Getting the job she always wanted

Celeste would smirk as she took a deep breath as she worn an all white attire that consisted off a pair for white boots , white pants , a white shirt that exposed her her midsection and finally a white cape that reached her knees. Still the French woman was a bit nervous as she was playing on adding a few things to her contract without her soon to be boss knowledge. Even so it was time for her appointment so the blond knocked on the owner's door as she said ''hello mister DeFranco , I am Celeste Amour and I am here for our meeting''.

It was rare but on occasion, there were those who were willing to book an appointment with the Owner and General Manager of LAW, Dan DeFranco. Of course, the booking would need to be done days in advance. Most LAW employees didn't have the patience for this. But one such woman did. A woman by the name of Celeste Amour.

DeFranco waited in his office. He glanced at his computer monitor on occasion, looking at the alert of his meeting coming up in the next minute.

"Man I can't believe someone actually decided to see through the process of making an appointment. That's gotta be a LAW first." He said as he placed his hands in his pockets. Just seconds later, he'd hear a knock on the door. With an eyebrows raised, the businessman would rise to his feet and answer the door.

"Hello, Miss Amour. Pleased to meet you. Why don't you come inside?" He'd say after opening the door and being greeted by the blonde. Dan would welcome her in with a smile before taking a seat at his desk. He'd point to the two empty chairs available on the other side of the desk and beckon the woman.

"Please have a seat so we can get started. Let me know if I can get you any water or anything else you might want."

Celeste did not have to wait long before she was given permission to enter as she did not even have to open the door. The blond would step inside the office as she would bow slightly as she replied back ''why thank you Mister Defranco'' as the French woman would then walk towards the two empty chairs.

Taking an seat the blond would wait until the male did the same as she would not might something to drink if she was honest.So with that in mind she would just smile as she replied ''a glass of water is fine , but it could wait if you need to get it yourself as I had hoped to discuss my contract with you as I like to look it over'' in an calm tone.

As Celeste took her seat, Dan took his. He put his fingertips together and leaned forward, trying to be sure he gave the lady his undivided attention.

When Celeste finished her statement, DeFranco raised an eyebrow. He'd begin to get up and explain.

"It's quite alright. I like to drink a lot of water, so I keep a dispenser in the corner of my office. It's easy to miss." He'd say as he walked towards the water cooler and got a plastic cup to poor Celeste some water. As water flowed into the cup, he'd ask: "So you came here...in a cape.....to re-negotiate the terms of your contract?" The man said with a smile.

She would watch as the male walked towards the water cooler as she took the plastic cup from her boss as she took a sip of the water. Celeste was surprised when the male mentioned her cape as to be honest most males were focused on other areas of her body then on what she was wearing as this could cause some problems in the future. ''Well I thought it would be best if I showed up wearing what I usually do if we are to discuss my contract as both a wrestler , and one of your commissioners as their were some clauses in the contract that don't really work for the role I am to play in your company''replied the blond in an honest tone.

"Oh?" DrFranco said in surprise after hearing Celeste. The man would walk in front of the blonde, who was still seated and lean against his desk. He'd place his hands in his pockets and begin to casually explain.

"I've hired literally hundreds of you wrestling ladies. Many of you wear particularly eccentric outfits, so the cape doesn't really faze me but..." He'd raise an eyebrow before continuing. "You're interested in becoming a commissioner? I hope you understand if I'm a little skeptical."

Dan would take a short pause and cross his arms.

"I apologize for all the questions. But if I'm to even consider this possibility, I need to know: Why do you want to become a commissioner and what makes you feel that you're even qualified?"

Celeste would be surprised when the male asked why she wanted to become an commissioner as she had to admit that he was right to be a little skeptical about her intention. While she wanted to reply right away she would wait when Dan took a short pause as she then heard him apologize for asking these questions as she took a sip from her water to calm herself.

''Well I have bin an booker and commissioner in some of the other promotions I worked for , and if you were too look at the reviews of the fans most were pleased with my decisions. As for why well I think you need someone experienced , and who could defend herself as I am not afraid to deal with pissed off wrestlers either inside or outside of the ring''replied the blond as she hoped she gave the right answer as she needed to become the commissioner if she wanted her plans to succeed.

Deranco would nod as Celeste explained herself. Truthfully, he hadn't actually heard of the woman's work. He didn't have much to go on besides the story she was currently telling him. The fact of the matter is that running LAW is a lot of work and he genuinely could use the help of a commisioner. But it that position something he could give to any random female wrestler that took the time to visit him. The man would close his eyes and exhale deeply before asking a follow up question.

"Ok, let's say I believe the resume you're describing to me. Let us assume for a moment that you're the woman for the job..... He would say in a contemplative tone.

"Why is it that you want to work here? At LAW. And don't give me a fluff answer like 'because it's the most popular up and coming wrestling company'. I've been at this for a while. Every wrestler, good or bad, has an agenda...what's yours?"

Celeste thought her story would be enough to convince the man in front of her , but sadly it seems that she was dealing with someone who actually used his brain. Still it was nothing she could not handle as she would just smile politely as she took the moment to think of an reply.

''You're absolutely right that I got my own agenda , but while your wrestling company is doing alright it hardly the most popular at the moment. It for that reason that I am here as anyone can be the commissioner of a successful wrestling company , but only those who are truly great will be remembered. So when I take your promotion from here until it can compete , and even outclass those like the WWE or LAW then I have succeeded and will be remembered for ever.What I want is to build my legacy and right now theirs no better wrestling company then yours to do it in'' as she talked with as much passion as she could.

Dan's eyes widened as Celeste spoke up with passion in her voice. It made him happy to hear that anyone in his company cared so much about its success. In truth, no wrestler or staff worker to date seemed to share the same desire that DeFranco did for his company. So it really pleased him to hear all this.

"Well that's rather touching to hear. I do believe that LAW can be the best out, there. And I appreciate that you want to build your legacy with us by building our wrestling promotion."

The man would stand straight and adjust his tie while continuing on.

"So then, what makes LAW the best place to build you legacy? You mentioned WWE. Have you tried getting a gig, there? Your legacy would be more easily built and preserved in a company so large."
