Black Diamond vs. The SoCal Connection

As Cheyenne went with the only move she could to dislodge Kayla from her, she lifted her up and dropped her right down in a side suplex. Laying on the mat next to her opponent, the Native American held her throat briefly, looking down at her hurting foe. It looks like she came out on the worse end of things.

"GOT HER! That's what I'm talking about!" shouted the very excitable Deanna Duncan, applauding her partner's maneuver.

The Chieftess would then stand up and then prepare herself before running right over Kayla towards the ropes, where Deanna reached out and then tagged her as she bounced off the ropes! Cheyenne would then leap up and then attempt to come down with a running Senton, throwing her large figure back first towards Kayla while she was down! Deanna Duncan, meanwhile, would balance herself on the ring rope, taking a moment to get her balance before leaping off it, attempting to come down with an elbow drop to Kayla's chest right after!

Kayla might have been able to latch onto Cheyenne's throat and apply the pressure, but her excitement would prove short-lived. The heavyweight had only used this to transition into a side suplex, and now Kayla had gone crashing down hard! The impact left her whole body sore, and as she regained her strength, she rolled onto her side with a groan, her hand rubbing at her back to try and dull the pain as her teeth clenched in a grimace.

In that time, Cheyenne had been moving to the ropes to tag in Deanna, and Kayla, too preoccupied in her own soreness, wasn't watching her. She couldn't prepare herself for what was about to happen - as the Native American's hulking form came charging back, as she sprung up to bring her weight down onto Kayla! She coughed and gagged, the impact causing her to roll onto her back as her legs bucked up from the canvas. And Deanna had her own plans in mind, as she climbed to the top rope!

This time, however, Ashley couldn't stand idly by. She had watched her partner take the punishment for too long, with even her best attempts at resistance being crushed. If Black Diamond had gotten it in their heads to double team them, she was going to have to get even! Biting her lip, Ash leaned in closer, waiting for just the right moment where Deanna was about to crash down onto Kayla. Then, she would dive toward her, her hands held out to knock her away with a spear! If she timed everything just right, she hoped, she would be able to intervene on her friend's behalf and strike a blow against the opposing team in the process.

The large form of Cheyenne Black Rock came down on Kayla like, well, a giant rock. Her strong body crashing down onto Kayla and winding her entirely! Immediately, Cheyenne got back up and then went to the other side of the ring, waiting as she expected her partner to make a move. Deanna went up to the top rope, a big smile on her face as she leaped off and then, out of nowhere, Ashley came in with a spear, impaling Deanna out of the air as the platinum-haired girl landed on the mat with a loud yell. She held her midsection and then let out a long whine, pushing her face into the mat from the agony that was going through her now with the sudden interference of the redhead.

Cheyenne, meanwhile, watched from the other side of the ring, looking agitated. This girl had gotten involved illegally and the imposing Native American stormed right over and said in a booming voice, "I will not abide cheating." Menacing over Ashley, she would attempt the grab hold of the girl with the full intent to heave her out of the ring over the top rope. If successful, Cheyenne would follow after her.

Deanna, meanwhile, would crawl to the ropes with one arm around her toned midsection and the other slung over the bottom rope, groaning in pain. "That... sucked..." she murmured to herself.

After that crushing blow courtesy of Cheyenne, Kayla wasn't about to get back on her feet any time soon. All she could do was flounder groggily on the mat, and even as she tried to shake herself, she couldn't get back up. She'd need the time to recover, and even if she had been able to see Deanna planning her next move from where she lay, it wasn't as though there was much she could do about it.

But Ashley could see, and she was there to buy her partner some time - and just before Deanna could land on top of her, Ash had tackled her with a lunge through the ropes, the two of them going tumbling to the mat! She propped herself back up with a grin, proud to have had an impact. "Oh yeah!~" she cheered in an admittedly self-indulgent fashion, winking and pumping a fist in the air.

A fist that would prove the perfect handle for Cheyenne to drag her back to her feet, as Ash was suddenly pulled back up! "H-Hey, whoah! What're you doing-" she blurted out, only for the heavyweight to shove her over the top rope and out of the ring. Ash went tumbling to the ground outside, sputtering inarticulately as she landed in a heap.

Kayla, however, was still in the ring, and still legal. And now that Cheyenne had tagged out, there would be no rule stopping her from getting even with Deanna. Gritting her teeth, she pushed herself back to her knees and rose to her feet. She fought through the pain, wiping sweat off her brow, as she forced her legs to walk her over to Deanna's side. Then, she grabbed her by the leg, bending it around the other before she stepped into the gap between her legs and pulled up on her ankles to sink in a cloverleaf hold! Kayla clenched her teeth, staying in focus, as she tried to bend her opponent that much further!

Black Rock had sent Ashley over the top rope with relative ease, throwing her like a pillow as she sailed over the top rope and crumpled to the outside! Cheyenne wasn't about to stop there though. "You will not illegally interfere again," stated the Native American in a tone that made her statement seem much more serious. She would then grab the redhead by her arm and drag her to her feet. Then, with impressive force behind her, she would attempt to irish whip Ashley right into the steel steps!

