering a devastating knee strike to her unprotected mandible!*
"RRRUUAAH!" *The bombshell shrieked, her legs collapsing in on themselves before her backside dropped across the canvas, left motionless in a spread eagle position.*

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
Maria panted, slumping on top of Agatha after her fall shook the ring. With a groan, she had to use both arms to pull on Agatha's thigh, tugging the muscular leg up as the ref dropped down for the count. All she could do as she gasped for breath, lungs on fire, was pray that it would be enough. It had to be......right? She was still the best Luchadora in the business, and no one was going to take that away from her. She was here to end her story on her own terms. No one else's.

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
*With her head spinning from the unbelievable pain she was in, the humiliated goddess had been reduced to a coiled up pile of anguish and defeat. Maria threw herself overtop of her, managing to make it all the way to "Two!" *Before finally throwing her right shoulder skyward!*
"N..not..while I s..still draw breath~" *Agatha tentatively muttered, her breath hot and heavy from the inner masochistic in her beginning to surface.*

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
Maria nodded down at her opponent, after nearly being tossed off of Agatha to break the count. The woman possessed amazing strength, and was quite the force to be reckoned with. FOr the first time in ages, she questioned her own ability to finish this fight. Granted she had tangled with other powerhouses before, to mixed results. But she was here to prove La Parca was still the best Luchadora in the world, and she refused to let this be a stain on her record!
Leaning down, she dragged Agatha up to her feet, panting with the effort, "I respect that....but I cannot let you stop me from achieving my redemption."
Pulling back her foot, she lashed out with a nasty kick to Agatha's thigh, slapping hard enough to make the crowd wince

Re: Trials and Tribulations- Agatha vs Maria!
(With the express permission from Subtle, I am writing this last passage with both characters)
Agatha gritted her teeth, taking kick after kick to the thigh, but the pain only seemed to psych up the Scandinavian Sledgehammer! Maria's silver eyes widened, not quite sure what to do in the face of such power! She went for another kick....only for Agatha to scoop her up in those toned arms! THe crowd erupted into gasps, watching the Heavyweight pitch her opponent back in a nasty suplex, nearly folding her in half! The impact knocked the luchadora senseless, leaving her splayed out, her face pressed against the ring canvas. The crowd was on it's feet, with Agatha dragging the tired body up the turnbuckles, one step at a time, both of their backs facing the ring once they were perched on the top rope!
La Parca felt those arms wrap tight around her, her head swaying uneasily as she heard her opponent whisper into her ear, "You are a superb fighter, but Odin shall never abandon me as long as I draw breath!""
One mighty heave brought both women up, falling back in a NASTY German Superplex that Agatha dubbed Valhalla's regards. The impact nearly caved in the boards, with some claiming they could hear the wooden panels CRACK from the sheer force of it! Maria's body bounced hard, rolling onto her back! It took some time for Agatha to make her way over and hook one leg, with the ref coming down to end this!
One.......
Two.......
But the three never came....how? Agatha turned her head to the ref, who was pointing to Maria's other foot, balancing precariously on the bottom rope to break the pin! The crowd was on their feet! How did she have the will to even process the action!? Agatha could scarcely believe it herself. Maria was strong yes.....but to withstand such a high impact move..... no matter! Reaching down, her hand latched on the Luchadora's skull, dragging her tired body up once more. She would send her to Valhalla once more if Odin demanded this woman be sacrificed. The gods would not forsake her! Victory was hers!
Once more the duo made their way up the turnbuckles, with Maria still trying valiantly to regain her bearings. By the time she did, those massive arms wee beginning to snake around her waist once more! Eyes wide, La Parca's elbow snapped back hard, cracking Agatha in the jaw to stun her. Her opponent took the shot, and another....and another, with both of them teetering on the verge of falling to a painful crash below!
With one last savage cry, Maria slammed her elbow into Agatha's face, shoving her back to fall to the center of a ring with an almighty WHAM!!!
She couldn't waste this opportunity. Turning on the spot, she clutched at her core, before jumping as high as she could, extending her arms and legs mid arc to land hard on Agatha with Flight of the Reaper, her own Frog Splash! The impact caused her great pain, almost as much as her opponent felt!!! Rolling on her back to lay on the Scandinavian, it took both arms to hoist up the leg!!!
ONE......
TWO......
THREE!!!!!!
The bell clanged repeatedly, with the audience exploding in applause and cheers. Maria dropped the leg, rolling off to lay beside her. Her lungs were on fire, her bad leg throbbed, her spine ached....but she won. She laid a hand on Agatha's broad shoulder, giving it a squeeze, "V..Valhalla will welcome you...as one of it's fiercest warriors.....my friend....thank you." she said, patting Agatha's stomach as the ref helped her to her feet, holding her arm up in the air. After a moment, the luchadora leaned down, helping Agatha to her feet and holding her arm up in a show of respect, even if the act cause her to wince in pain. WIth one final pat, she rolled out of the ring, making her way to the back.
WINNER: MARIA CASTILLO VIA PINFALL!!!
