Duel of The North and East! Artemis Grace (d) vs Nayla Ameera

Artemis grunted loudly as Nayla got on top of her following the spear. As the weight of her fellow heavy weight settled atop her. As their bodies pressed together the blonde blushed slightly given the proximities of their faces to each other. Shaking her head to clear those thoughts the huntress would immediately begin to think of a way out of this situation. ‘Shit shit shit.’ She thought to herself as she struggled under the Lebanese woman.

As the ref made the two count Artemis grit her teeth and braced her feet under her. Pushing with all her might with them the blonde Canadian would try twisting herself to the left to force her shoulder up and break the pin.

Nayla went for a full body pin for the cover, and the referee reached the count of two. But before the referee could count up to three, Artemis managed to break the pin, and the Lebanese clicked her tongue in annoyance as she would get herself off of her. Thinking that her opponent was still reeling from being tackled by her spear, Nayla would grab onto Artemis' arm, holding her by her wrist before pulling her up.

"I guess you'd like a bit more beatdown, then," Nayla said as she would try to send Artemis running towards the ropes, planning to have her rebounding from those ropes and returning back to her so that she could try hitting her with a nasty chop right across her chest once she reached her.

Artemis grunted as she was hauled up to her feet by the Lebanese woman following her pin break. She had hoped that perhaps the Lebanese woman would be too tired to go directly for a follow up or would want a moment of rest herself. But she would have to make do. As the blonde was sent flying to the ropes bouncing off them Artemis knew she had to think quick. Seeing her opponet plant her feet firmly into the mat and rear her arm back Artemis had a good idea of how she could counter. Rearing her own arm back as she ran Artemis would throw her arm forward as Nayla would swing her arm out as she approached. As the two heavyweights met in the middle of the ring they would slam their arms into each others chests with Nayla’s arm chopping against her chest while Artemis forearm smashed into Nayla’s chest!

Sending Artemis to the ropes to make her return back to her after rebounding from them, Nayla aimed to hit her opponent at her chest with a chop. But when Artemis got closer, she took a forearm smash into her chest even as she landed her chop at her opponent.

"GUHH!!"

Nayla staggered back, wheezing as she brought her hands onto her chest that was struck by Artemis' forearm. She struggled to retain her footing and bearing, hoping that her strike earlier also affected her opponent.

“GWAH!” Artemis gasped in pain as the two smashed their arms into eachother. Stumbling backwards Artemis held her chest which was stinging in pain and was a bright red color from chop. Gently holding her chest in pain Artemis bit her lips in pain as she tried to stand upright.

Looking over at her opponet the blonde winced slightly as she grit her teeth. Still holding her chest Artemis stumbled forward, the action being difficult with her stinging chest. As she got close enough Artemis would pull her arm back and attempt to swing it forward into Nayla’s head to try and take the advantage.

Nayla gritted her teeth, trying to ignore the pain from the strike that she received from Artemis. She was still on her feet, though she was struggling to retain her footing. But before she could do anything to attack her opponent, she received a smash of her opponent's arm right to her chest, causing her to throw her head back, this time losing her balance before falling down onto her back.

She groaned in pain, clutching onto her head that was aching thanks to the strike that she just received. This would put her in a rather bad position, with her unable to attack Artemis back.

Artemis panted still not quite ready to have continued the match. Perhaps that had been a mistake on her part but her gamble worked as she had gotten Nayla on her back. Stumbling forward herself Artemis collapsed forward. Angling herself Artemis fell right next to Nayla, her arm draped over the other heavyweight’s chest while her left leg dangled over Nayla’s own.

Nayla was still on the mat, groaning in pain as Artemis landed on top of her, immediately going for a pinfall attempt. The referee quickly got moving and started counting for the pin. Nayla scrunched up her face as she tried to muster her strength to kick out of the cover attempt from her opponent.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

She bucked her feet, breaking the pin. Despite her still aching head, the Lebanese would try to push Artemis off of her, hoping to give herself enough room to recover. Her head throbbed painfully thanks to her head landing on the mat when she fell backwards earlier. Her chest also ached from the strike she received from Artemis, and she would need a while to recover from this.

[Bare]

Artemis grunted as she was kicked off as a result of Nayla’s pinfall break. “Damn it....” Artemis gasped as she was forced to roll away. Holding her own chest which still throbbed from that last exchange with Nayla. “Gruh..” she gasped choosing to away to the ropes, finding it the most strategic position to be in at the moment. ‘I need to think... she’s close... but what can i do to push her over the edge?’ She thought to herself tiredly.

Nayla groaned after getting Artemis off of her, and she rolled away from her, creating a distance between the two of them. She tried her best to recover from the damage that she had taken, and she would look at the direction of her opponent to see what she would do next. In the meantime, she would try to climb back up onto her feet, trying to steady her breathing as she would start formulating her next plan. Artemis had shown herself to be quite formidable, and Nayla needed to come up with the best plan in order to take her down and win this match.