Meanwhile, in the ring, Deanna Duncan was slumped on the bottom rope, still holding her midsection. And just as she was about to get to her feet, Kayla had grabbed her legs. Deanna looked alarmed, going wide-eyed at her opponent as she kicked and fought with her legs. "Hey hey HEY NOW! Wait!" she exclaimed until she was tugged away from the ropes. She went crawling for them before her legs were wrapped around and Kayla sat back in a cloverleaf! "Oooooooh, ow! Ow! Ow!" she said loudly, Duncan's voice carrying through the arena as she pitter pattered on her front, looking to get to the nearest rope and beginning to crawl towards it, trying her best to make it to the nearest rope. "Let... go... You Cali... burnout!" she sniped as she made her way to the ring ropes.

Ashley might have been complaining before, but when she came tumbling down to rest on the ground outside the ring, she stopped, staring blankly up at Cheyenne. From the seriousness in her voice, Ash's blood ran cold, and she knew she had made a grave mistake. It wasn't long before Cheyenne proved that to her, hoisting her by the arm befre hurling her face right into the cold, unforgiving steps leading up to the ring! With a loud clang ringing out, Ash's body bucked upward from the impact, her hands shooting to her face to shield herself. "YEEOWWCH-!!" she screamed as she rolled onto her side. She was dizzied, her head throbbing and her ears ringing, and she was certainly not in a good place when it came to engaging with her opponent!

Kayla heard the sound from where she was in the ring, holding tightly to Deanna's. She looked over at where her partner had fallen, and she went tense, biting her lip anxiously, but got in a word of encouragement all the same. "Hang in there, Ash! I got this!" she called, before leaning back a little further to put down more pressure on Deanna's spine. The platinum-haired girl was crawling closer to the ropes, now within range of escape, but Kayla was still going to do as much as she could to wear her down.

As Ashley lay in a heap, Cheyenne Black Rock thought her point was made as the biggest woman in the match walked towards her corner again while Deanna Duncan struggled in the hold. The Diamond's eyes widened when she noticed this and she reached out for her. "Chey! Chey! Tag me tag me!" she exclaimed, making impotent slaps towards her partner's hand. Then, with a loud yell, she was able to inch herself towards Cheyenne's outstretched hand and slap it, signalling the tag!

Deanna still grunted in pain until she would be released as Black Rock entered the ring again, making her short stomp towards Kayla! "You may try that on me," she stated bluntly, she would then attempt to rip the girl away from Deanna and try to lock in a full nelson on her with the hope to subdue her!

It was somewhat merciful that Cheyenne had elected to stop her assault, but it wouldn't make much difference for Ashley, who now lay at the foot of the ring wheezing as she clutched her head. She wouldn't be able to do much more for some time until she came to her senses, and until then, Kayla would have to be on her own. Fortunately, the brunette was, so far, holding her own well enough as she held down the hold on Deanna - until Cheyenne made herself ready for the tag once again!

Gritting her teeth, Kayla pulled back harder on Deanna, trying to keep her away from getting her partner in the ring. "Oh no you don't-!" she shouted, arching her back to put even more pressure on her opponent and hold her off with the pain. Despite that, Deanna still managed to slap the Chieftess's hand - and Cheyenne made her presence in the ring readily known, as she stormed in to Kayla's side!

The Californian would be forced to let go by default alone, as Cheyenne grabbed her from behind and lifted her up. Against her incredible strength, it was impossible to keep her hold, and she was pulled into a full nelson, with the heavyweight stretching her arms and back! "GAH-! Oww!!" Kayla shouted. She grit her teeth, her face contorting in pain, as she twisted back and forth to little avail. Getting desperate, Kayla aimed a kick behind her, trying to kock Cheyenne back. With Ashley out of the picture, it was the best option she had.

Deanna held her back as she rolled under the bottom ropes, laying on the apron as she gave Kayla a nasty look while she was wrested by Cheyenne! Pulling herself up to a sitting position, the platinum-haired girl pumped a fist and shouted, "Tear her apart, Chey! ...Ow." She groaned again, scooting closer to the ring post as she recovered from the debilitating submission that Kayla had on her.

In the ring, Cheyenne Black Rock had the much smaller Kayla in her full nelson. Kayla was having none of it as she tried to fight back, kicking back at her shins until the Native American began to shake Kayla back and forth in the hold too stop her fight! "You won't break free," said Cheyenne before suddenly throwing Kayla up and then attempting to bring her back down with a Full Nelson Slam she calls Hawk Strike! That much would at least stop Kayla's fighting currently while he partner still lay on the outside, out of commission.

Deanna might have been feeling the painful effects of Kayla's cloverleaf hold still wearing off, but this was of little solace to the Californian in the face of the retaliation she was now faced with. She had never felt so small before - not until she had ended up in the clutches of a far larger and more imposing woman, one whose strength she was growing well aware of.

Kayla tried desperately to fight back, kicking her feet behind her to try and jostle Cheyenne, but all she was met with was an even harder yank that stretched the muscles in her arms and back further. Cheyenne shook her back and forth, and she yelped, struggling to maintain her balance as her knees buckled below her. "Ow, OW! Gah-!" was all Kayla had time to say in response to the heavyweight's laconic wit before the pressure on her spine caused her to cry out in pain.

But then, Cheyenne lifted her higher, and Kayla suddenly felt herself taken off her feet! She yelped as she was pulled higher into the air, her blood running cold with fearful anticipation of what would come when she landed. When she did, she was left flattened by the impact, kicking all the air out of her lungs and leaving her flattened against the canvas!
