Michiko Shimizu vs. Mystik [D]

Michiko had been prepared to push her advantage, having Mystik in the corner and ready to follow up with some hard-hitting blows. She was sure the lightweight had to be weakened enough to take it. But Mystik caught her off guard when she proved to have more left in her than the purple-haired girl had bargained for, and the kick to her jaw sent her toppling backward, leaving her open for Mystik to jostle for a more favorable position.

As Michiko lay groaning on her back, she felt Mystik's legs coil around her midsection, and she sucked in a breath through clenched teeth as her body stiffened. She tried to twist herself back and forth, but she couldn't move far. And soon, she felt something rather unexpected, as Mystik's hands ran over her body, tracing Michiko's curves.

Needless to say, Michiko was less prepared for this. Being in a bodyscissor was barely registering on her mind any more when it was up against this! The soft touch of Mystik's hands was almost sensual, almost inviting, but it came at a time where one could hardly expect it. "W-What are you doing..!? Hey, careful-!" Michiko shouted, her face going red. And, in the process, she let her guard down.

"What am I doing?" Alice asked herself as she continued to squeeze her opponent. Seeing as her opponent wasn't going to give up in this way, and ger grip slowly loosening, Mystik decided to let the hold go, besides, she wanted to use her finisher to win this match. Mystik got up and egged her opponent to do the same. If all went well, Michiko would end up in the Book Turner, her ab stretch finisher...

It was rather frustrating to Michiko that Mystik wasn't answering her question. But she couldn't focus on that for long, when the eccentric wrestler was doubling down on her efforts to confuse and fluster her! She squeezed tighter at Michiko's breast, causing her to inadvertently let out a soft squeal as she jerked back. Michiko's face went bright red at the thought. She was supposed to be the hero the fans could depend on, not someone who would so easily be toyed with! And yet, here she was.

But eventually, Michiko's efforts to free herself won out, even with the edge Mystik had gained through getting handsy. The lightweight drew back, and soon Michiko rose to her feet to follow her. She dusted herself off, facing Mystik with a huff as she got back down into a stance. Clearing her throat, she blurted out a few words in the hopes of getting things back on track. "N-No matter what tactics you use...I'm not going to let you get the better of me!"

Michiko closed in again, rushing at Mystik with her arm raised. She had intended to hit her with a lariat, drawing back a forearm as she grew near - but little did she know, she was running right into her trap!

Mystik grabbed Michiko's arm before it could do it's damage and put her in the abdominal stretch. Alice wanted this match to be over with so Mystik could be contained for a while. Mystik delighted in wrenching the hold in, all while grinding her junk against her opponent's butt. Not intentionally, it is just in the nature of the maneuver, but, it as a consequence Mystik took no offense to.

Michiko thought she could turn things around. While Mystik might have been messing with her head, mind games didn't mean anything when they could all be swiftly silenced by a well-placed smack, and Michiko had enough faith in her strikes to feel she had a chance. It was unfortunate, then, that this was exactly what Mystik wanted to happen.

Suddenly, the purple-haired girl found her advance stopped, as Mystik reached out to catch her. Halted in place, Michiko gasped for just long enough for her opponent to pull her down into the abdominal stretch, locking her body into place! Groaning, she tried to struggle, in the process grinding back up harder against Mystik, but it did her few favors. She was trapped!

"Nothing personal, lady, I'd just like to win my debut match!" Alice said as she continued to apply her finisher. It surprised her how much her opponent has endured so far. Maybe there was something Mystik could learn from Michiko. Still, there was a match to win, and this seemed like her only chance, so she winched the hold as far as she could go.

Michiko grit her teeth, trying to hold out against the pressure being applied against her back and sides. Though she tried to struggle, she quickly found that Mystik had her in more trouble than she had given her credit for. Though Michiko was strong, and larger than her foe, Mystik had the right grasp of how to apply force in just the right direction, and the purple-haired girl soon took in a gasp as she discovered it was impossible to move! With each passing moment, it felt like her spine was twisting further and further, bending to a degree it was never meant to go. She clenched her teeth and shuddered, and soon she was unable to hold back a pained cry as her head tossed backward. It felt like she could snap any minute.

Michiko didn't want things to end here. She wanted to keep moving on and to persevere, against all odds. But there was only so much she could stick out through - and she realized she would need to save her own spine before her chances. Michiko tapped out against Mystik's body, signalling her surrender!

Mystik felt Michiko's hand tap against her side and immediately let the hold go. The bell rang and the match was over. Mystik had won her debut match. After the winner was declared by the ring announcer, Mystik offered a hand to Michiko, "Listen to me, this is Alice Wright talking, not Mystik. I want to thank you for the opportunity to debut in LAW. I also would like to apologize for my...less then moral behavior. I was told that wrestling is 50% psychology, and I might have taken that up to 11 when 7 would have sufficed. You are a great wrestler, and I wish you well in every thing you do."

As soon as she was released, Michiko fell to her knees, clutching at her sides as she panted for breath to try and restore her strength. She was still sore, and she shuddered just causing her ribs to stretch too far as she got the air back in her lungs. The ring announcer, meanwhile, took Mystik by the arm, holding it high as her name was called out to the crowd. "And here is your winner, by submission, MYSTIK!"

Through all of this, Michiko was wincing, the pain still not subsiding. But to her surprise, her opponent showed mercy, taking her hand and guiding her back up. After Mystik's trickery, Michiko was surprised to see such a gesture from her - and even more surprised when she apologized for her actions. She looked on, blinking a few times in confusion. "Eh..?" But it seemed, from the way she spoke, that Mystik was a more complicated figure than she appeared, as it was the woman behind the face paint Michiko now addressed.

Hearing her praise, the purple-haired girl's visage slowly softened, and she smiled, nodding to Alice. "Ah...I see. While I can't abide by your methods...I take pride in the fact you're impressed with my skills. I want to do what I can to be a competitor these people can believe in, and to stand up for what's right. Though...if these dark thoughts do haunt you..." Michiko's tone hardened. She narrowed her eyes, looking on warily. "I can only hope that, some day, you'll be able to control them, and to find success on your own merits. I can wish you the best of luck."

With a nod, Michiko stepped back, preparing to leave the ring. As she did, her gaze lingered for just a little while on Alice, and she couldn't help but feel like this story wasn't quite over. While her abilities in the ring were indeed impressive, and while Alice might have been a good sport, the darker side of her, with her cheaing ways, still tainted her success. There was some good in Alice, though. Michiko just hoped that could win out.
