A Brutal Training Session! Alizeh and Vivianna

Alizeh panted a bit as she managed to regain control of the match.. at least for now. But if she had learned one thing about her opponet so far in this spar, its that she could easily flip the tables on her. Thats why Alizeh’s plan was to keep pressure on the titanic woman.

Reaching forward she would go to grab the woman’s arm and if she was successful would pivot on her heel to try and pull Viviana from her anchorage to the ropes. If she managed that Alizeh would irish whip the muscular woman towards the other side of the ropes, expecting her to bounce off the ropes Alizeh would dash forward after her while jumping up to attempt a dropkick

Viviana was dazed as could be, with her thick arm grappled by the smaller woman as momentum was thrust upon her. Nothing could be done on her end to stop it, and whilst she did have ideas running through her mind on how to save herself on return, she found Alizeh's feet greeting her quicker than she could deal with.

The collision she snapped hard to the mat, with her arms clutching her collarbone and bust where Alizeh's feet had landed hardest.

Following the successful drop kick Alizeh landed on the mat with a gasp. “Huff.... huff..” Depleted gasps of breath escaped the tanned girls as she lay on the mat. Despite unloading a successful series of attacks on Viviana the smaller girl had taken her own bit of recoil from the assault. The impact of her still hurting back against the mat in paticular caused a stinging numbness to spread throughout her. Meanwhile the moment of stillness reminded Alizeh of how much she had been hurt throughout the spar. The culmination of which resulted in Alizeh laying spread eagle on the mat trying to recuperate some energy to continue or better yet win the sparring match. But right now, for the moment she was burned out on the mat panting and in pain.

Neither woman was quick to rise, with Alizeh apparently in just a bad as spot as Viviana as the bigger Italian came onto all fours. It was general fatigue versus recent impact it seemed as both women somewhat moved at similar speeds, with Viviana only imagining she had a little more in her given the pace of this encounter so far.

Alizeh panted tiredly as she turned over her side. Agonizingly she forced herself up with her arm in order to at least view her opponet. “Gruh.” She hissed to herself as attempted to crawl on her hands and knees towards Viviana. So far her determination being the only thing really keeping her in the match still as she sluggishly moved forward.

Rising a little ahead of her foe it seemed, Viviana wasn't going to waste the gift of a vulnerable foe as she ducked in with her arms wide. Seeking to clutch around Alizeh's waistline from a quite obscure angle after bending over the top of her, Viviana made sure her mitts were tightly interlocked, before she went for quite the powerful move!

Rearing back with a vicious roar coming from her, Viviana sought to throw Alizeh near enough the moment she could, up and over, in a gut-wrench suplex!

Alizeh groaned just barely able to push herself up to a semi standing position. However she underestimated the recovery time of her opponet. And it may prove to be fatal. Feeling a pair of strong arms and hands lock around her the greenette’s eyes widened as her hands went to the italian woman’s iron like hands in a desperate bid to pry them away. But they were in what was like a vice grip. “Shit.” She said as her body got launched through the air, the only thing she could bracing her self as her body crashed into the mat with a big impact making her gasp in pain as she lay spread eagle on the mat gasping as if she was in shock, unable tk even move her arms or legs.

This time Viviana didn't seek a pin, though she felt she was in the right to. Alizeh was launched further than most had they performed the gutwrench on her, a feat even more impressive given the Italian's state.

But instead opting to keep up the momentum, Viviana pushed onto her knees amidst efforts to wipe the sweat from her brow. With a hand soon reaching for Alizeh's after closing in, she'd look to put the arm of her foe up and over her shoulder, before hugging around her smaller body tightly.

Lifting and rising as she did, it was now apparent the tall Italian sought a simple back drop suplex, as she became adamant on the idea of slamming this girl until she couldn't function!

Alizeh groaned as she lay on the mat her body screaming in protest as she tried to sit up. As much as she hated to admit it Alizeh knew she probably wouldn’t be able to break free from any pin or submission However her opponet had other ideas. As her arm was grabbed Alizeh groaned as she got lifted up and found a muscular arm around her waist. “Gyah!” Alizeh yelled out in pain as her body was launched through the air and slammed into the mat further throwing her body out of whack as her lower body was left hanging in the air from the aftermath of the move.

Viviana felt she could have gone a little further, but had she done so, she would have likely left herself unable to stand. Any energy left in Alizeh would have been all the more effective, given the Italian likely wouldn't have been able to even see what was coming.

Opting for the end, Viviana let out a roar as she approached Alizeh's top half. With her hands to her shoulders, she'd slowly but surely force her foe upwards, though immediately into a bend. With all done at somewhat of a leisurely pace, Viviana still needed another big inhale for what came next.

Leaving Alizeh ideally bent over, the Italian would sprint full pelt at the ropes to her foes sides. Returning with more momentum than she could truly control, Viviana was seeking to end this spar here and now with a move she was very much dubbing her finisher.

For she kicked off her feet the moment she was close enough, to swing her massive leg up and out at Alizeh's cheek! For a claymore-style big-boot kick to her kneeling foes head, one she had dubbed Cheek Check!
