After 2 minutes of running Rita would look at Nozomi as she said ''if you want you can set the machine to go harder if you think you can handle it Nozomi''

Nozomi nods and set it to go a little faster wanting to impress Rita

Rita would just keep running at the setting she currently was on as she watched Nozomi go faster then her as she would keep going until the ten minutes were up as she would slow down as she said ''so how do you feel''

Nozomi stopped the treadmill and pants not tired but it was a good run “Keijo is quite the fast paced sport some of us are fast enough to look like we’re gliding across the platforms” she told Rita

''Well that is good to hear as the better your endurance is the more likely you can tire your opponent out if they overpower you''replied Rita as she walked towards the exercise bikes. Once she reached them she would get on one of the bikes as she would begin to ride it for 10 more minutes to finish her warm up.

Nozomi saw that and went to the bike next to her “hey I’m just following you” she told her as she petaled on the stationary bike

Nozomi nods and petals mostly keeping up with Rita’s pace she was her coach so naturally she’d follow the pace Rita had set
